Cheating. Seems like they are closing down the store. After I have asked for my money to be paid back they does not answer either email or phone anymore.
Over two months since the goods are ordered and keep telling me that it will arrive within 14 days, but the product is still not arrived

This is a scam website please don'y buy anything on this website.
They promise 4 days delivery . My order was placed on 6. jun. 2018. But still no delivery. The reason they have provided me is the product is out of stock.
But the website is still showing in stock.

Recieved half my order 3 weeks late . Contacted the firm and received a reply that the some of the products had sold out (even though the money had been taken and no one had contacted me to let me know) one of the outstanding deliveries was on its way - 3 weeks ago and nothing has turned up. I have not received the money for the other products back into my account. I have written 2 emails a week ago to querie where the money is and the package and heard nothing back. I wish I had read the reviews first as I would never have ordered through their website. They are clearly fruedulent. Do not buy anything from their website.

Steeling your money - The company is steeling your money. Ordered some goods, they accepted and promised delivery 5 days later. after 1 month, they have not yet shipped any goods and have not yet refunded my money that they Credited same days as order was placed..

I have many times ordered on athleteshop and every single time they have failed to deliver on time. They got to the point that items were delivered 6 weeks late! Enough is enough. A "copy - paste" automated message every few days to inform me that they are "sorry" and give a new date... is what you should expect if you decide to use this web shop... This is NOT customer service and simply I do NOT recommend them cause they are unreliable. I wish I could give 0 stars, but I can't...

I want to warn you all. This company is criminal. I ordered an helmet the 5. April and they took my money. They wrote several times that the order is delayed . They posted again and again a new delivery date on their website. A week ago they confessed that they cannot deliver. But they still have not transferred my money back

They sell the products that they don't have in stock, but on the website they claim that they do.
I have ordered a bicycle lock from this website because it was the cheapest price.
I ordered it on 29th of April, 2 days later they sent me an email saying it was delayed, because the supplier didn't deliver, 3 days later they sent another email delaying the order for some more days. Again some days later they said the same that the product is delayed and they would like to offer me the same product but in another color. I took the offer and then immediately I got an email saying that product is also delayed because it will be delivered by the same supplier. And then they delayed one last time saying that the product would be delivered to their warehouse on 18th of May, then they can send it. That means I would probably receive the product around a month after ordering (if there are no more delays).
If they have sent the product on a freaking donkey from China, it would have arrived to Denmark by now.
I finally canceled the order (lets see how many days that takes), and ordered from a danish local website with a little higher price, the product was ready to be picked the next day.

I do alot of shopping online with minor delays or returns.
THIS! Webshop is by far the worst I've been in contact with.
They're cheap on prices but I would rather pay little more than dealing with them again after writhing 3 emails asking why the date for arrival wasn't made. Each time they postponed
So I asked for refund let's see how long that will take.
Update. Still waiting for them to send my money back

Chose to ignore previous reviews due to the lower prices, but I have never experienced worse service or delivery handling.
Was promised the order within 4 business days upon ordering, it has now been a month and i still haven't seen the product, but surely the money has been charged!
So so poor! never again!

Ordered and paid for goods 02/04/18 and was given an expected delivery date of 11/04/18. This item was a birthday present for my granddaughters birthday on 13/04. The goods did not arrive and I did not receive any notification informing me of the delay. When I contacted Athleteshop they advised me goods would be delivered 20/04/18. Very unhappy with this situation as I have had to do all the chasing up.....will wait and see if order arrives.

I shop a lot on the internet, but this is by far the worst company I have bought from online. First off, packages are delayed for several days, without notifying or contacting the customer in any way, unless you write to athleteshop yourselves and ask why the package hasnt been delivered yet. Second, like I experienced today, collecting my package, it was only partially packed with the stuff i have bought. 4 out of 5 objects are NOT in my package, and I have allready paid the full amount for all 5 things. Now I have to write the company once again, and ask them why only 1 thing has been delivered and not all 5...
Athleteshop.. Make it work and be more prof.

FAKE or very very bad performance - NEVER EVER AGAIN
Ordered Lacrosse equipment November 2nd 2017 and have still not received anything in March 19th 2018, except for a lot of bad excuses and promises.

I’m confused by this 15/11-2017 date, as my order was from 28/9-2017!!
Though I choose to look away from the date mix and on the same day reply with an “yes okay” answer.

Ordered items marked in stock on December 11. Received them mid January in spite of multiple contacts with support and assurances of earlier delivery. Asked for compensation for massive delay but got no response. Will never shop there again.

I ordered: at 25.11.17
• 1 folding bike. (Not received) (My money?)
• 1 bag for a bike. (Received OK)
• 1 lights for a bike. (Received OK)
The money was taken before anything else (legal?)
I received a mail explaining the lights where delayed, bike & bag would be sent first. A new order is created by athleteshop on 08.12.17.
DPD responded that they had received info about the packet, and then nothing happened
For several days, i took contact to athleteshop, asking about the status.
They come back with an explanation that the packet was returned by DPD.
They told.me they would resend it, and this time things better, tho athleteshop decided
To use one track & trace number for both.
DPD responded with track & trace and at last the Danish post office received the pack.
They delivered one pack too small to hold the bike.
Outside on the packed it stated: pack 1/1, inside it stated both products as part of
The packed. (Scam by athleteshop?)
I called the Danish post office to ask if they had any information on another pack.
They said no, and gave me the dimensions + kg (1.88kg)
The bike was over 10kg, so no way had it ever reached Denmark, and as the labels look like
They are printed by athleteshop (pack 1/1), it would seem it never left the shop.
I have given them both pictures of the packet+labels and links to the Danish track and trace, and told them the Danish post office was ready to assist.
Athleteshop have responded that they are looking into the case and are trying To figure out what happened.
I have called and I have emailed them, they are friendly and all, but the response Was the same every time.
Until I made a statement (on 19.12.17) about bringing my bank into it and that i wanted my money back. Unless they gave me some news.
So this time they responded, that I will receive the bike on 27.12.17. (i am doubtful)
But no updates as of yet.
And no offer of compensation was ever offered.
So next is letting my bank take over.
Still waiting.
