I added 6 € credit to my account and never used a any service. I want a refund of my credit and I've been trying for 2 months.
I've sent 3 e-mails here [email protected] etc, I've opened support tickets 3 times, but I can't get my credit back from them.
This company is completely problematic !

We had a suspended account and we are asked for feedback within 75 hours but I cannot login in my account. I created another account to ask them for help as the suspended account is really business critical for us but they keep on saying I need to use my suspended account for support. How can I work on this kind of situation? I need my VM's back as I am already a customer of you since 2016

Ho creato un sito con Supersite easy. Aruba decide di fare un upgrade del software (per la sicurezza del cliente, sottinteso) e io rimango fregata. Dovrei ricreare tutto il sito da capo per poterlo gestire. Non sono neanche riusciti ad inserirmi una recensione fatta da un cliente.
Lasciata perdere. Proprio non è user-friendly. Una decisione pessima del management. Trovate un modo di fare compatibile il tutto prima di incentivare clienti ad andarsene.

this company has suspended my vps i didn't receive any notification to let me know, and this has to be done before suspending my server, so i could warn my customers to whom i sold accounts to host their website over the Cpanel, but it wasn't the case, also i have requesting to restore access to my vps to get my DATA, this is my right as Customer, you can not take me as a hostage and preventing me from getting any backup, until now i have not received any answer from this bad company! The worst experience of my life i have lost all my job because of this company. ( bad support, bad service) I warn them.

I have been a customer for over 10 years, owned hosting and dedicated server. Unfortunatelly this year the Aruba Service has worsened, especcially the Tech support is almost ridicoulous. Was a good company with huge potentiall, now is simply the Low Cost of hosting provider... moving all my websites with other company.

Awful host that does not provide any clear avenue for reporting abuse from their sites, nor any confirmation that an abuse report has been acted on.
Clearly not complying with EU law on this.
After geographically blocking Russia and China, most of the major probing for vulnerable code on my website comes from Aruba Cloud hosted bots.
They need to clean up their act.

Just a piece of advice to anyone none Italian native speaker. If you need a digital signature I highly recommend you do that with another company. They have and I quote here exactly one English speaking person in their customer service team. If you try to explain in Italian what you need and they realize your struggling with the language, they just hang up. This has happened multiple times. The other phonecalls ended with promises to help or take care of things, but then just nothing ever happens. It's been promised to send links, instructions , or just a plain answer what on earth their problem is, they never and I mean out of 10 conversations, never come back to you with the promised information. And this is the short version of the whole ordeal.

Appalling lack of service all round. Cloud hosting and so slow we cant work. Tech support always engaged on all numbers. Email complaint not responded to. Dumped and unable to work again today. Have tweeted my complaint but no specific twitter handle for the company just for racing car sponsorship! I would give 0 stars if I had the option.

Within the first 24 hours I found my server un-contactable. Reviewing the logs I found multiple unauthorised logon attempts to my server.
As I work in IT security I was able to trace these. This is normally difficult but when the attempts come from someone within the Aruba network it's easy, if not shocking. (The fact that there were Italian words and Names used for Usernames attempting to login was also a bit of a giveaway given that this company is based in Italy).
Their technical support website also doesn't work. I tried various browsers and used other computers but it would not let me submit a support ticket. Their live chat was only with a Sales person and they were of no use.
In my opinion Aruba themselves are trying to login to my server. I have given them opportunity to refute this but they cannot, (or will not), offer any evidence prove otherwise. Why they are trying to login to my server I don't know but it is very disturbing.
Fortunately I only paid for the one month and will never be going back.
I cannot trust Aruba and their VPS service is poor not to mention after sales support being close to useless.
Unless you are desperate and you have a good IT security know how to protect yourself, I would strongly advise AVOIDING ARUBA.

Cheap price but zero support for when things inevitably go wrong with their buggy interface and backend.
We have lost access through their control panel to two servers - they have apparently disappeared however Aruba are still charging for them.
Requests to technical support are marked as 'rejected' with no further information, comments or help.
Do not put any sensitive or valuable data on their machines that you cannot afford to lose and, if you must use them, then keep the minimum possible balance.
@Aruba's response - take your pick of support tickets - 4354, 4361, 4439. 4457, 4465 - all on the same subject and all simply 'rejected' with no response or support. Why would I open yet another one?

