Absolutely terrible customer service.
Ordered through Bol.com which then used Art & Craft.
My order was supposed to be next day delivery which was the 4/06/2019. My order is still sitting with the supplier according to the courier and nothing has been said or done in 2 days to try resolve this.
Would not use this company!

Item not delivered as promised next day, also not the day after. Cancelled the order since I needed this item and cannot rely on their sloppy transport company.
I informed them that the goods no longer needed delivery and also filled in 1 return goods ticket. Been 7 days now since the ticket was filed. Not a single sign of response received...

ordered via Bol.com, "next day delivery". (placed order on friday, may 31 to be delivered next day) stayed home, no delivery.. called/mailed bol.com + Art&craft to check the status, delivery delayed to the end of the week.. (now on june 7=friday=end of the week) still no final answer.. no delivery... This is no way to treat clients!! (who spend almost 300€) I feel betrayed. No accurate update on the bol.com website = just misleading clients to place orders for their convenience... but this is far from convenience! money payed, no update, no possibility to clean my house (ordered a vacumcleaner), and several mails/telephones later still not sure WHEN I will receive my order. = SHAMEFULL SERVICE!

Ordereded mobile airco. Delivered with damage. Looked like package has been open so looked like second time they sent this. They did not call back and let us nothing hear. Probabaly they hoped we would keep the damaged one. Took us two weeks before they finally exchanged it for a good one. Has cost us too much time.

I wanted to buy a dish washing machine from Krefel Belgium. They failed to deliver on time and waisted half of my day. Their customer service succeeded to make the experience even worse.
I cancelled the order and immediately bought the same article online from Art & Craft, without having any prior experience with them. 2 days later (at my request, since they could have delivered the very next day), the product was in my possesion. They sent me an SMS half an hour before delivery, so I wouldn't check the door every 10 min. And guess what: I bought the product 28 eur cheaper than in Krefel.

Original order and delivery:
Super-fast turnaround of my order, combined with the utilisation of a diligent and fast courrier service (there was a problem with the spelling of my address, and they called me to check).
Technical problem and return:
The article I bought did not work, but the online return was very easy, and my questions concerning the replacement of the article were dealt with very quickly and reliably.
If only only more online shopping experiences were like this!

If thing that they do have sharp priced and they services excellent thin twice!!
They are not cheap at all, services is rather on Belgian manner = crap try to make a complain they will always say "it will be alright", delivery is crap too "order come way to late" never on time! Next day delivery as they say "DON't believe that"
Want to buy something go to tweakers dot net/pricewatch/ and you will see that art-craft belong to the most expensive shop.

I ordered a monitor, but the next morning I realized that I ordered the wrong model. I decided to kindly decline the order.
Although the sales person told me they would take care of it, the delivery services contacted me for an appointment. Then I declined kindly as well.
After a week or so, my money was returned on my bank account. Thanks!
One star less for the delivery service, but Art & Craft was awesome.

I ordered two electrics items on a Friday 25th January 2019 evening and expected delivery on (latest)Monday 28th January. The website states order before 10 pm and the delivery will be the next day. In this case Saturday 26 th. This needs changing as it is misleading information.
I did not receive the electrical items on Monday 28th and when I phoned the 1st customer service person hang up the line. I was informed when I phoned again on Monday, I will get my delivery on Tuesday. Both orders did not arrive on Tuesday either. So I phoned and canceled one order, which was the Miele vacuum cleaner. ( I needed a vacuum cleaner,so I bought one locally)
Wednesday I did receive Both orders. Including the now-canceled order. The delivery person refused to deliver only one!
Art & Craft is unable to coordinate the delivery nor cancellations effectively.
Now awaiting the refund on my Mastercard for the item I have sent back. It is 2 weeks since I canceled the order. I will only use this site if I dont mind the delivery date.

I have ordered a bluetooth speaker on Friday as a gift for Sunday. Website clearly posted that delivery would be the next day if ordered before 23.59 on the day of the order. I have ordered it before midday on Friday. I have received a confirmation mail in the afternoon, again clearly indicating that things ordered before 22.30 will be delivered the next day. Much to my surprise at about 18.00 I have received an email from the transport company informing me that the delivery of my ordered product will be on Monday. I have phoned the Art&Craft at about 19.30, kept in the waiting modus for more than 15 minutes and than finally I was informed that my product was not available at the time I have ordered it, that they needed to order it from the supplier and hence my product can only be delivered on Monday. Although the person from Art & Craft offered his apology, he did not offer anything else to try to remedy the unpleasant situation. It was late to cancel the order and try to order it from a company which would honour its promise for delivery and my gift planned for Sunday would need to wait for Monday delivery. Maybe there is some Art but definitely no Craft with this company. They do not deliver what thay promise, they do not offer any remedy and I would not recommend it to
anyone. Stay away from Art & Craft!

I ordered a big freezer and misunderstood from their site that full service was included. On delivery time, the carrier refused to take the freezer upstairs in the kitchen as full service was not paid for. They refused the option for me to pay for it on the spot and I had to return the freezer.
I still have no way to buy just that option on their website.
I called their number after 6pm 2 times, each time waiting more than 20 min with no answer.
I will definitely avoid in the future.
