Received my phone next day. Could not activate it. Took it to T Mobile they couldn't activate it either. They called for another phone. That was in the 15th of May. Didn't receive new phone until the 17th. They were very helpful at T Mobile. She had told me to just bring everything in and we will activate your new phone and pack everything up. They do . Hats off to T Mobile employee..

"We will call you within 24 hours". Total BS! They NEVER called me with the information on when I was going to get my replacement phone! Put the claim in Friday, called them Saturday (no news), Sunday (nothing on when I would receive my replacement phone, but the news that they didn't have any replacements), Monday (again no news). Late Tuesday I finally got a notice (no phone call) that they were shipping my replacement phone. Worst customer service experience.

Claim was filed on the 17th. Approved on the 18th, money withdrawn from my account same day as approved. Shipped on the 24th and received on the 27th. 10 days to receive a device after filing a claim is unacceptable.
The process to file was quick and easy online. The process to approve and ship is outrageous.
