Lovely salesperson went through all of the features of the Neff ovens with me and explained what they would be useful for. I ended up saving money because the oven I bought was cheaper than what I was looking at online.

They cold called me after I part completed an on-line form. They then offered lower prices for delivery and unboxing and disposal of old fridge. Stupidly, I agreed and on delivery they refused to unbox the fridge or take away the old fridge, leaving my tenants and agent in a total mess.
I would not have bought from them except for the saleswoman's offers, so they are in total breach of contract in my opinion.
You can't ring them to complain unless you are prepared to wait on the phone for hours. They know your number and just won't answer phone. You should not underestimate the sophistication with which these internet companies shaft their customers once they have banked their money. The crazy thing is we can all get as good or better deal at our local Curry's, with decent customer service and you can see what you are buying in the local store. I would rather stick needles in my eyes than use Appliances Direct again. They are a dispicable outfit. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Best price. Good choice of products. Really appreciated being able to go into showroom to have a proper look. After sales was excellent. I had a problem getting the integrated dishwasher height adjusted correctly. AEG were very slow to respond but James had an answer with an hour of me emailing.

I bought 5 items for my new kitchen. The service was outstanding and the team at Appliance Direct were all very friendly and never once seemed uninterested even when I asked what could have seemed silly questions. The young lad who served me never seemed flustered and went through numerous options with me. The prices were very reasonable and I couldn't find the items any cheaper. Lastly the delivery drivers, I paid for the 2 man, a bargain at £19.99 for what they did, the access was tight into where the appliances were going but the 2 lads were very polite and took incerdible amounts of care with the items and got them all in without to much trouble. I couldn't thank them enough. I have already recommended them to friends and family and would do so again if I hear anyone needs an appliance or are doing their kitchen, and I would 100% use them again.

We bought a Smeg Fridge Freezer for over £1400 delivered. When it arrived the driver moaned that we only booked a single man unload but there was two of them and my son to do the delivery to a very easy level kitchen. The fridge freezer does not work and we are now having to wait 4 days for a SMEG technician to call and assess it. Then they might replace it. Shockin to be left with no fridge freezer for 5 days minimum. Tough luck from them when calling them. Shoddy from them shoddy from Smeg and once they have your money no one cares.

Our Fridge broke and we needed a new one quickly, contacted Appliance Direct Morecambe and they were very helpful. Delivery was organised for the next day, with just a 2 hour window of delivery and they took away the old fridge and all the packaging from the new fridge for a very low cost, which saved us a lot of hassle. Would highly recommend!

Bought AEG induction hob and added alternative address for delivery this did not go through with the order. They tried to deliver the item but refused to leave in a safe place and take a picture or leave with a neighbour there policy is YOU MUST BE IN TO RECIEVE it and if someone else is there they have to provide identification. Mine wasn’t delivered to alternative address and I have now been charge £24.99 delivery fee. I will not use the company again and this fee needs to be made clear when going to purchase the item instead of been in the small print in the terms and conditions

Absolute terrible experience and service from this company. Ordered online a AEG induction hob, my item showed in available for next day delivery. Two hours after my order was placed i received a phone call from Appliance Direct to say; unfortunately they only have a display model left and cannot get hold of the AEG rep to find out if they could still sell me the hob i ordered for the same price. In other words, they wanted to hike the price and charge me more money than what i'd payed for and what was listed on their website. Not only that they wasn't sure when they would be able to deliver to me. Was promised a phone call later that afternoon once they had contacted the AEG rep. Received no call from Appliance Direct so called them myself. Told me they still hadn't managed to get hold of the AEG rep but offered a different hob. Obviously i wasn't going to accept this and asked for a full refund. Refund was issued but told it might take a few days depending on my bank...... What i find really annoying and to be quite dishonest of them is that this company is still advertising the same hob, at the same price and available for next day delivery -knowing full well they haven't got the item in stock and intend to hike the price. . . . . My advise - do not trust this company - shop elsewhere.....

I bought a washing machine from Appliancedirect Morecambe (Also known as Appliance Direct). It was arranged to be delivered today. I paid for the service of two men to bring in the house and take the old one away.
The delivery guys were unpleasant. They first refused to take the old one away when the service was paid for.
Then they did not want to unwrap the washing machine fully although it was paid for.
Then we noticed a big dent and scratch. It was severely damaged.
They had asked for my old washing machine to be disconnected and put out of the house, so I ended up with that problem as well and no washing machine.
They told me on the phone we give you a refund as we have no other in stock and bye. That was the end of it, no apologies.
I will never buy from this company again. They let you down, offer a bit cheaper price but it is not reliable and offer no solutions of compensation for the inconvenience caused.

We purchased both a Neff top of the range oven and gas on glass 5 burner hob. Now what we thought was a sound purchase turned out to be an exercise in awful customer care and quality control by Neff.
The oven had a misaligned door with one side some 4mm wider than the other side. A Neff engineer was booked in to come out and look at our two day old oven and simply stated that this wasn’t a fault per se and couldn’t be fixed.
A day later we used the hob for the first time and cast iron pan supports ended up looking like they’d been abused for the last twenty years, I contacted Morecambe Appliance only to be fobbed off with both the oven and hob with them staring that these ovens are mass produced and it’s to be expected to get faults of this kind on some of them, imagine that an £800+ oven that we should expect to have a misaligned door.
Next up the excuse for the hob is that pans will scratch the pain off cast iron supports, now funnily enough the same pans had never scratched our previous Neff hobs cast iron supports and that had seen eight years sterling service not just two hours of cooking.
We’re now in the process of dealing with Neff directly whose looking into this matter for us and hopefully resolve this on behalf of the lacklustre response from Morecambe Appliances.

APPLINACE DIRECT MORECAMBE to sum them up in one word EXCELLENT. After long searches on the internet over a few weeks, reading all reviews I decided to purchase my long awaited Bosch dishwasher. Was a bit nervous at first as I always use well known high street stores but I couldn't resist the large price difference so I took the plunge. Certainly would use this company again as I found them very professional and very helpful and friendly to speak to. I ordered my appliance with free delivery a day and date to suit me. Was given update information from first ordering and was even told if was an AM or PM delivery. I could have had it delivered a day later but I chose to have it delivered within 4 days of ordering for my own convenience. My appliance was as described and well packaged. Had the option to unwrap it before the delivery driver left and if you didn't want to do that you had seven days to make sure everything was fine with the appliance. Thank you APPLIANCE DIRECT MORECAMBE for a quick, professional and pleasant transaction.

Placed an order that was then cancelled, was not informed the order had been cancelled, only realised when a refund was placed back into my account. When I emailed to ask why, just got a response saying they don't deliver to my area!
When I looked on their website nothing is mentioned about restrictions on delivery. Oh and the price of the item had been increased.
