Why would a large company push the smaller shops out? They sent a letter stating they will no longer deliver parts. We can order them but must pick them up. Pricing is of course way more then other shops. Now your purchasing ATA and we still can't get parts delivered or good pricing. Why are you discriminating against the small businesses?

I paid $480 for a hood and fender. A month later they refund me $275. No communication at all. Dont know where the rest of my money is or my parts they supposedly had in stock

Sent me the wrong parts. Take forever to return, they don't pay for shipping on core parts unless you go off on them. I would never order from here again to many issues and takes to long to process returns when they guarantee to send you parts that fit.
Pictures show the dirty rotor is the one I needed the clean one is the one they provided me with.

Called the 1800 number to see the status of a particular parts availability Shown on website as 2 (TWO) currently in stock. Operator ASSURED me that in fact they did have 2 (TWO) in the warehouse. Four days later get an email stating that they in fact did not have parts in stock and could not fulfill the order. Now the irritating thing was I needed 4 of this particular part so I placed an order for 2 more with another vendor (Tirerack) who I also called to verify availability and they only had 2 in stock but fulfilled it unlike this place. So now I have to ship the tirerack order back, time wasted look elsewhere for parts.

My order for this assembly was because 2018 f150 ford was included in coverage.My mistake was trying to use it instead of returning it.This doesn't come within a mile of fitting.

I would give Auto Parts Warehouse a -10 (negative ten) rating and would not recommend this product to my worst enemy's! This place billed me for four auto parts that they didn't even have in stock and now the customer service representative tells me I have to Waite for three to five weeks to get my money back. So what am I'm suppose to now? Wait to get the parts I need now? I can't pay double for the parts that I need! What the $#*! is that all about?

Ordered a head gasket from these guys, got it, had it installed professionally, and, upon him filling the engine with oil and anti-freeze mix, had the anti-freeze leaking out practically all around the entire head. That means undoing ALL the work just performed, to the tune of another $700.00. DUE TO PART FAILURE. Of course, they're not going to be responsible for their parts performance and cover the extra cost due to THEIR failure to provide parts of quality. Go somewhere else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have always received great service from APW. Their wonderful website and competitive pricing kept me coming back. Today was even better. The rep was genuinely interested in helping me and spent nearly one-hour with me (my insistence) looking for alternatives. He found me a much cheaper alternative when compared to the eBay part my mechanic suggested. He then gave me his extension number and encourage me to call him directly and he would try and apply an additional discount for any future purchases.

I was a frequent customer, but did not order for awhile. When i returned, I found some idiot "improved" the web site. When i tried my most recent order on line, the response was "we don't ship to APO's." How is Las Vegas an APO? After three tries, I called the number.
Wait! There's More! The phone rep was perfect, but I soon received a notice the pars I needed were not available. Don't the computers tell you what is in stock?
It will be a LONG time before I make an order from Autoparts Warehouse in the future. I think it has something to do with hell and a cold Front! Thanks for nothing!

Ordered using online system with correct car model and received a part for a different car. When I went to get it replaced, I was told that their system identified the wrong part number and they could not provide me with the proper part. They did refund my purchase but here I am 12 days after ordering and I have to start all over again. Poor service

Ordered a replacement part for my truck. The site was easy to navigate and order. But within an hour I started getting emails for the company on purchasing other items. Sales adds basically. I just want to order my part and not get extra emails. I get enough junk in box mail everyday don't need more. The order was completed very easy but wish you could look up something or buy something on the Internet without getting bombard with adds I do not want.

When a listing says "In Stock" software needs to confirm against a current, accurate stocking level database. Have ordered brake rotors only to get email saying "We regret to inform you we are "out of stock"..." Problem is at corporate level, US Auto Parts. Have had same issue with carparts.com for same rotors, another US Auto Parts site.

I ordered a window regulator for my wife's 2010 Ford Escape and after looking at other sites and no luck with local parts stores Auto Parts Warehouse was the cheapest by far and their photos of the product ensured that I had the right part the only issue and it was a small one is the part came in a box 4 times the size needed all in all a great experience would use them again in a heart beat.

If your broke down, better stay with your local parts house. If you have a project car and know what works and what dosen't, you can save a few bucks here. The parts is just what you get. Nothing more. If your looking for parts advice, then this place is not for you. I needed 2 doors, a hood, and some other minor parts for my project truck. The body parts were just what I expected. Plain and needing primer and prepping. It took some patience with cust. service on the brake rotors. Turned out the part # was wrong on the site by a #. Still saved a few hundered over major performance parts sites. They saved me just over a grand in the suspension parts I needed. Now take in mind i'm building a working truck, not a 1/4 mile racer.