So I ordered a VPS (the smallest one for 2,79 Euro/Month) just to test it, and after a day the service were up and running. 10 minutes after the activation, they suspended the service because as they said: "Dear Customer, we inform you that the data associated with the order no. XXXXXXXX are not suitable to allow its identification. As required by article 10.2 of the contract, we therefore ask you to provide us with a copy of your valid identity document, within the next 24 hours. In the absence of an answer, the Service will not be activated. We are at your disposal for any need for clarification and assistance." They did it because I registered as a company and paid with my personal CC. Again, this was for testing purposes only, and if the service would be on pair with the expectations, I would have renewed it through the company. Anyway, after this infamous communication, I contacted them, and asked what kind of documents they require, and they said they need all the possible documents (from company registrtion to ID cards, and so on). In the meantime, and since I found myself bullied for this mere 2,79 Euro, I found another provider, and asked Aruba to refund the payment. 5 days after the request, not only I have not received the money back, but also they do not reply to my emails. The money is not the problem, but the attitude is 100% an issue, and since they can bully their paid customers, I am going to check if they comply to the GDPR, and going to report them to the EU authorities. Be smart and do not make any kind of business with them!

I'm into websites since 15 years, I've been customer of many different hosting companies and I can tell you that ARUBA is the worst. I pay for a hosting with domain about 3 years ago, now I transfered the domain somewhere else but they were supposed to keep my data in the hosting. NO! They delete all of my files hosted in their servers JUST AFTER 2 DAYS MY DOMAIN WAS TRANSFERED.
When you transfer a domain name somewhere else, the company always keep the hosting with all of your files since you've paid for it, BUT THEY DIDN'T! And they reply me saying that there is no way to retrive anything anymore.

Despite all the negative reviews, I'm running a €1 VPS in the CZ datacenter for a couple of months now and its running great. According to statuscake it has 100% uptime and very low response times. I use it for my traccar server, so don't need to have the best or greatest VPS in the world. The Aruba Cloud VPS is perfect for what I need. It also includes free backup and at this price level thats unique. The backup is only stored for 3 days, but that enough to run an upgrade and determine if it was successful.
I needed support once, and it wasn't quick but they responded (in Engels) and problem was solved.
If you want to run a VPS and take a cheap one, you must realize that you need to have enough knowledge to actually run it. Support staff costs money, so if you want the best support you need to have a more $$$ plan

have some issue with VPS, 1 euro vps is cheap, I have created more than 10 vps, but also have problem, around 1-3 vps, the CPU is slow, normally its fast, very good but when you got bad vps its very bad and you must delete it, lost 1 euro.
they dont have refund for my service like Storage ftp, that I created but error when I mount on my Linux box.
just try it and feel it, if you loose money 1-5 euro is up to you.
actually its VPS normally good, but SUPPORT is VERY BAD. I wait so long day to get answer by staff. so I HATE the support Staff that don't CARE to us.

Been a customer for 10+ years. Service has worsened, bureaucracy is crazy. To change owner of a contract it takes weeks. Go elsewhere. I did.

Aruba suspends servers with zero warning.
Aruba locks you out so you cannot backup your files etc.
Aruba ignores support tickets.
Only choose Aruba if you are happy with this.
I have 3 cloud servers with Aruba. They were all suspended on Sunday morning with zero warning. I cannot log in and there is no way for me to access my files. Aruba has ignored my support ticket for over 48 hours. They claim a complaint was made but I have not received any complaints.
I have had my servers with Aruba for around 18 months.

If you don't know Italian, don't bother to use their services.
They seem good and cheap at first, but once you get started with any of their services (in my case Hosting and VPS) it will be extremely complicated to set up, a lot of activation problems. My order was inactive for weeks, with the open invoice, although I have paid a service long time ago. Support is slow, not helpful and only refers to Italian documents!!!!
Plenty of much easier companies to work with for almost the same price.
Aruba never again.

Suspended instantly for no reason, without warning, with 10 euro on account
no moneyback, no backup data, dont recommend at all. It is cheapest vps in the web, but second cheapest is only $1.66, use it instead of aruba

Been a customer of aruba for ~13 months i think. I have 1 vps and i needed another one so i bought one and after 4 hours i try to log in in my vps again and the password was changed.
I tried to login to my admin panel and i saw that my server was not even there anymore. Someone just deleted it. NO NOTIFICATION, nothing, but i still was charged for it.
