Absolutely terrible! - was incorrectly charged £12 which they said was a late payment fee but I pointed out it was an error and I didn't agree it was a valid charge. They refused point blank to credit me as a goodwill gesture - terrible customer service, avoid like the plague!! Wouldn't touch them with a bargepole )-: 0/10

Awful customer service,keeps you waiting on the phone for silly amounts of time,if you ask for any sort of request on the account they won’t honour it,Basically most of the advisories are severely incompetent.Avoid using this card it’s not worth it

Do you need to hire a hacker? Who’s very good at hacking into anyone’s phone, cloning a device,Tracking any network, last week I hired Hack Wizard and he tracked into my girls phone. I saw a lot even though she wasn’t cheating but she needs to change her type of friends.Her friends aren’t helping our relationship.
He can also recover stolen funds from any platform. He can add funds into any credit card, he can clear loans

In arrears due to being told not to make payment as my card had been used by someone else (fraud) and was told that's my fault?
Didn't make payments as per the instructions. They have no impacted my credit rating and just had to pay the £50 whilst a complaint is open with them?
Told them i moved address...didn't update it
Getting phone calls daily about the arrears...i didn't know i was in.
Awful service. Just rang collections and didn't even get one apology for the way i felt. No understanding what so ever. More arsed about taking money rather than TCF.
Regulated by the FCA? They need to read PRIN 2.1.6.

Customer service very poor. WS unable to process payments on the argos app. Told it was my fault a d my smart phone was to blame had no interest in resolving this matter just kept on and on about how am making my payment and past me pillar to post frustrating and shocking for a company to concern itself only on payments but just can't be bothered to accept responsibility or to put it right. Very poor service sent them the card back beware of the tricks they pull to slip you up to make more money. Argos card is a waste of space so is the customer service run like a muppet show.

Bought a gift for my nephew with my card and asked my sister to collect it at her nearest store. They wouldn’t allow this as apparently it is fraudulent!!! Even though she had the email from me stating account number and order confirmation etc. They offered to let me reorder and have it delivered at an extra cost of £3.95, (bargain) 😃 So I got a refund and bought it online with another supplier who had no issue delivering it free to a different address to the billing address. Get with the times Argos not all family members live on the same street these days!! 👍

It's great for purchases but logging in to my account to check and manage it? I have to change my ID EVERY time because it comes up with an error message every single time I try to log in. Very odd, not to say frustrating. Anyone else have this problem?

Very poor customer service, tried to pay my normal credit balance, they then used this money to pay off another plan, tried again to pay the same amount and the same happened again, when I called them to complain and ask them to transfer the money to the correct plan they then transferred this money back to me, awful complaints process, they have now moved money around on my plans again today putting me in debt for next month, ridiculous, will never use again will be reporting then to the financial onbusman

the Argos card is really useful and providing pay within the time ok but i wish when you make a specific payment they would not move the money around and take of another plan,i had a item i canceled as could,nt deliver,refunded on my statement but still on my payment plan,they insist that it went to pay off another payment plan,I had two for £199.99 + the one canceled was £199.99 i have two £199.99,s paid off and one still on my payment plan which is the item canceled as it states but they insist the £199.99 refunded paid one of the other £199.99 ,so i have three £199.99,s two paid and one still on statement yet only had two items for £199.99 the other canceled and balance put back on my account but how can balance go back on my account,wish they would put the item paid for and date when paid to make it clearer,so confusing why do they not leave the plans as they are and when one is paid just accept instead of rearranging it until you dont know if coming or going and making it harder for themselves in the process.

Very very poor service, it’s a whole trap to get as much interest as possible. Paid £800 pound out of my £990 plan, when plan expired they charged me £240 extra , as I did’nt manage just to pay £190 on time, which I realised later.
Now when I am calling to pay the whole amount for my next plan, there automated service not letting me do it.what a rip off
Now I just want to pay there whole balance by my credit card and get rid of this card.

Paid £342.50 back for a £290 plan and still keep sending me letters. never missed a payment with the company and always paid on time and they put a default on my credit file for something that wasn’t my fault??!?😑

Awful customer service I’ve just spent close to an hour on the phone trying to find out why they are telling me I have arrears on my account I was not aware of to be told that no one else is reporting problems with the app and because I admitted I’m dyslexic as I couldn’t remember when I last accessed my statement they asked if there was another adult in the house that could help me manage my account. Always love being called stupid by the people a company pay to help their customers instead of admitting there may be a fault with their technology.

I would give zero stars if possible. The customer service is absolutely dreadful! Staff are very confrontational and do not listen. I spoke to 3 different people and all of them were rude and patronising! I paid my balance off and closed my account immediately I was so discusted. Save yourself the bother. I will never buy a single thing from Argos again.

I haven't been able to log on to my Argos card online since I had it to check account or make ayment.
Woman in the store put my name down wrong as she filled in the form.
There isn't an email or online form. Only way to contact them is annoying number which you have to spend ages with recorded messages before you talk to anybody.
I can't remember my memorable word and they say only way I can sort out my account is by phoning a number, and calls in day time with my phone company are expensive.

i purchased my first item on my argos credit card and paid it off early so we needed a new tv so i purchased that and paying more each month than required and now on my clearscore account i noticed i have a report of a Utilization rate which will make my credit score bad, i dont understand why when i am paying them , they are just conning you all the time and now they are makeing my credit score look realy bad, THANKS ARGOS

Argos card services will not accept responsibility for an error they made. I changed address and informed them and also have confirmation of my new address on the item I ordered some 2 years ago . The complaints process is poor and will never use their card again . I will be taking this to the ombudsman. Written to the ceo office only to be fobbed off again

absolutely shocking. i applied for my argos card. the 14 day period came to end to find my card has not arrived. when i called to query what has happened they cancelled the card which hadn't even arrived and told me i have to wait another 7 to 10 working days. so in total it will and has taken a month for the card to arrive. absolute mess. if you can get a similar arrangement with someone else like currys or pc world then do so!
