I ordered and paid for a hoodie in October and it has yet to arrive I have sent 4 emails so far and not had a response. I am so disappointed and feel totally cheated as it was a Christmas gift. I have lost money which is now obvious that I will not receive my item nor a refund. This site needs to be shut down if they cannot honour orders!!!! Not a happy customer nor likely to recommend!!!

Never again! Ordered a coat in December 2017. Received it 3 months later, but the size was not good. Sent it back, they promised to send a different size. I have not received anything from them since then - over 6 months - and never got a refund either. Empty promises, no delivery, that is At Anchor Store.

Same chinese company of masorini.com and nautical-mood.com. It's a chinese reseller of Aliexpress.
Awful quality, wrong sizing, nothing to do with the pictures. No customer support, no returns, they take your money and disappear. Stay away from it.

Do not buy here.
Quality way lower, than apearence on website. Sizes are too small. Always everything on sale, which means no refunds (and delivery is more than 45 days, which is the last return date)

I thought ir was a brand from USA, so i order online... i received it 1 month later. The quality of the product its nothing like the website picuteres. Also sizes are smaller (because they r chinise). $85 for a ready bad quality jacket. Worst shop i ever did.

Please do your research on this company before using them.
My experience has been very bad and I will not be using them again.
Their products looked really good on their website so I ordered 2 jackets. They arrived quickly and the communication was good. The jackets were far too small and one did not look like it did on the website. I emailed to say I wanted to return the items for a refund and to return them. The response was that because they were sale items they would only partially refund or exchange them. When I asked if I could get a refund because an item did not look like it did on the website I was told that the supervisors would have to make that decision.
2 months later I still had no answer and had sent one of the items back for return with no confirmation or acknowledgement that the item had been received.
After countless emails, which only got a copy and pasted response, the threat of reporting to regulators and starting a complaint with PayPal, I got a refund for the jacket that did not look like the image on the website and was told I would be sent a new jacket for the one I returned as the returns department had not sent the confirmation for some reason.
I am still waiting for this jacket 2 weeks later.
After ordering the items in April, I am extremely disappointed with this company and find the experience unacceptable.

I regret having to give this company a single star.
Product arrived incredibly late, the materials were appalling quality, likened to hospital clothes. Post sale costumer service was terrible and the whole ordeal of a single purchase took 3 months to resolve, and this was only thanks to PayPal buyer protection otherwise I fear I would still be chasing my refund.
Avoid at all costs.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY.
I never received the item I ordered from At Anchor and have been unable to recover anything from them. At Anchor refuse to investigate the issue and simply tell me that it has been delivered, so it is my responsibility to ask everyone in the local neighbourhood if they've seen or hear anything about it! I think I am left without any options, which is incredibly frustrating.

Same as the other reviews, ordered goods in March, didn't receive them for over 30 days and had no contact. When I queried they claimed the goods had gone missing and resent them. I received them in late May.
The quality is poor, and the sizing is not what I ordered. I tried to return the goods to their "warehouse" in Holland 2 weeks later. They are now claiming that I am not entitled to a refund due to not returning the goods under 45 days - I presume from my original order date.
After looking on AliExpress I can find that exact same clothes for a fraction of the price. This is a sham company that is merely stacking margin and ordering from AliExpress on your behalf. The goods are made and shipped directly from China.
I will be raising a request for my money back through Paypal if I do not get a refund directly.
Update to the above. After a few additional emails I sent a final email to At Anchor stating that if they could not resolve the issue I would raise a dispute with Paypal. The email they were corresponding to me on was atanchorstore @gmail.com The next day I had a refund from At Anchor for the jacket. A week later I have received the jacket I sent to their "warehouse" in Holland. Returned to sender, I can only assume that the "warehouse" doesnt exist. More money wasted returning the item.
Dont waste your time.

I would not be giving this shop even one star. I believe they are cheaters. I ordered a jacket and as all stories below did not receive anything although I was almost daily in contact with them.
Then I requested my money back over PayPal and received a full refund. Everyone who paid over PayPal can return their money if the company you placed your order at does not fulfil the terms.
I wonder why they still operate and no-one like police cares and punishes them for what they are doing.
They are usually thefts!!!!

THE WORST company I have ever delt with. I ordered a jacket 4 months ago and still haven't received anything. At first, it was because they failure to process my order. Once I contacted them a month later, they told me they would ship it that day. Now here we are three month later and nothing. I have been in contact with the company every two weeks and they keep telling me the same story and refuse to refund me for a product that I haven't received. This place is GARBAGE

This company is shocking. I'd guess they're based in China and not the States and Netherlands as they claim. I've waiting 8 weeks for my item and when it arrived it had no company branding at all, only another name which has no ties to At Anchor and the packaging isn't that great either. The item itself is pretty poor quality and it says its a large but clearly isn't.
I really don't think I'd see my cash or the item again if I tried to return it so I'm putting this one down to bad luck and will now try my best to help others avoid a similar situation.

My story is similar to the review below. Saw a shirt on an Instagram advert and ordered it on February 18th. After about 3 weeks I asked for an update via email and got an email from “the founder” saying they’d upgraded their warehouse system and to give them a little longer. Another two weeks passed, another email from me and I got one back again from “the founder” (using a gmail address) saying the item was out of stock due to big demand (lack of consistency in their excuses now). I’ve had a tracking number since April 4th which doesn’t work, on highlighting this to them I’ve been told to wait up to 40 days for European deliveries; that would take the transaction to nearly 4 months.
Having read someone else (below) has had the same experience I’ll be opening a case with American Express next week to recover my money.
Shame as it looked a nice product but is quickly looking like a scam.

Serious concerns about this website, I placed an order with them and waited the 30 days they stated it would take to deliver. I contacted them after not receiving my item and informed them my tracking number did not work.
I received an email of someone claiming to be the founder of the store explaining they had difficulties with their system and unfortunately you item had not actually shipped.
I am a reasonable guy so I accepted this and continued to wait. I contacted them again to say my tracking number still did not work. They immediately changed my tracking number and emailed me to say it had been an oversight and my item had indeed now shipped. Problem being this new tracking number didn’t work either.
They claim it was a fault with the tracking system and to allow my item ample time to arrive in line with their terms and conditions (30 days 40 days max). After nearly 2 months and not receiving anything I contacted them and demanded an update on where my item was. They provided me with no information and kept insisting I give it ample time to arrive. Ignoring the fact I had already done so. They even got my name wrong on the email which just shows how poor their customer service is.
I eventually opened a dispute through PayPal who gave them 1 week to respond. They couldn’t even be bothered to do that. As a result I have now had a full refund through PayPal.
I would advise against ordering from this company. However if you are going to, ensure you use PayPal so you are protected. As they have extremely poor customer service and can not keep to their own deadlines.
