The company sent me all documents very quickly. They were detailed enough to prepare you for a safe and successful travel. I think they were honest in their description. That's why I kind of I expected and imagined what I will experience. This is my first time booking with this company, and I am satisfied. I only wished if they can offer their documents in English to facilitate the procedures for international residents in Germany who want. However, I could manage it in German with some help from Google translation.

I booked Aurum Tours through check24 a holiday for 4 persons. Me, my husband and my kids (7 and 4 years old). Some how I made a mistake that I did not fill in my kids name so at the end they confirm only 2 persons. But I did cancel it right away, somehow I have to pay the cancellation of 314€. My husband call them this morning to explain and would like to book directly with them our holiday. And they just say no, we have to pay for the cancellation anyway. It is fine for us, if they don’t want to have us as their potential client in the future. I will never ever use any of their services in my life time ever again.
