I just found out thru the Whois lookup that Ascio is now my Domain Registrar.
I want to make some changes to my domain but have no access to it.
I have tried to call them from the details provided on their website - I called both numbers, 1 in Denmark and 1 in Germany, to no avail..
I have emailed them but have not heard anything back and I tried to contact them via their message service on the website and that seemed to divert to a 404 page saying the page was unregistered.
This is disgusting and is potentially costing me money.
This is absolutely very poor way to treat 'customers'

Had to check whether a site was down or not, cause it 404'd all of a sudden. Checked the registrar. It's masked.
Whois server: whois.ascio.com
Let's go there... Unreachable. Hmm... weird.
Provider: Ascio.com
Contact info: whoiscontact.ascio.com
Alright, let's fill this form. Captcha failed. But it's just a checkbox... Let's check it again... captcha failed. Darn it!
Let's contact the company then!
ascio.com > About us > Contact
Huh, another form... Let's try this one... Filled it out, submitted it, the response points to a *local test domain*. No response.
I'll let this story speak for itself.

ASCIO operates only through partners/resellers which go from bad to worse.
ASCIO bought other companies and got their customers/clients.
Currently doesn't seem to care about anything related to old or new users of its services.
The good thing is, that you can not actually buy anything from their proxies.
Very bad experience communicating with them.
ASCIO is definitely going down. Good luck with them.

I cannot recognize Ascio as being poor. I was moving away from speednames and this only succeeded with help from Ascio. My new registrar is also using Ascio, and things are really smooth now.

Ascio bought my domain registrar, whom I have been using for about 20 years. Since they bought them, and became responsible for my domain name management, it has been a complete shambles. The online tools they provided are awful and many of the functions don't work. I am now left trying to get a human response out of this company so that I can manage essential DNS records for my domains. Nased on my experience so far I would recommend that you choose another provider.
