Overpriced, unstable table and some scratch here and there. Don't waste your money with this company.
Not enough assistance.
Impossible to see the colors. Asked for some samples and they did not have any. You have to choose the colors and the material from a ridiculous tiny square on your screen.
Impossible to send the item back or to change your mind.
Assistance assured me that somebody was coming to check the item for any fault at the arrival but nobody came. Moreover, the delivery man wanted to leave the parcel faraway from the door. I was alone at the moment of the delivery and he helped me at the end. £1500 for a table and terrible assistance. Horrific experience!

First of all, I haven't insulted anyone but I gave my opinion on the product (mostly), the manufacturer and the seller. I should have stuck on the seller and I apologize for this. I had read the terms and conditions beforehand and that's why I haven't asked for a refund. Fair enough! However, what I didn't really like about the assistance provided by the company is that I was guaranteed that someone would have been there when I received the table, in order to make sure that everything was ok. However, I had to beg the delivery man to bring the parcel to my place because it was too heavy and he wanted to leave it at the driveway. Regarding the samples, well, I wasn't buying a piece of wood but something quite expensive: I wasn't asking for a sample of the material, but just the colour, as most of the times the colour on the screen is different from the real one. I asked Altacom and they advised me to deal directly with you. There are many companies that send samples, especially if they are specialised on e-commerce, I can't see anything wrong with it. Having said this, I don't need you to reply. This was my experience, if you don't accept negative comments, you could perhaps remove the review section on your website.

Thanks to Arredatutto I have a magnificent piece of furniture, Mogg Metrica bookshelf. Beautiful product and perfect delivery. I ordered 4 pieces so time of delivery was longer but Arredatutto kept me informed about the sate of my order and responded patiently to my questions.

I am writing this review in English so as many as possible people can read it. I purchased a microwave/oven from Arredatuto.com for the amount of
€ 766,32 and opted for standard delivery.
The product was returned within 14 days of purchase and I paid € 120 for the cost the return. Unfortunately Arredatutto has only refunded € 671,32 and now withholds an amount of € 95,00 for the cost of shipping.
But in the order confirmation first they charged € 104,00 for shipping and then gave a discount for € 104,00, implying shipping is free!! So now all of a sudden they are charging me for the shipping costs that were supposed to be free!!!
In the general product sales conditions it says: The Seller shall reimburse amounts paid by the customer (except for the supplementary costs arising if customer chooses a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of delivery offered by Arredatutto and for the eventual Premium Option). However their cheapest delivery is PICK-UP at the warehouse. That means they sell goods to other European countries forcing consumers to choose the 'standard delivery' method so they can avoid having to pay back shipping costs in case of returns.
Furthermore they never gave an indication price for the return of the products, which they in fact are legally obliged to do.
According to European consumer law:
The trader must give you a refund within 14 days of receipt of your cancellation, but they can delay refunding you if they haven't received the goods or evidence that you've returned them.
This refund must include any shipping charges you paid when you made your purchase. However, the trader may charge you delivery costs if you specifically requested non-standard (express) delivery.
For bulky goods (such as large household equipment), the trader must give you at least an estimation of the cost of returning them.

After much consideration we decided to purchase a rather expensive (+5k Euro) range cooker at Arredatutto because we could save a significant amount compared to the prices here in Denmark. Of course we were concerned not dealing with a local shop, but we took the chance... The stove arrived after 1.5 month (as expected, these things are not stock), but it was the wrong color!!! I was getting ready for a big fight with Arredatutto customer service, but that wasn't at all necessary. They have been SO helpful and has answered all enquiries within 24 hours. The mistake was clearly with the factory - on the box the right color was stated, but the content didn't match the labelling. Arredatutto sorted it out with the manufacturer, had the wrong cooker picked up by the freight company and a new one finally arrived.
Very good communication from Arredatutto all the way through, would happily do business there again!!

Took delivery of my 6 beautiful 'Bonaldo Gloria' dining chairs on Tuesday, products bought from website without actually seeing them. Even better in real life than in the pictures. Communication was exceptional - within a day of sending an e-mail re queries/ timings etc, I received a full & comprehensive response
Products were delivered with free shipping from Italy to the UK, whereas, if ordered from UK they would have been more expensive & I would have been charged shipping !!
Delivery driver was helpful & sociable
Products were better in real life than on the website - in immaculate condition
5 Star service & 5 Star Products

I’ve been followed throughout my order (and actually even before that!) by very reactive and kind staff. The production of the article I bought was a little bit late (First week of August instead of last week of July) and readiness happened to be in one of the worst period of the year (summer break in Europe), which made it almost impossibile to have it in a reasonable time frame (I was initially told delivery could be postponed to first week of September!).
Against all odds, Arredatutto.com helped me having my product during the second week of August! I’m really happy about their service as well as the quality of the product bought.
Dall’offerta all’ordine sino stata seguita da personale estremamente reattivo e gentile. Nonostante un piccolo ritardo (circa 7/10 giorni) sul pronto merce e un’iniziale consegna paventata a inizio settembre (per via del terribile periodo estivo caratteristico dell’Europa), lo staff di Arredatutto.commha fatto il possibile per anticipare la consegna che, infatti, è avvenuta a metà agosto.
Sono davvero soddisfatta del servizio e della qualità dei prodotti venduti.

