Their is a fault in my product, its will take 2 days to get it fixed. My computer is my workstation and I can't do anything without it. no form of compensation..... Im talking to a young kid their dosen know anything about the product or how it works. Im told that i should be happy that apple even offer support on my product, MY 5000$ PRODUCT 2 MONTH OLD !!!!! well thanks... terrible experience, i have spend so many hours now trying to get help...

Products are good and that avoids the 1*. Yet too many drawbacks to be a 3* review:
- Support is AWFUL!!!
- Overpricing of hardware.
- Low compatibility with loads of software.
If it wasn't for the price and support one could actually ignore the compatibility and give it 4/5 stars - but those 2 points are really at rock bottom level, it's sad such a good product has such a bad team behind it.

I'm annoyed at the fact that there are some many Apple links to review and yet you actually have to search for the right link.
Now onto the actual review. I have a lot of history with apple with my phone etc and pretty much whenever I go to town with my friends I go into the Apple shop.
Apple have fixed my IPhone 5s multiply times when I have cracked the screen (twice), dropped it in water (when I was young) and when it stopped working (recently). They have fixed at all times and although I know it is not good I just have it around as a contact with my friends and families in emergencies: I do not really play many games at all on it (I'm not that young).
Now, onto the actual store which is the BEST store in intu Watford. It has handcrafted tables which is amazing as well as the fact they are polished with the latest Apple gear on top. They have excellent, to their pretty good MacBooks to the best phones out there (IPhone XR) as well as the latest versions of Ipads.
Their prices of course are very expensive but they are the best quality out there. I write this with my IPhone 5s next to me. Also as well as that their accessories are amazing including the EarPods which despite being a bit expensive are very much so worth it.
Their staff are also excellent with help and are very welcoming when you enter.
I have no concerns at all with this shop. Definitely within my Top 3 shops within the whole High Street complex (and that's a lot).

I have never ever had an apple product working as it is supposed and I have unfortunately been a contribute to the succes products me and my company has bought.... Now enough is enough NEVER Apple again my money goes to the competitor! Mainly because you have showed very clear that I have no value as an Apple customer no matter how rare my problems happens that somebody is that unfortunate with their products ( their own words that my situation they have never heard of) my time has no value, the mutable time I have had to go back and forth to repairshops the time I have spent, the inconvenience when the products do not work and the loss of business do to that... I my case the all mentioned has been a masive lost and so incredible time consuming and Apple you should be so incredible ashamed of your self. You have up until now so many angry clients that you will be in trouble the day a great opponent turns up ( just read you own Trustpilot is it an embarrassment for you as a company!
Why should customers ever be loyal when paying a great deal to be treated so badly.?Luckly you have associates that actually puts good reviews and customers service high, to clean up your mess after you.. Hope you treat your associates better then you clients that have made you what you are today. Good job Mentech

I have huge problems with apple. My emails keep getting blocked & there are other problems & it is not the server but apple itself. I have written full update which I cannot log. Below update was by itself got back dated & now I can log in but with the same password & email cannot put new entry. Who is blocking my account.
Apple Sort out as I am not going to go away.
Has Apple lost their way providing a safe secure system?
My review is to work with apple to make aware there are problems. I offered to hack my Mac to trace the link who is hacking me but my entry was removed however, had positive impact.
Just to sum up my past experience or read below - 3 Macs one after the other as it kept getting blocked, usually after apple upgrades or restore factory setting.
Various apple chat up & 3 visits to Apple store to restore Mac but still problems.
Last Visit was made to store no 100578225352 for the up to date hard disc factory setting.
My new issues are listed below:
1. Could not change Apple ID, must be signed on with old & set up password or buy new iPad or iPhone.
The new factory setting offer me to sign on with old Apple ID or create a new one. However, new Id can not be created & directed to appleid.apple.com. At the same time psychological pressure put on to use the old ID for automatically install numbers of services which one need to install later one at a time from apple store.
New Id can not be set up at appleid.apple.com as I could not use iCloud email account so must use other server email account or only option available is to buy a iPad or iPhone to set the Apple ID.
There is no other way , as explained by the manager except use old one or set up by iPhone or iPad or use other server which is not acceptable because it leaves one open for tracking.
It appears going around the circle pay, get tracked or use compromised Apple ID.
Cases like me apple should offer a clean slate to restart so there is no way to be traced my account internally or externally.
2. Apple store bought products cannot be trusted or refunded if not working
Just check for malware remover in search engine & you will find a list with not enough reviews. I presume they are out dated malware product which no longer work. If they do not work no money is refunded.
On one hand apple say use items from our store on the other hand (after reading reviews) one can lose money if the product does not work. Apple must hold suppliers responsible to refund money & also remove their products from the store specially if it is about virus & malware removers otherwise security is compromised & money wasted.
3. Should apple recommend a malware remover if not listed on their store?
I was recommended a malware remover on the chat line which is not listed which I find contradicting. Perhaps apple need to clear their stand point & have a list of trusted companies which are not at apple store so we know it is authenticated.
4. Is their help if compromised email received ?
I received an email at the time when I was in store restoring the Mac, linking apple & my encrypted email , which was already reported compromised, was opening link content in application by blocking safari. My encrypted email was made useless as its content was on display at Mac. I have forwarded currant email to "reportphishing" email address but no auto reply received . I hope something is being done.
I still believe apple can turn around if they look at their own staff. If my iCloud key numbers which I am only suppose to know is on display , so my Mac restored or not is open to be compromised? Where is the weak point?
I wait with a hope so whatever is around compromising our accounts disappears underground for good. Apple has found solution to restore our faith once again in the company.

