I created a real emergency for my self when I mistakenly used a container that was not my eye drops. What I put in my eye was full of alcohol and other caustic stuff. Dr. Parker and his staff worked quickly to determine that I could continue to rinse the eye but needed to see my eye MD asap.The next day I saw the doctor and he treated the eye cleaned up the lense, put in a bandaid contact and prescribed steroid eye drops. Thanks to everyone, I was able to get the direction from Dr. Parker

Speaking with the doctor before speaking to my Primary Care Physician was an amazing consult better than i expected! I appreciated that I was able to speak honestly in detail with full confidence; and receive an answer that was very much informative and time saving to explain to my physician so he will know how to help me further when I see him.

I was experiencing some issues on and if I had the shingles, I had shingles about 2 years ago, I went to my physician and she asked me if I had got the shingles vaccine, I told her I had the shingles but not the vaccine. So she suggested to get the vaccine, I did and about a week later, I started to break out with terrible burning, hives, and itching around my eyes and neck, after the burning went away, the hives came, very itchy and red and swollen. My physician game me some anti-viral pills but thought I had got over it and stop taking them, bad idea, so I am back on the pills and have noticed an improvement.
This is a very painful and terrible condition to go through.

I was wonderful to get a "second opinion" without leaving the house and paying for an office visit. The $1.95 is nothing to what it could have been. I received a detailed explanation that I could understand from a specialist. Can't beat this service. I highly recommend this sight!

I didn't even give a lot of information in my question, but I still got a thorough reponse in the time that they said it would take. It only takes about $1.50 to get an answer, so I'd rather do this than pay $300 for someone else to tell me the same thing. Great service!
