Do not trust this company with your bikes, my bike is my passion and so I'm very regretful that I trusted this company, the job was awful and the owner is nice at first then rude when the customer complains.

summary- frames badly painted, refused to put right, demanded more money anyway, blocked me and now selling my frames. A dangerous and threatening crook is behind this buiness. he tried to trick me into bringing another frame back to the shop to hold hostage and into giving him my address. Then blocked all contact when i refused to pay the amount.

wow, where to start?? I took two frames into this shop three weeks and was promised a two week turn around, this was confirmed by phone with the owner two days before then i was told the next day that it would be another week. The delay cost me a client that no longer wanted the bike as it wouldn't be ready for the event he wanted to attend with it. so im already out of pocket on that frame. When i went to collect them one of them was okay (not okay upon closer inspection at home0 and the other was a joke. Bubbles everywhere, cloudy clearcoat and worst of all had painted over the original chrome forks and stays which they were told no to do, paint in the BB shell and the outer cup they were supposed to remove just painted over. After contacting Jasmin she put me in touch with her immediately aggressive and mildly threatening father Shaf. Shaf accused me of being rude and sending threatening emails (i sent no emails at all) and being generally aggressive. none of which is true. He then refused to redo the poor work, demanded full payment for both frames and refused to give them back to me unless i paid in full. Yasmin will run to Daddy who will then steal your property as punishment for complaining. Avoid at all costs.
