Worst service ever and they should be sued!!! Period!
I was on the road and my car had problem so I took it to them and they charged 342 € and promised that the car would work, I was on the road so had no choice and after I was there they said that they had to change the parts because their machine says so and that I would have to pay the price anyway even though they didn’t fix the problem. The people there are so unprofessional and worst unfriendly, rude and unwelcome. After that I took it to another mechanic and it fixed the problem for 50€ and said the parts they changed had nothing to do with the problem.

Should deserve 1 Star. Rude, unfriendly service. I am trusted to hold cards on me to make purchases for my partner as at times she might be at home looking after the little one. So I went there to book in her car (she doesn’t drive but she owns the car and I drive and have to look after it) in for the winter tyres to be changed to the summer tyres. I had to do the car wash as well yet when it came to purchasing fallout remover the guy refused to complete the transaction as it was not my card, I had the car registration documents with me to prove, I told them the reason she was not there and all I got was withdraw cash from the machine. I’m sorry but if I’m entrusted with the card don’t you think I know the pin. It is illegal in the uk to sign for payment as a signature can be forged easily. I had my partner on the phone to confirm it was her card, if this was the UK and I had been sent out to collect a pension for someone (common practice as an old person can’t necessarily walk to where they want to go so they send someone in their place) I would have thrown the book at them. Lazy, bone idle, disrespectful, need to learn manners, impertinent behavior unbecoming of a company that wants customers to generate revenue and in turn profit. Must be the bad attitude and the reason why Germany is in recession and why no one actually would come here on holiday because of service like this is why the country is going down the drain along with the EU and their finances. Lost a customer and the money will continue to lose more according to the reviews let’s just hope the go bust soon. This company is the German version of Halfords which is what we have back in the UK.

They don’t deserve even 1 star. They are pure cheaters. I have a VW Tiguan and thought of getting service done from Harburg Hamburg ATU. My car use to earlier work perfectly well. The story started after the service. 1) Motor Steuerung started 2) Front Axel (vorder Achse) defekt — I argued to them that earlier to service allmwas perfectly well 3) particle filter symbol light started showing up after the service 4) brakes liner / brakes got to be changed 5) Tyres need to be changed 6) And a list of around 13 other small things . My car used to drive perfectly well earlier but after visiting ATu for service, the things kept on worsening. Last week Suddenly my car got leakage of water inside the base ? How ? And now i have no choice but been a family visitor of ATU . They keep sending you offers of 20% off 25%off so you get attracted to these discount offers . But the fact is they tuneup your car such a manner that you should keep visiting them. Hats off to the modern cheater company.

Last time I will use ATU. They needed a 1 hour 45 appointment to change over winter tyres to summer tyres. I arrived on time but the car didn't move for 45 minutes and now I am late for a meeting because 40 minutes after i should have left the car is still on the ramp.....wish I had checked the reviews before coming here.

Not honest!!!
I bought an oil filter, oil, and a diesel filter. I gave them the papers from the car to give me the right parts, but unfortunately, the DIESEL FILTER was the wrong one, when I went to get my money back, they give me the money from the OIL FILTER which was with almost 30 euro cheaper. Why not give me the money for what I returned?

A very negative experience. They blew up my turbocharger in their shop. No compenstation given whatsoever. Worst experience possible.

Bought the tyres and tyre change service online paid for everything online , made an appointment to change them. When my wife came into appointment for tyre change on the day, the ATU shop told us, they are not going to honor the deal on the tyres because of the price error on the website. We either have to pay about 150% increase in price or get the money back. Had more than a week to inform us about error till our appointment. For these sh...heads had to take half a day off and tons of stress. Never will l buy from these people again, this was just worst experience ever!!! Very dishonest people!!!

Fu.cking morrons of employees. They sold me a discs for Golf 5 for 200% higher price as a normal. When I want to return the package they didn't want to talk with us because we are not Germans. Their unprofessional relation to customer (probavbly would rate it 0/10), they also didn't want to give a credit for bought part. I would not recommend this store to anyone else. That fat guy with a goat beard was actually invalid.

Kitzingen Germany...At first I made an appointment for a fuel filter and the fellow that helped was great! but at the appointment was not so good...I had a bad feeling and I was right! A young man with a tattoo on his arm said great your here! and asked if I wanted to wait...I said yes and watched. After some time my car came back and the mechanic mumbled something and walked away. The kid then said, you have some problems with your car...as follows....hinterachsegummis eingerissen, keilrippenriemne rissig, achsmannshetter vorne rects und links aussen defekt, und koppelstange vorne rects hat Spiel... and stared at me...like I was going to get it fixed there. I said OK. he then started to talk again and said, I dont know how you passed inspection and some other stuff. Little did he know that my project was already by OPEL and they did a real full workover on my car for about 2000 Euro...and the timing belt was NEW! This company must really need money to think I was too stupid. I actually had to tell the guy to shut up and let me pay my 50 euro for my fuel filter change just to pay and leave. Poor lady behind me after I went back in was experiencing the same old story :/ Dumb right? I was sure to look tho they documented everything and I will ask OPEL again in a few days.

I ordered 4 dunlop tyres and already paid for them. But after 4 days I got an email telling me that my order was not possible that only 2 tyres were available. Not acceptable at all!
