I ordered a rear bumper for my FJ Cruiser back in 10/14/2019 Part # 57-0403(Order #20855533), part got super delayed and decided to cancel as it was delayed for almost two months and a week over their promised shipping date. I ordered another bumper Part #: FJ-2961 (Order# 73706374) as they advertised this "WILL ALLOW FOR TC 5293 SWING ARM" but as I verified with the Manufacturer, this is not so. The TC5293 only will work with the TC-2961 (for a Tacoma truck) so I cancelled. I decided to revert back and ordered the first bumper FJ-2961 (Order# 73707578) 12/02/2019 and I told them I'm willing to wait. They promised a January 2020 delivery, then later on communicated that the vendor is encountering a delay and will ship it 3/5/2020. That day came and I chatted with a Customer Service agent ( I have copies of the Chat manuscript) and promised me it is shipping that day. I called Customer Service the next day 3/6/2020 to get an update, and told me the part was discontinued.
This delayed my project for almost half a year (October 2019 to March 2020) and they have already charged my credit card upon order.
I will never ever order from this site again due to this frustrating experience.
I have all the proof (Check all the Order #s) and Chat proceedings. First time I saw their BBB rating and wondered how in spite of so many bad reviews they still maintain their A+ rating.

I ordered a cold air intake on 11/27/2019. I noticed that it was very cheap price wise compared to other sites. I called customer service to confirm that the price was in fact correct. Customer service CONFIRMED that it was the right price for the entire assembly. After placing the order, all confirmation emails indicated that it was the entire assembly. On 11/29, I received an email saying it was shipped, again confirming that the entire assembly was coming I checked the tracking number with FedEx where it indicated that it was only 2 pounds, which is way too light. I called customer service again to confirm, who then told me that it was "their bust" and that they listed the part wrong which misled me to think that it was the entire assembly, even though I called customer service to order it.
This isn't right, I was assured that I was getting the entire assembly, they took my money, then shipped me an entirely wrong part. I even asked if they could send me a comparable cold air intake to make it right, which they won't even offer to do so.

Hefty restocking fee and YOU pay for shipping back if you dont like it or other issues. If defective, you may get the whole refund or a replacement. So, be careful. Also, apparently their prices may fluctuate along with the discounts, so don't be fooled. I won't be shopping again here!!

I made the stupid mistake of ordering in brake pads from this yahoo outfit. I tried to go with Amazon but could not find my car there. So, I bought these brake pads. I finally got my car model on amazon and the price I paid on Autoanything was a whopping 40.5% higher. FOURTY PERCENT HIGHER. Amazon has free shipping with 2 day delivery and makes returns easy with no restocking charge. After waiting forever (autoanything's message always say "your call will be connected in 10 minutes". A massive joke you will sit there listening to the worst music of all time. In fact, I believe they do this annoying music just to have you hang up. This outfit does NOT offer email, thus you are stuck on the phone visibly aging) I finally got an real person. She told me there would be another 20% "restock" charge. When I explained that amazon has vastly lower prices on the same brake pads with zero restocking charge, she basically just blathered more blather.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS OUTFIT. Search and I am 100% sure you will find a much better deal somewhere else.

Ordered 3 items got one correct. Nerf bars for truck did not fit. Told that we could initiate return when proper bars came in. When tried to initiate return was told was past the time limit. Lost upwards of $300. Liars and thieves. Don't do business with them.

I ordered a set of car seat covers for $145. Rear seat only. Crap showed up at my door. Called and complained. Customer service said the pic on the website was just an example. Wanted a return for refund. They only gave me credit for $100. Restocking fee. Stay away from these a-holes. Crappy rip you off hard.

Purchased an item from the company. Before I even received the item, the price dropped 10%. I requested a price match per their "guarantee" and was told that it was only available on new purchases, despite their guarantee that if the price lowered within a year, they would match it. Total rubbish. My dad always told me that guarantees were only as good as the company behind them. In this case, absolutely worthless.

They didn't get overnighted and they sent me only half of the order.
When they finally sent the other half the breaks were faulty. They screeched and my car didn't stop. I was driving with my infant with their faulty breaks.
I contacted them about returning them. They promised to send me instructions on returns but never did. They stopped responding to my emails.
They sold me faulty breaks and refused to give us assistance on returns or a refund.
Do not buy from them. Their parts are faulty and they won't help you at all. Same thing with Power Stop!!

My husband and I ordered front mats and a cargo mat for our Hyundai Santa Fe. We looked at the different colors and the one we ordered just wasn't dark enough so I called back and we have returned these and have ordered the ones that we are sure will definitely work out. We have ordered from Auto Anything before and have always been very well satisfied. Their quality is excellent!
I talked to Patrick Turcar and from beginning to end he was so pleasant and absolutely no problem of any kind. I give him 5 Stars for his service.

I placed an order to be delivered to my PO Box. After a few days of not getting an email that my item had shipped I called to be told they can't ship it to a PO Box. Nobody there thought to call and let me know this. I'm surprised you can even place an order to be delivered to a PO Box online if this is the policy. I then changed my shipping address and after another 10 days of no deliver I called twice to be told it was being prepared to ship. I'm positive they didn't have it in stock which was why it was delayed. I cancelled the order. Also hold times are terrible.

