Scam! Received damaged iPhone. Customer support ignores any individual request and just replies with automated texts - like bots. No phone contact possible. 48 hours to get a reply. Even if you really like to make this world a little bit better by buying 2nd hand electronics it's not possible, because of this type of scam businesses.

Got a Surface Pro 4 from them, received the wrong device. Sent back the device and heard that they apparently DID send me the right device and that I did not send them the right device back. I'm sorry, where did I magically poof a Surface Pro 4 from my sleeve?

I bought an iPhone X, which arrived looking excellent but then developed a problem: the screen began to lead a life of its own. As per their MO, I sent it in for repair and got it back after about a month, seemingly repaired. Not so, however, as the problem reappeared almost instantly. So, following a phone discussion, I sent it in for a *second* time; there followed an email, a week later, saying the defect had been diagnosed (so obviously had not been repaired the first time around) and the device sent off somewhere externally for repairs, which would take *at least* six weeks.
Reader - I was dismayed. I sent an email back explaining that I couldn't make do without my cell phone for three months or more - especially since I was still paying my service provider! - and asked for a replacement or a refund.
I got no reply. Upon inquiring further by telephone, I was told, fairly abruptly, that I had no right to a replacement or a refund since I had signed away my legal rights by accepting their proffered 30-months-guarantee, under which they were entitled to try and "repair it as often as we want". Not that I can find any of that in the actual guarantee certificate, mind.
Tough luck for the customer, then. Suffice it to say that I won't be making that particular mistake again.

As close to being a scam without coming outright and stealing your money; their customer service is essentially non-existent. Send as many emails as you like but expect a month in between replies. The returns procedure is a total crapshoot--will they reply with a return order confirmation? Will they acknowledge confirmation of receipt of the returned item? Will they advise on when their 'inspection' process to ensure the item is still functional is over? Will they ever give you your money back? Absolute trash. Do not use.

I bought an apple IMAC i5. (delivery 191171) I received it but Keyboard and mouse were missing in the package. I immediately wrote my claim to customer service and received only an automatic email saying they would answer me within 48H. Since that they didn't do anything. I do not know if they will send me missing parts or not.

Bought a 2300€ Apple iMac and they didnt even deliver it with a mouse and a keyboard to use it. I wouldnt have expected the original but not even sending a 20€ replacement is just a no go for me.
I also had international orders that were delivered faster but I guess that was on DHL.

I bought my Samsung A5 (2016) "like new" with trepidation and was afraid it would break down and...it didn't! It really was "like new" in that it had never been used but had been a display model. The only thing missing was the earbuds but they had mentioned in the description that it did not come with that.
Very pleased with my product and that's why I'm reviewing it a year later.

I bought an iPhone 5S in June and in July it stop working, so I sent it back and they sent a new one (I was 2 weeks without phone but ok...). The contact was easy and they very helpful. The "new one" I got then has stopped getting charged by the end of November and I have been trying to contact them since the 4th of December. No reply so far. I was so desperate that I end up buying a new one from them. This last one after a week is not working properly either. I have tried to contact them and no reply! and they disconnected the hotline during the time before Christmas! I am so disappointed! Now I have to broken iPhones to return!
(You may think it is stupid to buy a new one if they are not answering phone or emails, we have bought in the past 2 other iPhones and a MacBook Air and it was all fine! I have been recommending it to everybody! but I don't know what they have done with the company. It is over, or what?! 3 weeks and no reply is way too long!)
I have tried to call many times (phone is still disconnected, at least they updated the message) and have been sending many emails through the website and to all email addresses I have found. No answer so far!
On Thursday I'll go to the "Verbraucherschutz".

After 4 months use Iphone was with defect, impossible to talk to them on telefone, email was too slow to answer and when i finelly got an answer, i sent to them, and delayed ONE MONTH for them to fix it, they gave wrong information to me that they would send my money back, and then not ...... Very bad service and product quality . Never more ......

I bought from AsGoodAsNew Apple MacBook Pro 15" refurbished by them with one year warranty in February 2016 for 1440 euro via eBay.
Recently my MacBook started to make high pitched noise from it's fans, over heat and battery life rapidly dropped with simple tasks like web browsing or note taking from 8h to no more that 4h. According to Apple's customer service such noises mean that the product is broken and I should ask seller for a refund.
I did so asking for repair or refund and received an answer form AsGoodAsNew that I will receive a refund no matter what the cause is and that I should ship MacBook to their facility. Having confirmation that I will receive a full refund I bought another computer because I need it to every day work and in that time shipped broken one back.
Everything looked great and legit until my MacBook came back to me with information from AsGoodAsNew that it is fully working and I am not entitled to the refund.
I tested this MacBook but it is still producing those high pitched noises from it's fans.
I wrote an email to AsGoodAsNew week and a half ago with complain about their service and asked again for a full refund but received no answer. I wrote next 3 email since then but still no answer and their phones are not responding.
Right now I am left with 1440 euro broken MacBook with their current warranty and ignored emails. They do not respect their warranty and ignore all attempts of contact.
I would highly discourage you from making any deals with this company. It's not worth it.
Update - 31st October 2016
Finaly I received a response form AsGoodAsNew. It was impolite, laconic and stated contrary to the e-mails I received previously. Right now they said that according to the german law I cannot ask for refund because it's been over 30 days since the purchase. What is more they said that they will not respect my 1-year warranty and repair broken laptop unless I prove that the item was broken within first 6 months after purchase.
Once again I would recommend you to avoid making any purchases from AsGoodAsNew. Not only they lie in correspondence with me and contradict themselves in the following emails, but also do not deliver services that I paid a really high sum of money for.
Update - 2nd November 2016
I received another email from AsGoodAsNew. It was three sentences long and laconically said that they will not honour warranty! I paid for it and such statement is outrageous! Still, their phones are not answering.
If you were willing to make deals with them I hope that after reading this review you understand what you would be signing for.

I received a message from AsGoodAsNew saying that there must have been some misunderstanding since they do not offer regularly polish customer service and they will contact me when this "not regular polish customer service" will stop being ill because no-one else speaks polish. I have heard from those guys a lot of promises and I believe this is once more a lie. I am quite satisfied with my new Iphone 6S. The website was easy to navigate and locate a product, the payment was done through PayPal, which is safe and efficient, and last but not least, the product arrived promptly, discreetly wrapped and worked just like a brand new phone. Bought refurbished iPhone 4............ all quick and fast - however software gave some problems and returned it.
Now got the same/or other refurbished back which I will soon start using. Highly recomendable.
