Arranged to have a bicycle delivered to Aramex Shop&Ship in Slough UK. It took three days for Aramex to check it into their system - and this as done only after I had made phone calls. This is a courier company ?! The attitude of the Slough employee was unbelievably bad. I then received an email from the S&S system saying that the consignment contained "unacceptable" items, and that it would be destroyed in 7 days. A bicycle ?! Apparently the consignment was too big for standard courier shipment.... okay, but this was not made clear by S&S at the time of booking. I arranged for DHL to collect and ship the consignment, but S&S had problems with this. Eventually I managed to get the consignment out of S&S, and I had it moved to KSA by an airfreight company. This took many phone calls to unhelpful staff at S&S Slough, and many emails through S&S unhelpful "Customer Service" portal. There is no way to easily reach real Customer Service operators, though the customer-unfriendly wall of the S&S portal. Avoid Aramex Shop&Ship at all costs. What has happened to Aramex ?

They are so unprofessional. I have been waiting for call from customer department for sending parcel to my brother. No call since 5 days, lol....... I called so many times with no luck whatsoever, everyone is giving me different answer. Best is yet to come, THEY PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON ME....I WAS SO POLITE, BECAUSE THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT TO SAY IN ENGLISH.

It is a shame they do not have a zero rating or a negative rating.
I sent a parcel to my son in Dubai Aramex contacted my son and said they would not deliver it unless he pays the duty . He paid the duty and thought they would deliver it soon.
But after three weeks I contacted their office in London and spoke to a lady who informed me that the parcel is on it's way back to me. She could not explain why they are returning it to me but she said she will investigate it and let me know. Two weeks later I still have not heard anything. But talking to other people who have used them it seems that this is the way they make their money. They get paid for delivering parcels but they never do.
I was lucky I received the parcel back other people lost them.
I shall start legal action to recover the money I paid.
My Advice is use any one other than

Aramex, your service in Hong Kong is totally a piece of shXt! irresponsible, unprofessional, I want to give you no stars if I could, Do you know what is business operation is? if you are not ready to be a professional company, please close down! first! I used your service to deliver the parcel to Denmark for my e-commerce business on the 21st September and the parcel still hanging in the air not even delivery door to door which I purchased the service for delivery door to door!!! , You end up using UPS for local delivery to deliver to my customer WITHOUT informing details until the parcel arrived in London and during a long public holiday! Your pieces of shXt salesperson even shamelessly debate my customer didn't pick up the phone when my customer contacted us more than 5 times asking where was the parcel and we informed you about this and now you want to chargeback for the return parcel to Denmark!, you sent the parcel back to London hub WITHOUT our consent, now I asked you when you could return the parcel back to my customer, you Freakin SALES PEOPLE JUST DONT ANSWER ANY CALL, NO SOLUTION, PRETEND NOTHING HAPPEN after waiting for 1 weeks of unlimited calling and chasing for an answer!!! YOU CAUSE US LOST BUSINESS IN DOLLAR VALUE BUT ALSO REPUTATION YOU PIECES OF SHXT!! I PRAY THAT YOU GOT CLOSE DOWN VERY SOON!! !!!

Slow delivery tracking was great from Hong Kong to Dubai then to London. After London I received no updates I called for further assistance and the customer services struggled to find my parcel with given item numbers. Also Aramex has the wrong address yet correct one was provided when item was sent to them I struggle to see how this company trades when items are lost not delivered or posted to the wrong address. Never heard of Aramex before and won’t be using them.

Today I had contacted Aramex 3 times because I sent important documents to Ministry of Tourism and this documents have to be delivered today but due to a reason went wrongly to a different place belong to the Ministry and I noticed that from following the tracking shipment accordingly I did the following :
1- I phoned Aramex hotline and been answered by Hend and I explained the case and she polity explained the policy and procedures and promise to do something but after checking the situation and she will call later after I give her my cell phone and it happens but still the issue not solved.
2- Second time I called nice girl picked up the phone called Bashaer and i asked about Hend but she told me that she cannot transfer the call to other agent accordingly I explained again the situation and she tried to do something as well but she couldn't.
3- Third time I called the hotline and i asked to be transferred to Manager on duty where I transferred to Ms.Toqaa and she explained everything but i was really under pressure and i asked her to do her best after i explained the situation clearly with more details and she was really helpful and promised to do her best and will call me to confirm, fifteen minutes after i received phone call from her that she succeed and the document will be delivered today.
I was thankful for her action and sense of leadership style and how she can differentiate between requests based on the situations, later on I received call from the messenger who was at the Ministry of Tourism building confirming the document delivery followed by Call again from Ms. Toqaa to confirm that document delivered, she was really professional in handling the situation and understanding how to read the customers and fulfil their requests, she was the star of the day, Thank you very much for making my day and my request done.

This is my honest review based on my personal experience. I must clearly disagree with all the negative comments here. My parcel from Australia to Czech Republic (EU) was delivered to me in 7 days for roughly 10 EUR. I used Aramex Global Shopper and they did not want even to pay the shipping charges beforehand!
As my local Aramex office is located 300 km away from home, I was a bit worried reading the comments here, so I called them and they told me that my package was forwarded to another courier company, GLS (maybe it is in the UK too) and gave me another tracking number for that.
Now the package is in their hands and scheduled to be delivered tommorow, if not, then at least to a nearby depot for personal pick-up, so all in all I am very satisfied.
Just call them if you have any doubt of your package status and I am sure some representative from Aramex will sort it out. By the way, they are very much helpful, no irony.
I hope that nobody thinks he/she will be updated every 10 minutes of package tracking, come on people...
Anyway, I wish you have a good experience with Aramex!
