I bought a new Caravan from the Company and got it april 1st.
A tent and a cover for the caravan that I have ordered and paid for was not there, and the mirrors I have also ordered and paid for did not fit our car. Martin Volbach from the company tried himself . We were in a hurry, so he promised to sent the tent and cover, and refund us 150 Euro for the mirrors.
After having mailed and phoned 3 times, we got the tent as specified a month after. But the cover they sent was not for the caravan, only for the front wheel. A small advertising cover with their logo printet on. I thougt that was for free. Unfortunately I had not specified, that the caravan cover should be to the cover the caravan, and not only the front wheel. Therefore I cant do anything when they say, that this was the right cover. Allthough the contract was raised with Euro 550 for that only item estra.
And the Euro 150 I have still not received, nearly 2 month after. And after having mailed to my contact Michael Freier 9 times and phoned 4 times. He apologizes every time, but nothing happens.
It is a small amount yes, but it was part of the agreement.
I still hope I will receive my 150 Euro, but the hope gets smaller and smaller.
I can only recommend every one who is dealing with this company in the future to be carefull and specify everything, just to be sure.
It is certainly not the german "spitzenklasse" I expected.
Supplement: after having sent a last mail mid June I finaly received my 150 Euro. But I still had to ask for the amount.
