Contrary to the reply from customer services, the matter was not resolved as I did not buy a barbour jacket on christmas eve, I was in the house all day preparing for xmas dinner. The ID loyalty card Aspecto claimed I used as ID in the store, I thought had been lost and I had told them this. I then checked and found it and Aspecto changed their answer and I was told another form of ID was used to claim the £50 voucher. This then made me realise that I was being fobbed off.
I have been given a contact address to take this further which I will but I'm aware that it probably won't do me any good but I would like their managing director to know what happened as I am extremely unhappy with the way I have been treated considering I have been buying merchanidise from this company for years so I shall be contacting Mel Pilkington. I don't care about the £50 voucher, I am just not happy about the way I have been treated and the implication that I have tried to defraud Aspecto.
I also do not appreciate my name being used in this forum.

After ordering the red barbour rainbow international coat i was extremely disappointed that it was filthy when it arrived. I rang to complain and was dealt with swiftly and politely and was advised to return it and a replacement would be sent. I did this and sure enough 5 days or so later a second coat arrived. Upon inspection this one was also dirty. When i rang again to complain i was spoken to extremely rudely and made to feel that i was lying about the condition of the coat. After a rather abrupt conversation i was advised that a replacement coat would be sent to the Liverpool store for me to exchange there. Mark from the Met Quarter was extremely good and he rang me immediately to advise that he would let me know as soon as the replacement coat arrived. I went through to Liverpool yesterday, saturday 26th Nov after Mark kindly rang me on friday to advise that coat had arrived, and guess what???? This 3rd one was also filthy and Mark actually said that he wouldnt be happy to exchange the coat for one just as dirty. He apologised profusely and after a short debate i have ended up exchanging the red coat for a navy one. Lovely coat but i did have my heart set on the red one!! If it wasnt for Mark at the Met Quarter this review would be much worse and the score lower. Thank you Mark.
