I ordered a sun shade for my car using their specifications....it was too big. Tried calling company and after being on hold for 1 hour 20 minute I gave up. I tied online chat...number 42 in line. I just wanted the right item but If I put in for a refund I will only get 19.00 for the 43.00 that I paid.....stay away from this company as you can not get a real person to help with a real problem.

I have gotten nothing but run around and avoidance from AA on placing a warranty claim in which the manufacturer directed me go back to AutoAnything bc I purchased there. On-line chat cannot do warranty, Website form closed the case bc I had to call. Wait times have been 1.5 hours and no customer service will answer. Hours of my time have been wasted for no resolve. Seems they do not really have a claims department.
Trying CoverCraft again since it is their product.

Ordered a Tonneau cover. Sent the wrong part. Tried to call for a refund and no one answers the phone.
They put you on hold and tell you the wait time will be 1 hour and 15 minutes. (they say that amount of time every time you call) After you hold for a hour or so the call just terminates.
If you try to use the online return they charge you return shipping and a restocking fee even though they sent you the wrong part. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I purchased a set of floor liners about a month ago, the estimated shipping time was roughly 3 days. After the 3 days the item had stills not shown as shipped, but I decided to wait until Monday to see if they would, but they had yet to ship. I contacted the customer support to ask them when it would ship, and that's when they told me about the delay and it should ship the next day. Well Tuesday came, and still no indication that it had been shipped, I once again contacted them to see when it would be shipped, and I got the same response. I decided to look elsewhere for the item since I needed them by that week. After I found some for a better price, I cancelled my order. The next day I get a notification that they have been shipped. Of course by then it's too late and I no longer want them. I get in contact with customer support to let them know this issue, and ask if they could send me a return label so I could ship back the item when it arrives and get a refund. I was told they were unable to do that, and i would have to wait until I got the item to request it. So I waited until Saturday, which was the estimated time that the item was to arrive. This entire time I keep trying to track the item but all it says is that the label was created. Needless to say I never received the item, and I'm still waiting on a refund. I already contacted customer support, which I should mention I'm only able to do so through live chat because their phone line keeps saying they're closed. Customer support says that the refund has been "processed" and it's going to take 5 business days to show on my paypal. It's past the 5 days and still nothing, luckily I already made a claim through Paypal to get my money back. Never will I shop at this website again, worst business I've ever dealt with. Please save your money and shop anywhere else but here!!!

I ordered the N-Fab podium set. Super easy to install and look great on truck. It takes longer to pop out the stock hole plugs than to install the bars. Perfect fit!!!Great product and great service. Thank You Autoanything

DO NOT ORDER FROM MORRIS 4X4 OR AUTOANYTHING! Sort through newest reviews. All are the same. Long story short, ordered over $2600 of items over a month & half ago. Have received only $200 worth of stuff. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENCE! You can call to make a order & get an immediate answer, however if you need to check on a order your going to be on hold for over a hour. That's if you even get someone. Online support is also useless. I've dealt with Thaymar Sanchez, Patrick Turcar, & Thomas LABAU. ALL USELESS. Thomas is the only one somewhat helpful but to no avail. Morris 4x4 is non functional as a business. Complete breakdown. Company should be ashamed how they're treating customers & STOP TAKING ORDERS. Pure embelzment. They clearly state they do not charge until items are shipped, but charge immediately. They then try & get things dropped shipped & blame the manufacturer vs accepting responsibility & taking appropriate actions. They'll tell you a guaranteed shipping date then nothing will happen. The online system to check status of your order is not functional also. It's stated my order is shipped & complete over a month ago. Still haven't received. Morris 4x4 was bought by autoanything. Autoanything has been involved in this order & aware of what's going on. Therefore I'm considering them the same. I will never order from Morris or autoanything EVER. This has been the worst online company I have ever dealt with. They can't blame covid, other manufacturers, or high call volumes. That's just making excuses. All other companies I've been dealing with have been able to function & communicate appropriately. There's a complete break down with Morris 4x4 & autoanything is letting it happen. If I could give negative stars it would be more accurate. I have placed two separate orders with them. 1st order was for seat covers, which have taken over a month to arrive. 2nd order I cancelled almost immediately after placing, and 9 days later have still not seen a refund. Tried calling, and as stated in previous reviews, get a long minimum wait time and no answer. Tried the online chat, but am forever stuck as the 5th person in line. I have tried emailing, but as yet have not had a response. Going to get my bank involved at this point to see if they can get my money back. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered four items from AA on May 28, 2020. I have now been given 3 different shipping dates. The most recent shipping date is June 12, 2020. It is now June 18 and I have not rec'd a shipping notification, nor, a tracking number. I have tried to Chat and they had 18 other customers waiting. I emailed them but no response.
Wish I would of researched this company before I ordered.

I purchased a set of running boards for my truck and was sent damaged boards and they were the wrong ones.So I called several time and they finally sent another set out.But they were the wrong ones again.So I called several times and told them the right running board # to send me,and they want me to sent the good set back that doesn't fit my truck and give me a refund for 513.00 but I paid 546.00 .Isn't that great, I was dealing with idiots for 2 months and got a major run around which they said it was there fault,No Kidding,but they want me to find a 8ft box and send them back.I live in a apartment and don't have the room to store a 8ft box.So to sum it up I deal with idiots for 2 months, spend more of my time to repack and ship there mistake back to them so I can be refunded 30.00 less.I will never buy a thing from these idiots again.Beware unless you have time and money.

