If possible, go with another company. The shipping process is a joke. One would think with the advancements in technology, they would be able to get item shipped sooner. Oh and the customer service matches the shipping. Ordered same part from another company 3 days after i ordered from autohaus and it still arrived 2 days before the original order from these knuckle daggers.

In short: They care more about play detective "pikachu" on "fraud" protection of their own company than shipping your item that you paid for. Also dont trust their online store item availability status.
In full story: Ordered coils for my M3 online without any issues. Paid for expedited shipping. Get an email next hour saying my credit card has "insufficient funds". After dialing their "customer service" number all of the voice recordings say that I should EMAIL or leave a VM while waiting for next customer service rep for 13 minutes. Person on the phone tells me that my order is in fraud state since my shipping address is registered to someone else and so is my cell phone number which I had for past 10 years. but they will work on it. Never heard back
Called again same day, another 16 minutes on the wait line, new rep tells me now they are having issues with my Credit Card and asks me to provide a phone number on the back of the card. huh? and tells me he will call me back ASAP. Called my CC and asked them about the transaction and they said it got accepted same day I paid. Never heard back from these Clowns at AutoHausAZ until next day where I got email that they are "out of stock" so my order is canceled! So 2 days and lots of headache and they did not have any in stock. After email I went online and their website for that part says they still have in stock.
word to AutoHausAZ:
If you are going to play detective "pikachu", please make sure you have proper, up to date records and have your lazy reps call back to customer to clarify any suspicion of fraud ASAP and not limbo order.

I used to buy all the parts for my older MB's (1984 and 85 300D and 300SD). AutohausAZ always had everything I needed. Recently I needed a new A/C compressor and exhaust system. They had neither. So I went looking and found another online site that not only had the A/C compressor but all of the maintenance items are priced lower than AutohausAZ for identical parts. AutohausAZ has lost my business for my older MB. Will still use them for Murano, 911, and 4Runner as they are newer and AutohausAZ has parts for them.

To start with, they WILL NOT approve orders to a delivery address that is different to the billing address - that held my 2-day delivery order up by 2 days right off the bat (more on that below). Their customer care agent said this was in the fine print and perhaps it is. This is likely buried deep and perhaps I should've read it ALL (like most people do, right?).
But here is a scenario that makes TOTAL sense to me, and this is TOTALLY POSSIBLE in the year 2019: At the point of order/purchase, simply prompt the customer online IMMEDIATELY if the billing address and the delivery address are different. Now, is that asking for too much? No, you say?
Instead, I found this all out 2 days later and my part did not ship as a result. What a big old mess this turned out to be because they cannot pass along to their customers a huge common courtesy involving only a little bit of common sense.
Their customer service response time is quick and prompt over the phone, but I was told all sorts of false and lame information by them.
First and foremost was the indication by customer service that Fed Ex WOULD NOT deliver to a PO box at my rural post office location, even though I insisted I was asking to have my part sent to a post office where the post master knows EVERYONE in town and Fed Ex indeed delivers packages for pick up to this particular post office. GRRRRRRR!!!!
So, I took the sage advice of the customer service agent and updated my order (2 days after ordering it!) to be delivered to the physical address of the house......which Fed Ex bypassed on delivery day because that address "did not exist" to them. I can ONLY blame Fed Ex on that, but AutoHaus AZ was a little too quick to assume Fed Ex would not deliver my part to the post office. WRONG CALL, AMIGO.
The price of the part I needed was low.

I have been a customer for years. never had a problem until the last order. I ordered and paid for a set of brake disks for my BMW and the order got shorted. I only got the front disks.
I called them to report this and they asked me if i had the box the came in. I dont. So they cant file a claim with the shipper as i dont have the box. They blamed it on the shipping company, so in essence saying that they opened their originally packed box and stole the 2 rear disks. Why would that be my problem i dont get it.
They 'promised' to call me back with their resolution as you can imagine nothing... So buyer beware.

I rebuild/restore at least six import cars per year, typically from ground zero up, and consistently use AutohausAZ for parts and pricing. No problems with shipping or customer service in the past, and have contacted them often for part clarification and description/fit. I highly recommend AutohausAZ as a parts supplier. seems they have several items on backorder from time to time, but I think that applies to all part warehouses. Not sure what problems others are having with negative reviews, but that just hasn't been my experience... and I order a lot of parts.

Great off brand price but original OEM parts comes out to be more than the BMW dealership. Items that are under $50 dollars weigh more normal cost more than the price. It's best to pick it up at the dealer.

After putting order in to exact specifications,part came,but wrong part, so.. called up, Edward answered,didn't care about prob saying my fault for ordering wrong part!¡!!!that have to send back in box came, if box is ripped,15% restocking fee, when reviewed,then only then to be considered for reimbursement,but have to send back with outer box around the box it came in! Otherwise no return of payment for said product,!wth!worst experience with ordering anything in my life, they care not! I highly suggest anyone go somewhere else!! Litteraly robbery!! And laugh at when u try to resolve the problem, UNPROFESSIONABLE people ever dealt with! People go elsewhere

NEVER, NEVER AGAIN, Nothing but thieves in my opinion. I placed an order and when it arrived the part did not fit, I called and asked for an RMA and wanted to reorder the correct part. I asked if I could include my original part with the return so they could be sure I was reordering the correct part and was told NO.
I completed the return as company directives including insurance. About a week later I received an email stating the return was complete. The original purchase of $31.65 was being issued a credit of $19.70 WHAT almost 40% less than original. Even with a restocking fee if there was one never should be 40% maybe 10-15% tops.
