Terrible customer service. Was told my issue was due to using Google Chrome and there was nothing I could do because they cannot place phone orders. I tried Safari and clearing my cache at their suggestion and had the same problem.

Have shopped at Arket for years in store & online & always found it to be a great experience. Recently via online placed 2 separate orders, was concerned having read recent reviews. Needed for holiday & some items were only online and I couldn’t get in to town with work & family commitments. All worked perfectly - orders received swiftly, one item from one order returned, refund received within 10 days.
Perfect work & weekend outfits, very competitively priced compared to Toast & Plumo - will continue to shop.

I saw a lovely half lined jacket in arket only to be told it doesn't come in a size 46inch chest. Is it true that your complete range of men's jacket stop at size 44inch chest ,( size 56 eu sizing)? I would appreciate some clarification.

Worst company for getting back to you with enquirers, continually have problems with inputting my address, says its long, doesn't recognize it and no one seems to be able to help me. No one answers back on email or FB messenger.

I just received a dress i bought online from Arket and it is wonderful. It arrived with no hassle. I was kept informed about delivery. All paperwork and email confirmation present. The dress is as described and fits as the website said - I used their measurements.
I read all the negative posts here first but took a chance. Glad I did .

I was a bit hesitant to order at Arket due to the poor reviews. But there was one beautiful blue coat that was online-only. So I first went to the Antwerp shop (Belgium) to try out the coat in another color to be sure. The people were superfriendly, they even gave some spare packaging material to our kids for their craft projects.
So I ordered the blue coat online, and it got delivered within 3 working days, no problem at all!! The only thing is that they don’t seem to have a system that informs you when your package is shipped, so the initial ‘no news’ worried me a bit and I mailed to the customer service. Got answer from them within a few hours with the news that it was abouy to get shipped, just perfect service 👌🏻 I’ll definitely order again.

Bought teva sandals for 58£. Found exact same model in another store for 39.9£. Costumer support clarified that they do not set the prices for other branded products. They advised to do better market research before buying.
Overall, high quality brand is more about overpricing products. Costumer support certainly unacceptable

Decent clothes to a fair value, but horrible delivery experience with Hermes - three times a message “it will be delivered today”, yet order never showed up. Arket Customer Service “nothing we can do, it will hopefully be with you at some point”.

instore service and experience are above most stores for an affordable easy brand. The assortment of lifestyle and garments on offer is a nice balance and feels like assessable luxury at an easy-going price. Thanks to the team in the Amsterdam store. Spot on.

Wanted to return my items that I ordered online. I've had to take it into the store as there was no return labels or despatch notes inside the parcel. The staffs in store can't do anything about it, as it was an online order, so I called and emailed them a numerous times for ONLY JUST AN RETURN LABEL! It took me 11days to get the label, Bcus it says the system through which they create return labels is down??? Also a month for the refund! To be honest, I would never ever buy from them again, such a terrible experience.

you can never place an order: my address is not working to be delivered (i try my place, my office, my family address). Then always an item of out of stock but you never know which one. They have the money to build a proper e commerce site for godsake

I bought something at arket three times.
Always washed it below the washing that was required. And it shrunk 3 times they didnt do anything accept that i could return it when all i wanted was a new item.

Absolutely shocking, I've never 'EVER' had such horrendous service in my life! Please no one buy anything from this company! One week after being notified that my parcel had been allocated to a postcode I don't even live in, and five long phone calls later (all with call backs that didn't happen - although promised), my parcel has still not been delivered and Arket are unable to arrange to redirect the parcel to my postcode area 'due to the restrictions on their contract with DPD'. Please be warned AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Get your sizing together! I’m usually an XS or S on the top and a M on the bottom. Trying on your clothes my size suddenly went up to a large and even in a L it looked ridiculous, because the clothes were built for people who do not have hip bones (every woman has them, skinny or not). So I ended up not buying anything and with a self esteem that got hurt. So just make your sizing true to the actual size. If you only want to cater to the skinniest part of society, only sell size 28,30,32,34. But don’t turn a size 38 into a size 34.

