When we 1st met the proprietor he was very pleasant. That rapidly changed. We were promised the 5 bathrooms on the 1st and 2nd floors would be done before Xmas 16. What we got was occasional workers who had insufficient tools and worse still the 1st bathroom had to be stripped as the Ditra mat was omitted. The floor tiles had to be removed and even though I made it clear the wet room membrane had to be replaced arrow tiling ignored me and latexed the floor with no regard to prevent water penetrating into the rooms below. This wet room floor took 3 attempts. As labour was provided piece meal the tasks took forever. We had to provide buckets and extension lead. To be fair Tomas and Andray are able tilers but they are underpaid, poorly motivated and poorly equipped. There was a culture of penny pinching similar to Ebenezer Scrooge. During one week we made it clear the tiling was not to start in the garage. This was ignored causing us great inconvenience. Worse still to come. 146m2 x £55 + vat. No discount. In addition the ground floor was over 100m2 and the garage 24m2. Then thers the gym. Still no discount. In fact his invoice was inaccurate in the bathrooms by an astonishing 30%. Luckily the 3rd invoice was unpaid and won't be. The proprietor ignores our emails. Extreme caution is advised