In this case a $550 tonneau cover, not in stock, backordered and when I cancel..."It will take 5 days to refund your account". They certainly charged my account much faster than that!

I ordered a lift kit for my truck/trailer about two weeks ago. At first, with the first 2 orders there was confusion and AutoAnything canceled the orders. Problem - they never contacted me to let me know. And the reason for cancellation both times was a delivery address issue. It was several days before I contacted them each time only to find out that the order had been canceled. Finally, on the 3rd try, with the help of customer service and the accounting department, we finally got a workable order done. I never thought it would be so complicated.
After all was said and done, they gave me the part at cost and charged no tax. They ate the shipping cost and I basically paid the listed price for it. Then Fedex fouled everything up.
When I did contact AutoAnything by either live chat or phone they were always attentive and helpful. I found that communication was the key here and they tried.
When Fedex finally decided to release the package that they were holding hostage (for no apparent reason); I found that the kit was very stout and in excellent condition (new). It is what I wanted and I hope that all will go well with the install.
Would I use AutoAnything again? Probably. I would just request from them that they not use Fedex as their delivery agent and also to remember that communication with the customer is critical.

Cargo liner didn't fit and Autoanything wouldn't pay for return pick up. They just act as intermediaries with manufacturer and take no responsibility for mistakes made by the manufacturer.

Online chat will not help with warranty/returns, and the number they tell you to call there is a 30 minute plus hold time. Won't ever purchase anything from them again.

On 7/30/19 I ordered floor mats for my car. There where 105 dollars. I was they where in stock and would ship on the 31st. I then got an email 3 housr later saying that there was a delay and they would ship on the 5th. I called customer service and asked them to void the transaction or find me floor mats that where in stock. They said they can not void the transaction or transfer my money to another product. So i decidee to wait. Then on 8/5 I get an email that they order has been delayed more and it is scheduled to ship on the 13th. I called customer service again and was told if I cancel my order it will take them 2-3 business days to proccess the cancelation then 2-5 to go back onto my card. So today 8/7 I was told that they would proccess my refund today or tomorrow. I BELIEVE THAT THEY TELL YOU THAT EVERYTHING IS IN STOCK SO YOU WILL BE DETEARD FROM CANCELING SINCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY. I think they should have offered a discount or transfered my money to another floor mat that was really in stock.

I guess it's true again. You get what you pay for. My cover is less then a year old and after washing it, it leaves a white powdery dust on my car. Their answer is to charge me 35% of the original cost and send me another one. No thanks got me once but not again.

Ordered a hood protector. Their site said it fit. It didn't. They didn't show the exceptions. I called. They told me to install it on the hood. I did. Then after five phone calls and two weeks approved a return of unused. But they told me to mount it. Now stuck with it. Avoid this place like the plague. If you call you also won't understand a thing they say. They employ all of Central America apparently.

I had ordered my a Tonneau cover for my 2500 HD chervy Silverado, when I had received it,the left side of the Mountain was broken, instantly i sent them an email with all the info you would think off included some pictures. apparently no body had never reached out to me, or contacted me for over three days, then I called I had spent hours on the phone talking to customers service included the replacement service department, infact they had requested other email with some pictures, and I did sent it to them, again It other days now i haven't heard back from no body. very disappointed I'm already spent thousands of dollars in them.

I ordered a K&N air filter that was "in stock" and was supposed to ship same day. A bunch of phone calls later and a different story every time, I finally got it about 7 days later and opened the box to find it was all beat to hell. The seal tape was broken and the box was open etc... the filter had a little damage but looked to still be in good enough condition that I am not going to bother trying to return for a refund. This was my 1st and last purchase from this company ever! I would highly recommend that everyone stay away from this place and do not order anything from them. Horrible experience and horrible customer service! All around bad company! STAY AWAY!

Absolutely horrible the delivery company didn't even the box so my wife to check it i checked it after a few weeks because i had it in the box never touched and it has a really nasty scratch looks like a mistake from the manufacturer autoanything wont even change it back don't waste your time with this people they're not honest and sell defective products.

Ordered a car cover on line. Received message to call about order, after several attempts I was told their system would not accept order. The card was valid, I am still using it today. Gave them a second card, was told it worked fine, hours later I receive message to call about order, same issue. Checked credit cards and found both cards had been charged and then removed. One more phone call to find they had canceled order, was transferred to someone to get explanation, went to voice mail asked for a return call, that was three days ago.
Bought a tow bar from them a couple years age, received wrong one. Thought it was a one time mistake. Bought my car cover directly from manufacture, far less hassle.

Ordered LeBra for 2008 Ford Taurus. I paid extra for overnight shipping once factory sent product to autoanything.com. Estimated shipping was May 3- May 6 (6-9 days later). I called May 4 and was told I would receive it May 7. I get email on May 6 that it was delayed until MAY 23!! Totally Unacceptable! Now I've wasted almost 2 weeks to order from someone else. Very poor service.
