Stay away. This company is stealing your money.
A little while back I ordered parts for me and some of my friends. I used the license plate number to identify the cars and looked for a specific match. After 2 weeks I got the box from them. Which was a bit long if you ask me. But ok then.
I finally found some time to do the service on the first car and soon discovered that not a single part, fitted my car. Of cause they don’t have a phone number, so you have to chat with them. I SPEND 3 HOURS ON THE CHAT. Talking to 4 different people and then back to the first one.
They wouldn’t take the stuff back, because I didn’t Selected and payed for their insurance. Why should I pay for theirs mistakes????
They finally agreed to take it back, but only the unopened parts and I would have to pay for the shipment . The shipment is more then I would get back.
I little later I were going to fix the 2 other cars. Finding out that the parts for the one car didn’t fit at all, and half of the parts didn’t fit the other car.
I went down to my local parts dealer and he looked up the plate number and found the right parts the first time.
I kinda lost it and opened the chat again speaking to 5 different people over more then 2 hours. All they did was putting the blame on me. It was my own responsibility to check with the OEM number. Everybody else can get it right, but they can’t.
I can only say DON’T ever buy anything from them. You will end up spending money for something can’t use. It’s all on you and you will use 5-6 hours on a chat, explaining the same thing to 5-7 different people and they still don’t understand.
Now they say they will take the parts back, but they never come back with the details at they promised.
They are completely untrustworthy and I believe it’s all a scam. It has to be a fake company, because no company I the world provide such terrible service.
I hope this massage gets out there. I lost 450 euros, plus the money the buy the correct parts, money I will never see again. so everyone think twice.

My experience: I searched by lisence plate number for the part and choose on of the provided parts. Although I was relying on the search, I personally checked the technical info of the part regarding the model and year of the car that the part match with. the parcel posted after 6 days! I received it 10 days after I ordered. While I got it, I noticed that the information on the box of the part is different of the information on the website. The Support replies that IT IS OUR FAULT. finally, when they accepted their mistake, they asked me to pay 90 DKK to ship it back to refound 50 DKK that I have paied for the part. They execuse was that I should have paid for SAFE PURCHACE INSURANCE at the time I ordered to be safe against their mistake!!!! I have scan of emails, Payment and photo of the part and information on the box of the component!

They go above and beyond to maintain customers satisfaction at its highest and that's something that needs to be appreciated. Be sure that any possible mistakes in ordeirng are going to be solved.

Ordered tires on the website on Sunday, August 25. and on the website it says 1-2 days before the shipment will be sent. IF they are in stock. which they were. and still is. But on Wednesday, August 28, I write to support, where I reply that they will be sent within 24 hours. which they did not. and I will contact them again on Friday, August 30th. but there is the answer that they know nothing. on Monday, they said they would return with answers Tuesday about the problem. Today, Tuesday, 03-09-2019, I know that there is no answer. so they know nothing again. even though they are still in stock on the website.
is there anyone from this company who would like to help me or is it completely impossible?

I made an order on Wednesday, October 2nd, after which I wrote to customer service, to inquire about delivery time as I will need the parts as soon as possible. I was assured that all the items were in stock and that they would be dispatched as soon as possible.
The days go by without me being notified that the order has been shipped. On Tuesday, October 8, I contact customer service again, who now tells me that 2 of the parts are out of stock and that they are waiting for them from the supplier. I tell them that it is not very good customer service when I have specifically stated that I need the parts as soon as possible. I just get a standard response that he regrets, but that he can't do anything about it. I then tell him to remove the 2 parts from the order that they do not have in stock and have the other parts shipped as soon as possible. NOW I am sitting here on Thursday, and have yet to receive any confirmation that the parts have been shipped and their so-called customer service takes no responsibility. This is definitely the last time I order parts from them.

Bestehender Kaufvertrag wurde nach Zahlungseingang von der Firma Autodoc GmbH ohne Nachfrage und ohne Zustimmung editiert. Bestellte Ware war und ist durchgehen als "auf Lager" markiert. Autodoc GmbH versendet Ersatzware nach eigenem Ermessen mit 0% Kundenkontakt. Kostet nur Zeit und Nerven.
Pay attention to your order history!
Existing purchase contract was edited after receipt of payment by the company Autodoc GmbH without inquiry and without consent. Ordered goods were and are marked as "in stock". Autodoc GmbH sends replacement goods at its own discretion with 0% customer contact. Costs only time and nerves.

I bought the winter tires on sale and after 1 mount waiting they sent me a message that they couldn't send them because of the courier issues. I told them OK no problem send it again and they replied me OK we will do it but after a while they sent me again an Email and told me they will refund the money and I have to buy it again!!!!!
But now that tire is not on sale and I have to pay more if I want to have the same item.
Of course the head department in Germany is also responsible about this type of irresponsibility.

No problems delivering the goods - but when the interior fan died after only 3 months they quoted me 6-8 weeks to resolve the warranty claim!
I'm supposed to use my car with no demist for this time?!?
Once I had completed the exhaustive warranty claim form they simply email me back telling me that the claim had been reject with no explanation...
My advice is use Amazon because a) it's cheaper and b) customer service also when there's a problem (not just when their taking your money..)

in the begning was good company about 10 years ago,then slowly started to go down.latest what I bought from them was a faulty product . I returned it to them they paid only the product back after long long discusion but they didnt pay to postage ,also a turbo i bought from them faulty,they never answered me back . never again from them busness

WORST SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED
DONT USE THESE SCAMMERS
Autodoc supplied a brake calliper, my garage fitted it and found it leaked and removed it.
I sent it back over 8 months ago.
About 50 emails
Lots of phone calls
Still no refund!!!
They have asked for receipt details several times and nothing sinks in!
Months to get any info. with time delay tactics all the way.
NOW THEY WANT THE INITIAL DOCUMENTS SUPPILED AGAIN - 8 MONTHS later
Update - nothing has changed, still waiting, checked dates it over 9 months now, so rubbish....
Another month gone by 10 months and hours of communication - still nothing - they have my part and the deposit they were meant to give back when I sent back a calliper - nothing back!!!! I am a victim of this nightmare company. AVOID!!!
