Nick Bugara has been the best kind of “ear full.” Our first phone call, he found those personal connections to make me feel comfortable. When submitting my idea, I thought it was completely far off- Nick reassured me that it wasn’t a “far off” idea, & would be ideal of those like him, and myself.
He followed up, on time (well i was a bit late) he also sent me an email of an overview of our conversation to make sure i had each detail in black and white.
5 stars to Nick specifically.

My original drawing was turned into the 5 drawings perfectly! The small details that I was looking for and what I wanted was captured. I mentioned my favorite colors and they were used! Awesome!

I downgraded my review from a 5 star that I originally posted (Feb 27). At the beginning of the process there was continuous communication between myself and the staff assigned to my app. Currently I only get updates when I contact them to ask for what's going on. For the last 2 months I've been told the coding team is "discussing how to proceed". it has now been 6 months and they haven't begun coding my app yet (originally I was told the entire process would take about 6 months), The video advertisement they made for the app is good though. I currently do not feel I've gotten sufficient performance for the $4k I've invested, and I definitely don't feel like the same excitement I did at the beginning, starting to feel like I've been neglected.
