Tracking says my parcel has been delivered to a random unknown person who has signed and received it. Horrible. I think this company & their crap delivery contractors are run by looters, theives to the core. Customer service horrible too. Is this even a company bloody thieves & robbers. Cheapshit. Just look at your reviews and improve you dumbcunts.

I ordered items from modanisa. Unfortunately i gave a wrong number which i correct it from the moment that i knew. First, i sent email to update my contact number (Twice ) Second, i called their customer service in kuwait to update it again. because i also see the remarks on their website why i still didn’t receive my parcel. Since then i kept tracking where is my shipment until now i didn’t receive anything, and now they wrote remarks about my address needs to update . I guess i gave my full address which you can locate easy. If ever you can’t still find it, you guys can call the receiver to guide you that’s why there is contact number right?! What’s wrong with you guys????! Don’t know what to say more to this company, I am so disappointed to this courier it’s much much better the FedEx than this Aramex. 👎👎👎

Super slow and very bad service, ordered from Nike.com (shipment Singapore to Jakarta, Indonesia). Pending for custom clereance for a week, and aramex customer service never contact to ask supporting document for the custom clereance needs. Shipment late for a week, don't even understand why the destination is same city with aramex Indonesia warehouse and head office.

i am running behind for a supporting documents and Payment reciept for last 2 months , I have called more than 6 times, Each time they will say , they have requested there operation team to send it to my email id . Later Nothing will happen .
In order to get the customer care to pick the call , we have to wait in call for 20 to 25 minutes , Later they will put in hold for another 20 minutes to check our information . Or slowly they will disconnect the call .
Fedup with Aramex ... This is the worst customer Service i have experienced in my life.

I'm buying cosmetics on Sephora Malaysia app often and Aramex, being their freight partner, used to be very reliable but their service has become really crappy that I'm contemplating to buy from Sephora US or CultBeauty directly. First, their delivery man never came yet updated the status as "delivery attempted" making customer staying home waiting for the delivery. Second and most unacceptably, they tempered with the parcels. My parcels have been opened and sealed back using scotch tape twice with a Dior lipstick i purchased missing from the parcel and another Dior liquid lipstick clearly used or swatched!!! Sephora Customer Service was helpful to arrange for Aramex to collect the used liquid lipstick and promised to send back a brand new one together with the missing lipstick but after waiting for 2 days, no response from Aramex for collection time!!!
Sephora Malaysia, change your freight partner or you'll lose a lot of customers!!!

I would be ashamed to be a senior member in this appalling company - 1 failed Delivery as the courier went to the wrong door followed by ignored calls and messages - 24hrs later numerous telephone calls and yet again nothing - where has good old fashioned customer service gone - no one wants to do their job well - serious management failure.

Avoid this courier service like Plague. They will not deliver your consignment, nor will contact you.
When you get fed up waiting and you contact them then they will ask you to come to their warehouse to pick it up. They are rude and totally unprofessional.
Never use Aramex. You will regret it.

My Parcel reached the Fujairah branch yesterday morning (8 a.m), I was told yesterday afternoon that my parcel was out for delivery, I have not received my parcel yesterday, so I contacted the company, they said I will get my parcel by 11 a.m the next morning. The next day by 12.45 p.m I am still waiting for my parcel I have contacted the company and they said the courier will contact you later today. It is a very bad service it is taking at least two days (I am still waiting) I live about 3 km from their office. This is a very bad service

Very poor service. I dono why this company still exist in dubai. Poor customer service executive can't even understand a simple English request instead of sending my credit card to the deira store they send it to the bank. I received a message from Aramex your credit card will be delivered shortly and waited for 3 days nothing happened. They promised me that the manager from the customer service will give a call back. Still now I didn't heard back from them. Please don't choose this courier service you will end up wasting your time and money. Disaster courier service.

Horrible horrible service! I have been waiting 3 days now for an item and their office is only 30km from my house! Excuses used were "Driver had an accident", "The delivery van broke down" and my favourite, "The driver got lost and returned to office"!! In the end, I had to go there personally to pick up the item.

WORST DELIVERY COMPANY EVER! Called to track my parcel. This person cant even speak English properly. I have been waiting for a local delivery for total 15 days now! never delivered. not sure what happened. 3 times trying to sort it out, all I got was wait for 24 hours to be delivered, and its now 15 days later! NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE. I am so surprised that they still stand. I would never waste my time again with this company!

I am forced to use the "Aramex Bot" to arrange delivery but it is useless, it firstly would not accept my location so i chose one nearby. then it won't accept my delivery time and there is no other way of completing it so i am stuck

I'm really appalled with the customer service representatives that handled my concerns. I asked them politely to arrange the delivery on my chosen address with the exact timing and date but nothing was delivered to me. I called the customer hotline 5 times and asked them why my parcel was not delivered. No one knew the exact reason but told me to pick it up at a mall 40 minutes away from my location. I have no problems picking up my parcel but they could've informed me immediately rather than letting me wait for 5 days and assuring me that my parcel will be delivered in front of my door steps. This is really unprofessional and disorganized. I hope this will get better because international e-commerce sites like ASOS, Lookfantastic, etc. has chosen Aramex as the partner here and it's already looking really ominous.

Gave them a call and complained, should receive a call back as well to confirm exactly what
time should I get an item but NO RESULT FROM aramex،!
