If you like your macaroni cooked, don't get Arby's mac and white cheddar. Hen we complained staff told us we were lying, that the macaroni comes in cooked! Eldante maybe. NOT COOKED.

I have been to four Arbys restaurants. No Christmas decorations? Has the Grinch become the CEO? In this day of political correctness, I hope that's not what is going on.

Quality has gone downhill. Curly fries are all broken and the roast beef tastes like rubber! For the price, I will go to my local sandwich shops and get better quality meat and sides. You guys used to be good.

I stopped at the arby's store in Anderson township Ohio Today.
I ordered a corn beef Reuben sandwich with extra sauerkraut and extra 1000 island dressing.
YUMMY!!!!!!

Arby's is pretty much good anywhere you go,but Chestertown's, on Md Eastern Shore has been the best one so far,for myself and I grew up on the Western Shore of Md.

Arbys is not bad. Their roast beef tastes real and fresh. They do give a fair amount on the sandwich which I end up taking a little off because I prefer not so much meat but not complaining. They have a fish sandwich that is also really good but I don't think it is a regular menu item. And the curly fries with the seasoning they put on them are great. I sometimes just go and get an order of fries.

We have visited three different locations in N.C. and are pleased with every visit except for the curly fries.... they are not so curly anymore!!!!

Thank you so much for Arby's team for the wonderful service and care you gave yesterday during our visit. It was my 26th birthday celebrated at your restaurant with my childhood friends. your food made my day especially French Dip and Swiss Classic with Au and Jus, Reuben Meal. The cheese on the sandwich looked slightly melted but the juicy meat fillet added more taste. Thank you Arbys I don't k ow where my taste buds would be without you lol !!

Visited the one in Palm Bay, FL, a few days ago and usually the store looks clean but not on this day. They had to workers sitting at the tables who looked like they were on break and the rest were behind the counter doing what I guess they were supposed to be doing but the seating area was a bit on the dirty side. Don't think it had been cleaned in quite awhile, not to mention the table we usually sit at was just as unclean. The food was another story, fries I ordered didn't seem fresh. The cheese on the sandwich looked slightly melted but as if it had been sitting around awhile. Let's just say this isn't one of the good days of coming to this place thank goodness I rarely go to this place.

Ordered through drive up window ask if everything was in there response was yes it's all there. Had company I was buying for got home two sandwich was not there an fries .had to go back hi traffic area.not happy food got cold.

I am being 100% honest when I say this is one of the beat restaurants ever. Well its my favory place to eat I could be o er exaggerating from my own love for there food but Arbys deserves five stars from me they are always so clean and get food to u quick they treat you like a customer should be treated. I never had an Arby's near me growing up. We had Roy Rogers, which I love, but the chain more or less closed on the east coast. Now, living on the west coast, I've got several Arby's nearby, and I can finally get a cravable, delicious roast beef sandwich again. Curly fries and a roast beef sandwich - affordable and delicious, I would love one right now...

Arby's has always been a favorite of our family. On a recent trip there was one in PA, where the staff went above and beyond! They were friendly, helpful and understanding when one of our children did not feel well.
So, nice to have happy staff at a fast food establishment!
