First they took almost a week to ship because didn't have on stock.
Then delivered damaged goods that spilled pull all over my living room. 2 weeks later did not solve the issue.
Do not recommend.

Please confirm the delivery time before you buy.
The means delivery time is 15days and when they say that the item is in stock, is really in stock on the manufacture.
They are not serious about the delivery time, so confirm before you buy.
I'm very unhappy customer.

I bought at Autodoc and partners for several times.
Sometimes, parts are note suitable to the car, however it was supposed to be -
Maxgear 49-0733, for Astra G, 1.4 16 V, 90cv, (F08,F48)
Sometimes, parts sented - Febibulstein 29208, doesn't correspond to foto, and have no brand.
The delivery time is always longer than expected, never less than a week.
The checkout and payment process sometimes runs badly. For twice I paid more than the value showed, and in this purchase my bonus simple vanished.
And nothing could be done by the Autodoc support, not even cancel the order immediately after checkout.
Now I waiting for a answer from infoauto-doc.pt, since 2020-03-01, and from infoauto-doc.de, since 2020-03-03, because I want to cancel the contract and send back, or change, the unsuitable parts. It's been a week and no answer.
It seems they only respond to the situation exposed on this site.
Bad experience...be aware!

The windshield wipers were supposed to be compatible with Citroen C4 Cactus but lacked the support for the magic wipe system that equips ALL C4 Cactus models.

I have e mailed this comany 3 times now 4 days ago(in english and portuguese ) and have had no reply regardingplacing an order ,why would I have any faith in a company that doesn't seem to care

You claim I emailed once but I emailed 3 times and received one reply ,I sent one
In english and a reply to say 'how can we help' then another 1 in english had no reply then another in portuguese in case you didn't understand also no reply ,to ask about the delivery company you use.

Ordered a cam belt kit on 27/10 arrived on 4/11 order no 24617598 opened the box and to my horror noticed one of the bearings was used, please HOW do you get that so wrong? I sent an email immediately with pictures, they didnt bother to reply on the 5th, ignored my messages on messenger, so I wasted more time emailling again on the 6th. Then they replied asking for more pictures probably to prove it wasnt my used one which I have sent, again. I was going to wait until they had a chance to sort it out but no. HORRIBLE service that warrants this review.
So just an update of how this car crash customer service is working or not as the case may be, I have sent a total of 15 pics, including all the parts, this is apparently still not enough, well it is for some customer service reps but not others. Up to date I'm emailing 4, 5 if you include this reply, one is saying send all the parts back, another is still investigating with his manager and needs more pics, one is sending the part foc with no return, and another is wanting it sent back with a return and have just received instructions for a return. Progress!

Be very careful of this company. 1.) You may have seen the competitive advertising for autopecasonline24.pt – it is the same company. 2.) Strange how all the favourable comments do not have a picture of the sender were as complaints do. Very few people write to say how wonderful a company is, why so many here. 3.) It seems that there are no offices or staff in the countries they offer just and auto-switching to Berlin. 4.) You are expected to pay the return cost even if it is their mistake. 5.) Their technical back-up is very poor.
Then why did your staff and technical support know the OEM number rather than ask me for it. It is not every one who understands and knows in intimate working of the parts industrie further underlining your staff's poor training, experience and customer support all of which raises suspicion of the competence and integrity of the company, staff, service and parts supplied
In response to your request for order number suggest you start with O/N 21241851 and follow this through. As for your autopecasonline24.pt the connection was from the payment request...Strand how a UK company will supply once professional technical check show that two types are fitted to this model whilst Auto-Doc true to insist what they have supplied are correct until I have to prove they are wrong.
You are correct that there are two variations of brake pads fitted to this model, however have worked in the repair and management of construction equipment companies such as your would be issued with concise and extensive catalogues from Filter and Brake component manufacturers from which various cross references are listed including the OEM number. It was your staff who requested me to supply the OEM number, to which I question the validity of your technical service support. I then located on EBay, a more professional company who listed the OEM Number which I forwarded to your company. Af for the repturns, the mistake was yours due to poor staff training and education. You initial instructed then instructed me to return and my expense, the in correct parts before dispatching the replacement even though I suggested you arrange collection on receipt of replacements which your refused. The nearest DPD office is a round trip of 360 kilometers = € 36.98 in fuel + tolls .to get a €19.35 refund. It is obvious that your company and the associated partners have an appalling and questionable customer service response added to which your technical service support seems to have little or no experience in administering a parts service operation.in respect of cross references and manufactures anomalies.

Unacceptable. sold me a part for my Chrysler 300c for the wrong year and didn't let me exchange saying the package was open. Of course it was open, I had to install it, only after that I was able to see it didn't fit.

Stay away from these people. This was the worst online shopping experience I ever had. Anything that could go bad, did.
They sent me two sets of luggage compatment springs.
One didn't fit my car, the other didn't have enough strength to lift the door of the luggage compartment.
So, I wanted to return them both. The ones that didn't fit, they accepted to reimburse me. But the others, they said that they had to invoke the warranty, because I had already tried them on my car.(that is not true, I was legally entitled to return a defective product in the first two weeks for a full refund). So, they gave me this warranty form to fill, which was actually more complex than my tax returns. I filled it, making it explicit that I never even used the things, that I put them on, saw that they didn't work, and removed them immediately. Now, they wanted me to shoot a video of the whole thing. So, I was supposed to mount them again, shoot a video, and wait for their verdict. I lost my patience and I simply returned the whole thing, citing the legislation that entitled me to do it. They went ahead and reimbursed me the part that didnt fit, but proceeded to send the defective parts to the warranty, against my wishes. I waited several weeks, until the manufacturer finally agreed to reimburse me. Now, they needed my bank information, because they would not credit my paypal account like they did for the other item. I sent them the information, and I waited, and I waited. Finally, I got fed up and contacted them again. They claimed that they had paid long ago, which they hadn't. So, now, they wanted to see my bank statement. I did send them the bank statement, and only finally then, almost a month later, they credited me on ... Paypal, which they said they wouldn't do before.
This experience was almost surreal. Do stay away from this business and be careful, for they operate under a bunch of different names,
EDIT: In answer to Auto-doc's response, it is not true that the springs had any vestiges of having been used. They were simply put and removed in 5 minutes, and I returned them in the exact same condition I received them. Also, in case of a defect in the first two weeks, which was the case, the customer has the option of returning them for full reimbursement, rather than under warranty. But the main issue is the insane complexity that is dealing with Auto-Doc. They make you jump through hoops to achieve what are your basic rights as a consumer. If it was up to them, I would have to install the springs again in my car, and shoot a video, before they were satisfied that there was a problem. Their bureaucracy is horrendous. That's the main reason i advise other customers to stay clear, not because of the defective part, which wasn't their fault, but rather the insane amount of work they ask of you to get your problem fixed.

Very slow shipment, lousy Customer Support, barely speaks the language, they don´t have the parts in stock, sent parts with bags open,it is a real mess. Will never buy anything again.
