Tried to buy a QNAP NAS at £380.
They say they’ve sent it but won’t update my Amazon page to this effect (still says packing even though their own packing deadline has passed). They ignore 3 requests from me and 2 from Amazon complaints to provide a tracking number to prove they’ve sent it but do promptly respond to a cancellation request to say that they can’t cancel because it’s been sent. Yeah right.
Still unresolved. Thank heavens I went through Amazon so I should see my money again eventually. I can’t imagine what would have happened if I’d dealt with them directly.
I’ve now ordered it again from a UK based company, £10 more but they do expedited shipping and have good feedback so it seems well worth it.

Then perhaps you’d care to explain the email you sent today saying it’s been sent on the 25 March.