I ordered a gas hob from these 10th May 2018. They said it would be delivered in 7 to 10 days. It was delivered 15 June. The hob was damaged goods- it had been opened previously and parts were missing. It appears to not be new - but re- manufactured. The back cover had been taken off and fasteners were loose / missing. Arredatutto attempted to blame the courier (TNT) but the damage clearly pre dates the delivery. They will not acknowledge or respond to my emails. They will not let me log on and send requests for updates through their website. AVOID. Terrible customer service.
After posting this review they called me by telephone 10 am the next morning and said that they would refund the purchase price. They said that the transfer to my card had already taken place. 48 hours on from this the money is still not there! they also asked me to delete the review.....
They have now refunded the money, thanks to trustpilot.

Their services to customer is fair good before you pay, while after you pay, they will reply your enquiry few days after you sent a mail.
They will facebook , can chat with their customer services via messenger; however, if you are asked about the order stauts , you will never have their response.
My order placed on 30 Mar 2018,as some good delay, eventually I received their update on 2 May 2018 saying that the goods are All ready and are being packed, their forwarders will email me all the detail about the delivery within few date.
i expected to receive email about the delivery last week while as at today, I receive NIL reponse.
i sent them total 4 emails (on 8,10,12 and today) hope to get some updates, but sorry, No feedback
I will not recommend any one to purchase via this web site again especially you have expectation on their services and need the delivery to come within a reasonable time
[Update] 15 May 2018: I am now telling everyone, you need not to write email to infor. if you really want to ask/say for something, write here. As for my case, Arredatutto know everything, they should able to reply me right after receiving my mail.. while I can only know the case after leaving my comment here.

I really don't understand why they keep silent? Totally lack of responsibility. This type of services is TERRIBLE. It is their company' fault, why I am the one suffer the most? They did not say how long will take for investigation.. if they take 6 months to investigate, is it meant I can only have my order one year after pay?! Ridiculous

To avoid any argument and be fair, I have to say the email I sent to this company was on 22:54 14 May HKT i.e. 16:54 14 May Italy time. I asked for separate shipment in that mail and received reply on 14:56 HKT 15 May, which have not yet addressing my request.

Just something future customers should be aware of before placing an order because unfortunately I recently found out that the reduced prices offered by Arredatutto come at a cost. I put through an order for two items but within a few days realised one would not fit. I was initially informed that the item could not be cancelled. After I challenged this I was told that if the order was cancelled a 10% administration fee would be retained. This is despite the fact that the order was cancelled within the 14 days if being placed. The company explained the administration would not apply if I accepted the order and simply returned the goods. But as this was an international order it would have resulted in several hundreds of pounds in return postage fees. The other thing future customers should be aware of before placing an order is that the terms and conditions state that Arredatutto reserves the right not to provide the item that matches the description and photo advertised. In short: read the terms and conditions for this company carefully before deciding to place an order as you will not be given 14 days to cancel without penalty, something most other retailers offer.
Update to first review dated 20 April 2018 again for the information of future customers:
Further to the response received from Arredatutto: Future customers should also be aware that when a complaints procedure was requested the company failed to provide one. It suggested any complaint would have to be directed to its legal department. When contact details were requested for the legal department Arredatutto failed to provide them.
It was expected that the terms and conditions would respect consumer rights and EU distance selling legislation. Thankfully I paid via credit card and the provider has been asked to investigate whether Arredatutto's terms and conditions comply with EU consumer rights legislation. Be warned: If you pay by bank transfer you have no protection.
Of course all companies receive some negative reviews. But for those in doubt I suggest you read the tone of Arredatutto's responses to any negative reviews it has received via Trustpilot to get an perspective on the type of company you will be dealing with.

The ordering process was fairly straightforward and the gas hob duly arrived, but was left in its packaging. Unpacked last week when the gas had been put in and installed on Friday. Cooked our first meal on it over the weekend and it is wonderful! Looks sleek and stylish and gives perfect heat control. I have always cooked on gas but when we moved house recently I was faced with an aged halogen hob... horrible, hot spots, cold, spots and very slow to react to a change in cooking temperature. I can now enjoy cooking again! The only downside was a missing piece necessary for the installation hence 4 stars not 5.

ORDER #57446 - 02/09/2017
I placed an order for a kitchen hood on 02/09/2017.
I have received 4 delay emails since and a further e-mail deferring the responsibility of delay to their entrusted courier "Schenker". I was promised that Schenker will get in touch with me in 5-8 working days but 10 working days have passed and I have heard nothing.
97 days has now passed from when I placed my order. This elapsed time is not acceptable given a similar product elsewhere will have turned this round in approximately 15 days.
My last two e-mails to Arredautto have simply been ignored.
I am now concerned how long it will take to initiate cancellation and if I do how long it'll take to get my money back. I suspect there'll be delays and a sting of excuses in broken English will follow.
I am investigating what financial and legal options I can take to get my money back if I do not get my hood soon.

