My order took 13 weeks to arrive. One 58€ silver coin was missing. I sent them the unboxing video and asked for reimbursement. Still no answer from them (2 weeks now). This dealer is a pure thief.

Poor service seems to be the rule, rather than an exception. I have been a customer for greater than 4 years, apparently I am slow to learn.
I place orders for items that I believe who not be available in my country, but too often I do locate them elsewhere while waiting for Aurinum to ship my order.
Recently, I contacted the company concerning an order and the reply blamed the mint for the delay, although they advertise the item is currently available.
I do not often have this difficulty with any other business, and I do order worldwide.

Very poor customer service they don't or hardly react on inquiries and emails.I asked them when my order will be shipped out and that was over 10 days ago without answer.
