When I did my order they direct call me to told me that they will be late for 3-4 days cause of the stocks. They offer me a refund for the delay. I found that it was really professional. Because I wasn´t at 3 days of waiting I keep my order and then to apologize they offer me a leash that wasn´t furnished with the board. I really appreciate the attention. Now 5 month after I had an issue with my paddle that they directly change. Perfect service :) !