Placed an order for an atv winch on the 7th, was promptly charged for it. Was given a shipping date of the 10-14th. 14th came, no shipping info provided, tried calling, chatting and emailing several times, no response. After getting disconnected through chat multiple times, I was told "you just need to wait, we'll email you when it ships." Mind you, I was able to receive no less than 12 spam emails from them trying to sell me more items. After exhausting all options to contact them, I left a bad review, was contacted immediately by customer service. Explained how poor their communication was, my payment already being taken and still no shipping info. No apology, no explaining, just an excuse and that my ship date got pushed back again to an est date of the 24th. Now it's the 21st, no email, no communication, they have my money and I have no product. This process has been nothing but frustrating, and full of excuses blaming the manufacturer for pushing back shipping times and ignoring my emails.

I purchased seat covers for my car. What I received wasn't right so I am trying to return them. Customer service has been horrible and they denied my return without any explanation, even though the site states 30 day return policy. Will never use this company again and will make sure to share my horrible experience with everyone.

I have spent over 3 hours on the phone mostly on hold , I have sent numerous emails with only 2 responses I have renamed the company to " AUTOANYTHING but SERVICE " I am going to have to eat my loses of $450 . I had their sales department specify the hitch that I needed , it was wrong and has been 3 months since I placed the order . I can't even speak to a live person . I only get the sad music while on hold for an hour each time I call and eventually I just hang up without speaking to anyone . DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE MORONS !!!!!!

Ordered something with overnight shipping. 5 days later I reached out to see what was going on with no reply. Automated message comes in the next day there was a delay with manufacturing and that it will ship out in about a week. 4 days later I get a response to me reaching out with same info. Then, at the time my product was supposed to ship, I get an email saying "we received notice you want to cancel your order". No such thing was requested. Reached out two separate times with no response. Final email said my order had been cancelled. Absolutely terrible service.

bought a bike rack that said it fit 3 bikes , but it does not! auto anything said they have wait 3 days to get me an rma from manufacturer to return item . I did not buy it from the manufacturer and autoanything should just take it back. this is also false advertisement as 3 bikes do not fit on this rack!!!!! I never had a problem before with autoanything but never had to return stuff. seems like all these companies can false advertise on the web!!! Amazon does it as well.

I've ordered thousands of dollars of parts in my life online and on the phone from various companies, summit, jegs Offroad design, Barnes 4wd, eBay, Amazon and several others for the 69 Chevy Blazer money pit. And many other vehicles, rarely have I had an issue with a wrong part, shipping, or customer service.
Recently placed a order with a company called Morris 4x4 center out of Florida.
Which is owned by autoanything, to my understanding.
1. Ordered VI-10009 Viair onboard kit, in stock supposedly. They sent me a mustang gauge dash part?? It's a Jeep store/4x4 store? And doesn't even show up on their website.
I spent over 5 hours on hold trying to get the issue resolved. I could contact a salesman n 5 minutes, but a customer service rep took forever and when I finally did get thru to one, they transferred/ put me on hold to another one.
Finally the 3rd rep supposedly gonna issue me a label for return of the wrong part and eventually a refund.
I've yet to receive it.
2. The part was wrongly advertised and they wouldn't honor the price.
3. Sent 2 emails, neither got a reply.
4. They said management would call me, before close. That didn't happen either.
So do yourself a favor, order from someone else, or a business with better customer service.

Stay away from this company. They don't stock items just resellers that order from other places and have stuff shipped to you. It takes days for them to figure out if an item shipped and they send automated wrong shipping updates. Customer service is atrocious. That's if your willing to wait long enough to get someone on the phone or to chat with you. Amazon.com Is soaring because of fools like this

This is in response to another delayed order. I grit my teeth on the first but decided to cancel an order for a bed mat since the delivery was extended out another 2-3 weeks. I was told I could not cancel until they received an OK from their late supplier. Very disturbing since AutoAnything charges your credit card immediately upon order placement. They don't care if the order is late since they have their money. No More, enough! What a rip off outfit.

I purchased a set for my 2019 ram 1500 laramie crew cab and they sent me one for a 2018 standard cab. I called and the gentlemen was very helpful, he issued an RMA and said once fedex scanned the RMA they would send out the right one. this is were it started!!
Not only did it cost me $14.00 to send them back they did not send out new ones they reemburshed my account (or so they say). they then tell me I have to pay for new ones. I did and asked if they could express the shippment and was told they are coming from georgia and would only take a few days.
they dont help with return shipping cost, my time, my delay and they dont expedite order since have been waiting weeks now. terrible experience.

There is a reason this site has a one star rating and it's their service. I ordered lowering springs thru these guys because the parts were hard to find and their site showed them in-stock. It's now been a week and they're telling me that the item is backordered and it's going to be another 6-8 days, but not to worry because once they receive them they will ship them out via expedited shipping method. That's not how fulfillment is supposed to work. The bad reviews are well deserved in my opinion.
