This is a great alternative to a traditional Nanny. The greater flexibility with the au pair’s schedule is a lifesaver. AuPairCare makes the whole process very easy. My only recommendation is that more educational options be provided, including weekend courses.

Au Pair Care is a really good company for who is looking for come to USA in the Au Pair Program. I’m already in the program for almost eleven months from Brazil and I’m extending for one more year before I trust Au Pair Care.

I have been extremely happy here, I was blessed with a really amazing family and I wouldn't have found them without aupaircare. And I feel lucky that aupaircare allows us to extend with the same family for a second year.

I've had great experience with Au Pair Care. I can recommend that agency with all my heart. They took care of me from the very beginning of my adventure of being an au pair. The Orientation in the first days after arriving here were very well done. They prepared us to live here and showed us the general cultural things. My LCC is great and answered all my questions I've asked. I spent an amazing year with my host family in the USA and I am glad I can extend for another year.

Well, I stay with my original family because I’m confortable with them and we have a nice relationship. I extend 9 months. The process for the extension was so easy I just had to add the proof of my credits and I was done. Basically it’s the family that are doing all the other steps. Know I’m waiting to get my new DS-2019. My extension demand has been send to the department of state. I’m so happy to extend I take my time to think about it Andrew I was not ready to go home even if I miss my family this experience is unique and I don’t want to miss it!

I am very happy to have chosen to extend for another year. I am also very pleased with the support I have been receiving from Au Pair Care. It's great to know that even though we're away from our family members, we're not alone here.

We are finishing our 2nd year with a Colombian Au Pair & our next Au Pair arrives soon. Au Pair care is excellent in every way, I highly recommend them and this program. It’s the best child care solution there is, I’ve tried them all from local nannies, Daycares, grandparents. This is the most flexible & quality childcare you will get. On our arriving Au Pair, her visa got denied (she is appealing) but I’m impressed with Au Pair Care’s lightning speed in helping me find a back up and there flexibility if the original Au Pair gets approved or if I want to continue with the back up Au Pair. You should plan on making the Au Pair part of the family, that’s the healthiest and most successful approach. Our Au Pair was highly motivated to learn English so better jobs would be available back home in her country for her.

We have been working almost 1 year with au pair care so far no complaints. We are extending with our current au pair. Our kids love her and she is a great asset to our family.

They don't give you information that you need when you are going to get the visa in your second year.

Aupaircare is a great company, they have taken care of me throughout my first year in the states HOWEVER it isn’t the company that makes this program great, it’s having the correct host family.

They go out of their way to make sure new aupairs are settled in, they contact aupairs in the area to reach out to the new aupairs to make friends and they do go out of their way to make you feel welcome. You’re on group chats so you stay connected at all times. The monthly check-ins really help as well if you have something to discuss with your area director. The monthly events are also nice to go to because the are directors go out of their way to make it a fun event to attend. I don't have a problem with aupaircare, they keep you updated on a lot of events and what’s happening in and around your area. They take good care of you, from the training up until you meet your host family and it continues after that as well. They never lose contact with you.
