They are very good in several points but those don't include customer support. Christopher York is the worst customer support I've ever seen in my life. I've been using ASPnix since 2011. Maybe he helped me just once or twice since then.

I bought two whmcs modules from them. They work good, but their support is terrible. I believe his name was Christopher. Such an unfriendly Guy.
I am new to whmcs, so I had a few problems. I contacted the support to get help. Other companies respond like "Thanks for buying our module, ...". Christopher was very unfriendly. He helped me but he always talked to me with a meaning of "Oh, you are so stupid" "Oh my God how stupid can someone be". Can't recommend this company.

Everything works fine - I am happy more than ever!
When I need support, it is quick and takes care of the issue with no attitude. I am not an IT guy so this is important to me. Their support works 24/7/365.
My sites are always online and I am happy that my visitors are satisfied with the speed connectivity.
Top web host to deal with. highly recommended.

The prices and packages are awesome! however this all you get. The support and the downtime is far away from good.. Just do not use Aspnix thats my future advise!

I would not recommend @ASPnix, they basically rob you. I purchased software which wouldn't wouldn't work. Poor customer support. No refunds.

Been pretty happy with my hosting package thus far. I figured after reading some negative stuff about ASPnix, I would share my side.
Order hosting back in April of 2015, received some great help from a staff member who pointed me in the right direction on how to get my site moved from the old host. Was not as hard as I thought.
Been a few ups and downs, but that is anywhere. Overall I have no complaints!

You can never use online chat except with sales department, when server/your site is down they don't respond to your ticket and after it comes back live you get a reply service is up and there was no problem.
And a lot of more bad experiences with them. After 4 years Im moving to new provider.The prices might be cheap but so is the company service

They are providing some services which at this moment you will not find anywhere else easily such as some modules and this is the only reason i bought something from then and even i paid for a year but still in the middle i had to leave them because of their suck a bad attitude and poor support, i will never stick or do business with such a freak

ASPnix has good prices, average packages, and good support. They do not have the ability to help you customize packages aside from basic add-on's. They will not bend or go out of their way to help you in innovative needs. The support most often answers tickets with yes or no answers if you don't keep pressing for more information. For me, they only meet my needs as a stop gap service. It's too bad that I will have to invest in VPS but they will probably not be here because they aren't competitive enough in that genre.

You won't go wrong with this one people! I have been hosting with providers for over 15 years and not ever found one like this. Sales was on with me for over two hours helping me with questions. Then after I sign up, support was just as great!! I can't say enough about them because they're the real deal no fuss just getting the job done. And absolutely the best personality you could ever ask for. Christoper York is a force to be reckon with... keep up the great job Christoper! You've earned a long time customer. I won't be leaving any time soon... sorry... I'm here now. :)

I have been with ASPNIX for around 5 years. But i ended up cancelling my account. It was good customer relationship at the beginning but after 2010-2011 it has changed. They are usually mean and when you ask for something you feel guilty to get help! These guys are really losing it now, i see some of my friends posting on facebook about their frustration at aspnix and how bad their services So it is not only me that having issues.
Here is a little story from last year, i wanted cancel my account that is never in use for a long while. Why pay for an account you never use? I also had a free one month service from them to make up for a long long downtime in the year before( my websites were down for a week, yes you heard right, for a one bloody week. They offered me one month free hosting to make up for it)
Like couple weeks before my hosting service finishes, i realised they ve charged me for 'Hosting renewal". I contacted them and asked why they have charged me before the service end day and ask for a return as i am not using it anymore. But they didint cancel and return my money and said i missed the due date even though my service end date was different. So i had to pay whole year's money for nothing... There are couple of stories like this only from myself. i can imagine what other people dealing with...
Also, there is a person called Chris York, the worst customer support i have ever seen in my life... I am so disappointed and will never advise any of my industry friends to work with these guys.
If you want to have at least average customer service and support, don't work with these guys. If you have a lot of money and don't really care about the websites/files you are going to use through their servers then aspnix is okay for you.

I use this server for testing before production and it works pretty good. Support usually answers questions within 24 hours. Good value for the price.

I was ASPnix's first VPS customer when they started offering VPS services. That was years ago. Since then, I've seen ASPnix grow and perfect their offerings - they are now a solid platform and I would (and have) recommended their services to many people.

Knowing that aspnix is the best and most stable host in the IT world, I have decided to say some grateful words to them.
Frankly speaking I have never used such a decent company before.
All works with no issues at all.
Their network is fully-redundant and load speed is fast indeed.
And their technicians … they are polite, helpful and knowledgeable.
