Postponed delivery four times, postponing refund without notice, no answer from Athleteshop.se... So I sent a mail to Netherlands where this company is sited and here is the answer:
Please accept our sincerest apologies for this very unfortunate situation you are facing. Unfortunately, we are experiencing technical issues related to our financial system. I will send your request to our financial department.
Please grant us a bit more of your patience until we will be able to solve this issue for you.

This is apparently another lie. They appear polite, but behind it is systematic FRAUD. They have held my money for more than two months now...

I ordered and paid for a tent that would be delivered within a week (five workdays). After waiting FIVE weeks with and just reciving lame excuses from their customer service (who are, pardon my French, extremly mentally slow and inpolite) - I gave up. So i called to get my money, aproximatly 600 €, back. They said that it would take them 10 days to pay it back, TEN DAYS. Strange that It took me ONE day to send them money. Anyhow, I have been waiting for my refund for 14 days now. Nothing has come. I've checked with my bank, nothing is even on its way. I'm seriously considering to press charges against this fraud corporation. They live on old merits, but today are plain S H I T.

The worst online company so far. I've been doing most of my shopping online for the last 10 years. Never ever have i encoutered an unprofessional company like athleteshop before.
I ordered a kayak 3h of may 2018, and it will arrive to me 10th may acording to athleteshop. 10th comes and i still havent got anything from them. So i call the customer service and ask why the package isnt with me yet. They tell me they cant find the order. They search by my name, my e-mail, the ordernumber but nothing nada zip. At last they search by my mobile number and find my order. Then they say they haven't got any payment. I tell them that the payment was done just after the order. They say that they need proof (as if it was an court case, as if it is my job to do there jo!?). So i send them printscreens and a pdf from my bank where the purchase is clearly seen. They reply in a e-mail: Thank you for the proof. We will dispatch your order and let you know when it is going to be sent. I get in touch with them again and demand they give me a new date for delivery. They said the package should arrive to me in the begining of the coming week (21-23th may).
I said, if you can guaranty me that it will be in my hands some of those days - send it, if not - refund me my money. They said they couldnt guarantee the package being delivered those days, but they could guarantee it would be delivered at latest 25th may. Today, 24th of may, i get an e-mail that the package has been sent today. So i call the customerservice to make sure it arrives tomorrow as agreed. It won't. It will arrive 1 june. Omg. Just absurd. I ask them: is the package sent? No, they say. So why have i got an email confirming it has been sent, is it not true, is it a lie? Yes, it is not true. So you guys lie? ...silence...silence... Sir do you want the kayak or not?
So rude. So unprofessional.
NEVER going to place an order here again. Dont waste your time and energy like i did, It's frustrating and disappointing. They will keep lying just to make you not cancel any orders. Don't order at all, find a better company.
The last lie was that it's been delayed so much because of holidays in netherlands. There is NO holliday in the netherlands right now. My cousin lives there and has confirmed it, and so have google. Everyone is working as usual. an ordinary day. Liars liars liars.
UPDATE: Today they e-mailed me again saying that it won't be sent tomorrow for it to arrive here 1 June. They will send it 29th may. Hahahahaha. This company is S*it!

Horrible webshop and possible scam. I ordered a kayak from the website and since all other payment options included a fee I chose a bank transfer. Big mistake. After sending the money and not receiving an email confirmation I got worried and contacted the company. After several emails and almost one week, they keep avoiding the issue and say they can’t see the payment. I’ve sent a screenshot from my bank but that didn’t seem to help. I will most likely have to go through the authorities to get my money back. 😔

Ordered two items in mid-April and finally received in mid-June. Original estimated delivery was within a week. Everytime I contacted the company to request an update I was told the items would be sent during the following week. Finally I wrote suggesting that they clearly had no idea of when they would have stock and received a reply confirming this and offering refund. I kept the order I place. Once sent delivery took 2 weeks, and despite tracking not working, AthleteShop was resistant to contacting the courier. Some 15 emails later and they finally did so.
Will never use again, bad communication, bad service, and long waits. Thumbs down.

Stay away, scam artists! BEWARE!!!
Ordered product and got a confirmation with delivery date (3 weeks in the future). The delivery time was long but I accepted it since it was clearly communicated during the order process.
Just before delivery Athleteshop sends an email that they are unable to sell me the product. They proposed me to buy another product (that doesn't even fit the equipment the original product was intended for). I denied the offer. Until todays date the original product I still available for order (even though they claim they can't deliver it) and I have not been paid back my money (paid 3 weeks ago).
I have now reached out to my card issuer in order to be able to get my money back.

I ordered 2 things in April. Still I haven got what ordered and payed for. After two months of excuses they said they could pay back my money. But that has not happen. I tried to call them but now the phone is shut down. I tired to log in on my account but I'm locked out. So I have given them around 100 EUR and now the company seems to be a scam

I ordered three mouth protectors. All were in stock. After several days after ordering and paying I get an e-mail there is a delay in the shipment.
After another two days I get a mail there is _another_ delay in the shipment with a new date.
After two more days I get an e-mail that says there are "problems" with one of the products(?). Okay? How so? Did you not know that the first day?
Today, 8 days after I got the last e-mail explaining there is a "problem" with one of the products - nothing has happened.
Otherwise a good price for products that can not be found in Sweden (Opro mouth guard/protector)

For Customer Services i give them a 4 Star but unfortunatly they screwed up and sent me the wrong items 3 times before i got the correct one, and there where lots of delays from the start

They shipped timely and answered customer service timely.
What I am not happy about:
- they shipped a product that didnt perform (a lamp that came off the clamp and self destructed) which was NOT covered by warranty, but quite essential for the function of the lamp IMHO
- their tone in customer service was outright unfriendly - absolutely no need for that
- the shipping and handling fees are very high

There are 3 things need I need to say about this website:
- Best price
- Fast delivery
- Excellent customer service, fast reply.
- In case of a problem, a solution is found in a minute with the customer service.
So why buy somewhere else, I highly recommend the website. Don't look anywhere else just buy from them, you will not be disappointed.

Huge assortment. Found Nathan spare parts here. Good clear pricing. Fast, clear delivery with parcel tracking. Was trying to get freight discount by adding more product but they seem to have it flat but that is fine.