I ordered a barstool at Arredatutto and after I received the parcel, I informed Arredatutto that I received the wrong stool.
Upon Arredatutto's request, I sent pictures of the barstool and Arredatutto could see the barstool next to my other Bontempi barstools (including the differences in height, material, colour). Thereafter Arredatutto requested pictures of the label stating: "before cancelling the order and issue the total refund we have to figure out what happend. Please provide the picture of the lable. After all the necessary examinations that we will arrange the return of the chair." I sent a picture of the label. Arredatutto informed me that they shared and discussed the pictures with the manufacturer: Bontempi. After reviewing and discussing the pictures of the product, Arredatutto explicitly and unconditionally informed me by e-mail of the following:
"Then, we will send a courier to pick up the product from your address. Of course, you will NOT have to pay for your return. Once the chair has been picked up, we will issue a refund on your card."
It follows from the unconditional quotation from the e-mail from Arredatutto above that I would not have to pay for the return and that the refund would be issued on my card upon pick up.
Arredatutto arranged for a courier to pick up the barstool, but refused to refund in breach of article 13 of the European Consumers Directive 2011/83/EU (even after repeated requests) that requires Arredatutto to reimburse within two weeks. Only weeks later, Arredatutto changed its position indicating that I ordered the wrong barstool (in reply to my review even referring to the pictures that I sent them and that they discussed with Bontempi PRIOR to arranging for the pick up to assess which barstool I would return). This really shows Arredatutto's unreliable service, because Arredatutto was fully aware of what I ordered and received and therefore of what would be returned (Arredatutto even discussed it with the manufacturer of the barstool: Bontempi).
Arredatutto now refuses a full refund and arranged for a partial refund, which again is in breach with the European Consumers Directive 2011/83/EU (article 14: the consumer shall only bear the direct cost of returning unless the trader has agreed to bear them). Arredatutto has deducted not only the costs for the return, which is in breach of the explicit and unconditional agreement that I would not have to pay for the return (I refer to the quotation above), but also the delivery costs of the initial delivery. Also, deducting the costs of the initial delivery is in breach with the European Consumers Directive 2011/83/EU (article 13). Arredatutto remains silent about the breach of mandatory consumer obligations by simply stating that they apply the European Directive, but the fact is that they have not refunded the costs for the return (breaching article 14) and also not the costs of the initial delivery (breaching article 13).
I have seen that Arredatutto now also states that I followed a normal return procedure, which is not the case. This procedure is described in their conditions of use, but I have NOT filled out a request for return form and a courier of my choice was NOT used. It follows from article 13 of the European Consumers Directive 2011/83/EU that this is NOT a normal return (Arredatutto arranged for the pick up) and superfluously - and as stated above - we agreed differently. Arredatutto also does not reply to this.
I have not heard from Arredatutto since I informed them repeatedly that I would inform my credit card company of their deceptive behavior (already weeks ago) and I would advise consumers with similar experiences to do the same. After a full review of the case file, the credit card company reimbursed the costs that were withheld by Arredatutto.
Arredatutto quickly replies to a bad review with one of their standard answers about t-shirts, but structurally breaches European consumer rights (as described above), fails to reply to e-mails or provide good service. Indeed, the practice of Arredatutto is a textbook example of bad service.
In short, never order any products at Arredatutto (I note that I left out the late delivery), especially if you expect to deal with a company that complies with mandatory European consumer law and that provides after sales service.

So far, (awaiting final delivery of goods) this company have been excellent,I am constantly updated on the items progress and this through a difficult business period Christmas; and should you be fortunate enough for Nicoletta to be dealing with your inquiry you could wish for NO better, though I am sure all her colleagues are of the same high standard of service delivery to the end user that this company have thus demonstrated.

I purchased a Cattelan Glass Dining Table from Arredatutto. When the table was delivered to me, we found that the glass was broken after opening the packaging. We followed all the procedures for damages listed on Arredatutto website but it made no difference.
The courier company DSV that Arredatutto uses told them that the table was received by them intact, even thou there was no way of them knowing if the tempered glass was broken inside the packaging.
It seems when there is a problem you are on your own. I am getting no assistance from Arredatutto in resolving this issue and i am sitting with a broken table. Desperately disappointed with the very poor customer service.

I had wonderful experience with Arredatutto. I ordered online for an international shipment almost entire kitchen appliances (Oven, Hob, Hood, Sink, Water mixer). I hesitated a bit before making the order since I had no previous experience with them. I read feedback and communicate with them by emails and decide to give it a chance.
During the whole process the communication with them was great, and all documentation they sent me was very helpful for releasing the packages in the port.
All items arrived in perfect condition, they were perfectly packed for the long journey they has :)
I would definitely use their service again, and strongly recommend you to do the same!
