Great service and product, delivery from Germany took more than 2 weeks, could be a little bit faster.

I ordered an 850g Co2 cylinder, which arrived before the due date, and in perfect condition. I will be ordering from them again, and I would recommend them.

Ordered some Dennerle Disposable c02 canisters 13 days ago and have not received any confirmation of dispatch. This is not the first time my order has fell on deaf ears; it literally seems like they take your money in return for nothing! Stay well clear of this company!

I bought a CO2 system (2 kg bottle, electrovalve) on the 5 of july and today 3 weeks later it is not here.
In the page it said that it takes 4-6 days to be delivered but one week after buying (and paying) it I got an email saying that there were "problems" with my order and I should call them.
They answer call just from 8 to 12 hrs, so it is kind of complicated to reach them and when I did they swore (and lied) to me that the system will be by me in one week MAXIMUM 2 weeks.

The deadline is already gone and no signal of my system and yet I must wait until tomorrow to call them again and to be lied again about when my system comes.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, you will be paying for having a problem, bad feedback and being lied about delivery dates!!!
