I returned my car after a week's rental and was informed that there were scratches on the alloys and on the back bumper. I protested that these damages weren't with me and he said he would charge me €122. He also said that that the petrol was low. I explained I had just been to fill up and having found a self service petrol station called IP in Pisa, I put €20 in the machine however could only put in €7 into the tank as the car would not let me put any more fuel into the car (the pump kept clicking as it seems the tank was full). There was no way to get a refund and could not find a way to get a receipt. I explained this and he said he would have the car checked however, I would be charged if there was space of more than €3 to be put in the car.
I also said that I had had no accidents in the car however, he said I had and tried to charge me €122 extra as I did not have full cover. With that, I was not happy with that and he said that's what you are getting charged. He said he would take the amount off the excess.
I asked for his name and he said he did not have to give his contact details. I picked my phone up to call my wife. With that, he snatched the phone from my hand, which was being charged using a portable charger, he yanked the phone so the charger wire disconnected and threw the phone on his counter. Shocked, I told him that the phone was my property and his response was, it WAS your property! He then said call the police if you want it back.
The counter was a small pedestal so I went to get my phone with which he pushed me away. I went round the counter to see where the phone was, saw it and went to grab it. He pushed me, scratching me, giving me a bruise on my wrist and leaving me with pain in my wrist. I managed to get the phone off him, telling him that I was going to complain and proceeded to leave the office. With that he said that you have your rights.
I asked the company shuttle to take me back to the airport which he did.
With me in the office, there was the gentleman who took me to the airport, another lady agent and 3 other men who were there to deliver their car back to the airport. They all witnessed the situation.
I am now left with a scratch, bruise and a painful left wrist!

Don't rent with this company, they use unfair practices to get more money than the quote. They pressure you into insurance and if you refuse, they find any minor damage on the car and say that you caused it. For us it was "the key doesn't work in the door lock" even though, we nor anyone uses the actual key to unlock the door. We always use the electronic fob. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE OF HAVING TO DEAL WITH THIS CROOKED COMPANY!

Hired a car in Rome last December. Everything was fine and got my deposit back. However, in May they somehow took 40 EUR from my credit card with no explanation whatsoever. They didn't respond when emailing them (multiple times). Unfortunately, I was too late with seeing that they scammed me and took my money, so my credit card company couldn't file a complaint. Check your credit card statement multiple times when you have hired through them. If you didn't hire through them yet, don't hire from them! They will scam you in the end.

Reservé online un coche de alquiler para el Aeropuerto de París Orly con un mes de antelación y realicé el pago con tarjeta de Crédito. Tres días antes de mi viaje, anularon de manera unilateral la reserva alegando falta de coches. Autoclick no me ha devuelto el dinero pagado (250€) y he tenido que cursar una denuncia a VISA Internacional demostrando que el servicio no se había prestado para poder recuperar el dinero después de tres meses. Autoclick ha dado todo tipo de excusas para no devolver el dinero incluso no ha respondido a mensajes. Simplemente una enorme presunta ESTAFA.

I booked online a rental car at Paris Orly Airport one month in advance and made the payment by credit card. Three days before my trip, Autoclick unilaterally cancelled the reservation claiming lack of cars. Autoclick has not returned the money paid (€ 250) and I had to file a complaint with VISA International proving that the service had not been loaned to recover the money after three months. Autoclick has given all kinds of excuses not to return the money and even not answering the messages. Simply a huge supposed SCAM.

Everything went well while having the car.
But after we returned the car we were supposed to get back our deposit (only after paying the highway).
We payed the Highway but we didn't get the difference of the money back even after almost 2 months. We called at least 10 times and sent 2 messages regarding this problem.

no refunds...they cancelled my reservation, i paid 400EUR to autoclick which i did not recieve back, then 600EUR for a car at the airport after found out they cancelled my reservation......
I will try it through VISA company to get my money back, but i know it from the airticktes from bancrupted company, it will last almost a year.

Booking Cancelled 10 days before I was meant to collect due to no availability of vehicles (despite confirmation of the vehicle 3 weeks before this).
It has now been 4 weeks since Autoclick cancelled the reservation and AutoClick have still not refunded my money. Contact has been terrible and I would not consider them again given the awful customer service for something that is their fault.

We had a very good experience with AutoClick's Mallorca office. They were quick to amend the contract to note some cosmetic damage to the contract that hadn't been included initially, new exactly what the problem was and walked us through fixing it when we had a minor mechanical problem with the car and called for advice (loose battery cable), and were friendly all the way. Would definitely rent from them again.

Really positive experience in Bergamo - Italy. Super friendly staff and good connection with the shuttle bus (,however, you need to call the local office to make sure the shuttle bus will arrive). Sometimes it can run irregularly. We have ordered Citroen DS3 but got Peugot 208 which was 5 door and almost brand new with just couple scratches. Overall really positive service and I can recommend autoclick to anyone.

With great surprise, I received today an email, where Autoclick cancel my reservation missing two days to pick up the car, and I did it near two months ago.
Today missing two days to pick up the car I have to find some car for rent that obviously cost me even more than it already had paid due to the few time that I have, and you just write to me saying “We are sorry to inform you that your car rental booking WEBXXXXX with Autoclick on 06/08/2018 09:00:00 has been cancelled due to lack of availability”, and that the money is going to be reimbursed (obviously…).
Autoclick seems to forget the big impact that are causing me, when I booked the car two months ago, and when I am already in Italy (I traveled from South America), and ready to start my vacations after tomorrow here in Italy , and now I am in a big problem because my reservation was canceled and leave me unable to move, because my budget its not enough to rent another car that cost a lot of more and the time to receive the money in the credit card is longer than 2 days (when I should start my vacations).
I am totally disagreed with the way as Autoclick manage the booking of its Clients, where its clear that they does not matter of the problems that cause to Clients due to its internal failures of planing/management, instead of find a solution that does not impact the Clients, considering the timing (when make the reservation and when it was cancelled the reservation).
I Left this claim as a record of the abuse that Autoclick is making to me.

Rented a car at Pisa Airport. Shuttle bus arrived within 5 minutes. Short ride to location.
Office very clean with several desks to help customers. It took about 20 minutes to sign the contract and receiving the keys.
We got the car we hired. The car was clean and tank full. No problems. On return everything was settled wihtin 10 minutes since we had a full covered insurance. I would recommend this car rental station.

I used Autoclick Pisa near the airport in May 2018, the staff were excellent, car was great, no problems during the hire and all handed back at the end with no further charges or costs. The airport shuttle at Pisa is a bit tricky to find.

Easy online price calculator. Friendly and reliable staff at Milano Malpensa airport. Efficient and helpful shuttle service. Make sure to pay for insurance, or risk it... btw the latter is not suggested.