I am stunned by the rudeness of the customer service person I just talked to (Tanya). There was a mistake on the invoice and she couldn't even seem to understand my question, just kept telling me to check my bank statement. In the end it was a simple mistake, but I am very sorry to say that I won't be spoken to like that and I will have to give Arket a miss in future despite the clothes being cool.

Like all of H&M's brands, ARKET's user experience is faultless. All the stuff to smoothly move you through their online channel and make you feel confident about making a purchase is so expertly thought out. However, their customer service makes one feel that it is still 2009. After 2 days of placing an order, I just received a very minimally worded email stating my order had been cancelled. No reason or explanation why my order was cancelled and no word about how long a refund will take. Did someone forget that this is the kind of information a customer may want to know? Or perhaps they thought it would look too ugly and vulgar to include such trivial stuff. I think there are some structural issues H&M need to deal with. Look at the very poor score they have achieved on Trustpilot. I would be a bit embarrassed if I were heading their ecommerce division.

Worse service ever!
Unprofessionalism to the max.They never placed my online order, the product by the time that they took action was already sold out and they say that they cannot do anything about it. Waiting for my refund more than week already. The reason for not placing the order was due to "long" and "unclear" delivery address, however, from my side any address was provided because I choose pick up point at the address that they provided to choose. Worse service ever.

ARKET. I believe they are ignorant of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
1. Their courier DPD failed to deliver my parcel to my chosen pick up location
2. Arket never informed me. I had to chase them
3. Arket offered me ‘20% off next order’
4. DPD returned my order to Arket instead of dropping it off and instead of processing my refund immediately, Arket have just emailed to inform me they will issue NO REFUND UNTIL THE PARCEL REACHES OUR WAREHOUSE. THIS COULD TAKE ANOTHER 14 DAYS.
So, Arket will have my money FOR GOODS I NEVER RECEIVED, FOR UP TO 1 MONTH OR MORE before I see it back in my bank account.
Something feels very wrong and from reading the majority of other reviews here, very sadly but not surprisingly confirms this firm need a third party’s official knowledgable, ethical, COMPETENT intervention.
Based on my experiences with Arket (yes I’ve had email correspondence with them previously about their poor customer service levels) I would strongly, strongly urge anyone reading this... if you absolutely need Arket clothes URGENTLY, especially at this time of year... all sorts of Summer events and holidays and don’t believe what I’ve written, do go ahead and place your order. I wish you well and You may have a perfectly pleasant experience.
(However Fortunately for me, none of what I ordered from Arket was urgently needed)
I believe Arket are in serious breach of the Consumer Rights Act. I will be speaking directly to Trading Standards on May 28th and after doing so, I will update this review.

Good quality clothing and design! I ordered online three times and two times it went well and fast. One time my purchase was out if stock (during sale, it was the last item available - unfortunate but it can happen). I received an email saying it was cancelled and I received my money back within a few days. For years I’ve almost exclusively bought from COS for its design and quality. Very happy I have now found another favourite with Arket for some needed variation!

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Shockingly poor offering. I ordered 2 items in the sale but made the mistake of opting to collect from my local Shabitat store. 8 days after ordering I finally received my confirmation email to collect the items but 2 days later when I went to collect, shabitat muppets had mistakenly returned my parcel to Arket. When I tried to contact them, no email response + 'customer service' numbers temporarily unavailable. I raised complaints thru a number of channels but because my goods had been returned and we're no longer in stock, the best they could do was a refund but with an offer of 15% off my next order. As if!!! Utter rubbish and really not worth your custom. Go elsewhere, shambolic experience. There are plenty of alternatives only too welcome to accept your business and deservedly so!!

Terrible experience, never again. Very very slow to despatch, when they eventually did, half of my order was out of stock but my credit card was still charged the full amount. Useless. If they can't manage online sales, they shouldn't offer them.
Unfortunately I only read these reviews after my negative experience.

Three times packages gone to the wrong address over 1 hour’s walk away; no reassurance they’ll redeliver; offered 10% discount code only if I sign up which I don’t want to do; received another customer’s order with their address and sizing into. No further response from customer service.
