The service was excellent, one day late but still I was happy with it the phone came I sent my damaged phone off they credited my account and life is good !
I appreciate the help Assurant, you guys are great!
PS. I was sent an email saying that it was my second time and that I am reaching my limit I guess you will be stopping taking my payments per month

Claim was filed on the 17th. Approved on the 18th, money withdrawn from my account same day as approved. Shipped on the 24th and received on the 27th. 10 days to receive a device after filing a claim is unacceptable.
The process to file was quick and easy online. The process to approve and ship is outrageous.

I wouldn't recommend Assurant to anyone tlhey sent me my replacement phone which turned out to be the wrong phone okay mistakes happen. So they assured me we'll get the right phone out to you sorry for the inconvenience. So what happens I get the second phone replacement just so happens it happens to be the same phone we sent me the first time . No where near what my original phone is I have a 32GB with room for a memory card they sent me a 16 GB phone with no room for a memory card. What do they have an abundance of these phones and just want to get rid of them or what. How can you get the same phone mixed up twice ? I told them I don't care what phone you send me as long as it's 32GB and room for a memory card . So now I have to send this phone back and wait for the third phone to show up. Not very happy not very good customer service get people that know how to read the notes in your file and send out the right phone. What's so hard about that very dissatisfied canceling my insurance after this phone

I am terrible with following up with insurance plans and usually give up and pay for a new whatever. This was the easiest transaction I've ever had. I sent an email describing my issue and they approved it within 24 hours and sent a new phone immediately. I only had to put my old phone in a pre-paid envelope that came with the new phone. Could not have been simpler!

Both items from NFM bought ext. warranty from assurant the recliner seams in the seat area came apart not covered only four months old GE washer $ 530 about 14 months old finish flaking off inside the top rusting onto clothes neither GE or assurant will fix
