I ordered my motor on 02/27 and u guys sold it after I placed order. When I called to check status your rep Lauren or whoever place an unauthorized order after I hung up. YOU GUYS TOOK THE MONEY ON 03/02... it did not ship out until 03/14. My mechanic now has the part which has multiple OTHER pieces n repairs not specified on the call or on the receipt. I WANT MY MONEY BACK BEFORE U GET THE MOTOR. HOW ABOUT THAT!!! WAIST OF TIME

If your looking for non communication and long drawn out experience they're your people ..
told 1-2 business days to strip the part and ships 7-10 business days .. after I paid for it I got no conformation IU called after 2weeks the man said he would find out what was going on and call me back ... nothing I called back again and he said they were removing the part today and it should ship tomorrow ..
a week later I got my part but it was no good they zap the programming while removing it so 3 weeks and 200$ a total loss . Never do business here again.. and will make it a point to tell others !

I got an email saying they did not recognize the zip code. The PO changed it last year so when the zip code got recognized, the order went through.
The part got into UPS quickly, but no fault of yours, USP was way backed up from the storm so my part took about 5 days to come from Portland to Beaverton. The part I ordered was clean and worked once I figured out how to install it. I haven't gotten the alignment right yet, but the wipers work now anyway.

Bought an engine on autopartsfair.com. It ended up coming a week after the estimated delivery date with information on time of delivery. How am I supposed to know when to be home in order to receive the engine?
Also, the engine was supposed to have 71k miles on it from an Oregon Portland yard. However the engine came with 87k miles on it from a Colorado yard. After calling and emailing customer service about the issue, I continued to get ignored and avoided. Overall very disappointed.

It's an odd 10-spoke chrome wheel-rim for an S-type Jag. Said it was in stock. That's why I ordered it. Took my money. Now says out of stock. No return emails. Their customer service email [email protected] just bounces. I figured I lost money. Not even sure if this is a real company.

I didn't receive any tracking information until it had already been delivered and the part was broke. It was broke during transit it had been done before it was ever purchased and it was still sold that way.

I paid 106 dollars for a radio and after I received it the auto dealership wanted 100 dollars to unlock the security I wanted to return the radio and you want to charge me 60 to restock it . So here I am 200 dollars for a used radio or 60 dollars for wasting my time and money the old radio still works just the cd player dosen't work buyer beware!!!!
