worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Ordered a Bosu Elite Ball and they wrongly charged me twice for it. Placed the order 2 months ago and have not received anything. No answers to my email and they haven't refunded anything.
Criminal organisation but I am wondering how they were allowed to be registered for so long. Clearly all previous xustomers have had the same experience.

Company is a scam. The website has been taken down...do not order from them or any site that looks similar! Money was taken, item never sent, requested a refund multiple times and it was never sent. Checked again today and site was down.

Very bad experience. Don't buy anything in this shop. We ordered swimming pool. Delivery delayed every week , now I'm waiting for refund 3 WEEKS and still nothing.

Zero rating. Avoid this company. I placed an order and got confirmation it would be delivered. I never received it. I chased the order was told it would be dispatched. On that revised date i chased again and since then this company has not responded.
I suspect they have no products and no idea whether they can fulfil orders. Since that second chase i have been demanding a refund, so these crooks have failed to deliver my goods, failed to respond to messages and failed to process a refund.

Totally zeroes company. Made an order but received only one third of the that and it was used. They explained that they would send the rest later, but never got it - they explained that there was no goods and did not receive the rest. I made a return shipping and did not receive money back for unsent. Deceivers and liars.

Absolute scam; my order was repeatedly delayed over the course of more than a month, when I was eventually told they have had supply issues and would not be able to fulfil the order.
I was promised a refund with 7-10 days, which was over a month ago, and still no refund or response to any communications.
If i could 0 stars I would. AVOID.

These guys are at best incompetent and at worst simply dishonest. Looking at the other reviews I'm not alone in this opinion. They sold me a product (SUP board) and took payment of £1,350 in full knowledge that they didn't have the item in stock and are not expecting any for at least 4 months. I only found out when I contacted them to query the delivery date and discovered that they don't have the item to sell in the first place! My request to speak to a manager about it to complain was flatly refused.
Shamelessly dishonest, go to a proper retailer!

I made an order more than one month ago. The delivery date was 2-5 working days. Days keep passing and I didn't get anything.All this period, I am the one contacted the company. Nobody bothered to call to inform me what was going on. I had a contact 4 times and every time they were apologizing, they told me that there was a delay from the provider and they assured me that I will get my product within the week. 4 times the same lies!
After 1,5 month I said that I want my money back, I cannot wait anymore. I had to call 2 times to get the refund after 15 days. Go shop somewhere else. This shop is not serious at all!

How can this company survive??
16 march i ordered an pool filter.
30 of may still no filter received.
When you call them i had the most unfriendly call ever in my live.
they can't deliver the product and there is no solution.
after is asked for the manager there was no way i was able to speak to the manager.
and he hangup the phone...........
PLEASE NEVER BUY SOMETHING HERE, YOU WILL RECEIVE ONLY TROUBLE!!!!!!!

Order delay straight after the order. I received a new order date another week later. Nothing happened, no product arrived 21 days later.... I never received any update or notification. No reaction on my e-mail. I've tried to get in touch as they say on their voicemail 'every day reachable between 9 to 9pm'. Not true... half of the time their phone line is out of reach.... or vm says they are closed during their promised business hours. It took me ages to finally get to them on the phone.... No sorry or anything....they even said they had never received my e-mail....'we don't have it in stock so we can deliver it 5 days later'. Ridiculous poor service! I've asked them to give my money back... wondering if that's what they'll do. I don't trust the company one bit. Bad company to my opinion.

Ordered a product on the 7th of May from Athleteshop.nl. Got 2 emails afterwards about the delayed delivery, which is great as they kept me informed. However, now it has been more than a week and I have not received an update, and have not received the product I ordered. I messaged them on Facebook, Instagram, email, via their contact form and called several times. Nobody answered the phone after half an hour each time. Honestly disappointing customer service. Literally I just want an update on my order. Why is this so difficult?

I have ordered 2 pairs of nordic skates from them in March. I have paid in advance and then deep silence.
After maybe two weeks I have received 1 pair and information that 2nd one will be delayed. Every week I have contacted them they were pushing the delivery date by a week. After waiting 1 and half month (and reading this site) I have cancelled the order and returned the 1st pair as it was too small anyway.
So yes I've received a refund for the 1st pair but no refund for the 2nd one although they've confirmed my return. Today is 22nd of May order was placed on 20th of March.
There is no communication from their side, they are cheating about availability status. NEVER buy from them, they should be banned and trialed. They do very bad work for internet shopping.

I wish I had read these reviews before.
I ordered a bicycle helmet and the pattern was the same as the experiences below. First nothing, then stating the deliver would be a bit late, then nothing, then me inquiring, then nothing and now today a statement that the product will be 3/4 weeks late. This can't be right, I will be filing a complaint about this company and in the meantime: do NOT use this company.
I will update this once I get my money back.

Ordered and paid on 18th April, kept getting emails of being delayed, then contacted through email, got the same answer again and again, eventually a proper response saying it will be sent on 11th of May because they dont have it in stock but found a new supplier, we are now 21May and still not sent.
Worst online shop i have experienced in my lifetime.
