I succesfully applied ETA to Australia with AusETA. I've already been to Australia and back. There were no problems with the visa at the airport.

During my application, a staff at AusETA by the name of 'Paul' (didn't get his last name) was very patient and helpful in guiding me through the process. I would like to express my gratitude to hem.

All in all a job well done and I was very impressed.

It went very fluent. Very happy of the service.

This is my first time using internet service for my australian visa coz most of the time the travel agent did for me. So i mada a few mistakes during the payment part of it. Since i applied for 3 visas for me and 2 of my family members but i accidently had made payment for 4. Not only that but the other 2 names also went missing from the screen so i immediately asked the admin using chat line provided for help and in a few minutes they solved the problem. So i should say that it was an excellent job done by them. I wud recommend to my friends
