I've purchased several items and the majority of the time I've received my items in good time and been impressed with the speed of the delivery.

My criticism has been when there has been an issue with the order. There was a delay in an item when it had to be recalled from a store . It would have been good if it's been offered a good will compensation (i.g. 15% off my next order etc) I complained at the time and was reimbursed 5% but without much apology.

fast delivery, refund was prolonged though. claimed not received when i had sent by special delivery. after i provided evidence item promptly reappeared

bought sorel cheyanne boots size 10 as advised by the shop they fitted to size. i couldn't even stand up they fitted soo small. had to return.

Easy online purchase but terribly let down with the delivery. A simple email confirmed my order and despatch with a tracking number but the item was sent to a totally different address 40 miles away.

On the positive side a simple email to the customer service team was followed up by a phone call the following working day after they had investigated the issue. After an apology the item was arranged to be collected and redelivered.