4th June positive outcome update
Apple I am self taught lay person. I had on my net work display 2 uninvited/ unknown connections thunde……..the net which was visible at apple but the the genius said that a apple connection refused to accept that at my home it has says thunde….(neighbourhood) …..the net which appeared when I came home. Prior to that I have seen wifi symbol on & even open my guest site without wifi my connection. Now since my entry for apple to hack ( removed) I have found (neighbourhood) disappeared which means it was illegal invaded occupation of my privacy & now running away because due to entry.
Another connection is thunde….t bridge which I know nothing about does interfere with safari.
My pc has no permission for sharing but various other signs that someone is lached I see.
I am fair game for public, private, social & retails sector to abuse & pilfer because they can. Please see my facebook page which gives back up to my statement balbir nicky matharu. If you cannot find it then there is another evidence that someone wants me to disappear from the earth for thier own hidden agenda. It is at infancy stage & any positive help will be appreciated.
My review has 2 folds - one is for us the customer benefit who have/had issues. Second one is for the apple bosses. I have huge problem going through the red tape & hoping this platform may reach to the top bosses who have the power to do something about to give us a safe secure service.
This year, I have bought & exchanged 3 MacBook Air 13” from John Lewis, below is a brief summary
1 Mac, 5 March - Could not set my Apple ID due to error. siri was hacked as someone else took over. To eliminate I reset the pc to factory setting which failed as the disc was damaged, furthermore, I got locked out with big X. John Lewis were unable to restore either so it was replaced.
2. Mac, 3 April - a new Mac which was set up again & Apple ID was set up but password got locked later. This time I sought help from live chat support centre. After downloading upgrade, compromising took place & got blocked again with big X . This time John Lewis forced me to go to Apple Store to have the PC checked. It took hours to get an appointment to see genius. My appointment was cancelled as they sent texts which I received no notification but at apple shop after checking various text arrived. Next day I went again & exactly the same way appointment got cancelled, however, after explaining to the manager who checked Mac & approved a new replacement .
3. Mac, 12 April - have to reset up again . 6 Upgrades were downloaded & were installed. There were another 6 appeared forcing me to download because not all the parts were downloaded. Had a live chat on line & the next day all the upgrades disappeared. A month gone worked perfectly & a new upgrade came which I had doubt so I had it checked by live chat. Down loaded the upgrade once again the pc got compromised more then one way. Someone even tried to take money from my account but failed.
I went on phone help line to get an appointment. I was offered again & again to repair the computer & even I was informed that he can see what is taking place which is out of order because I did not give permission to access my pc. I was given appointment for Tuesday but when the confirmation email came it had no appointment time. So I contacted live chat support to complaint & rebook.
22 May, Tuesday 4.15 & saw Ma… at Apple Store, who confirmed that my pc was compromised so he installed a new operating system that was very secure. For the first time my Apple ID was installed & working.
24 May, I downloaded pages & photo app & pc got compromised . I saw the pc setting getting out of sequence once again & not working properly. My icon Falcon was removed & replaced by phantom copy & was very slow to open. At night when I clicked the guest side the screen went blank completely & would not switch.
25 May, went to apple store again & saw Ga…., who checked saw the phantom site. He declared that pc is still ok. I kept saying to him old issues I can still see. My Apple ID no longer activated as it is saying for security reason it is locked but at the same time asking me to go to forgot your password. He said I can set up a new ID if I do not want to reset.
I have come home my old Id no longer can be activated as it is locked due to security reasons & sending message to email now, which I cannot open because password is compromised. I am not permitted to set up a new ID & asking me to go to appliad apple.com to reset. Once again I am locked out which is sign that my PC is still compromised & genius wasted my time by dismissing that there was still problem at large.
My questions to apple bosses, so when I visit the store for my pc reset is final time because issues are resolved which are as follow:
1. Why I have wasted half a day to have computer check today & appear to be still compromised?
2. Who has locked my apple Id due to security reason? This act means I can not set up pc fully specially fire wall & secuirty once again & so forth
3. Why my email password does not work where Apple ID sending info to unlock?
4. Why I am not permitted to set up new Apple ID & forced to go to another website?
5. Why my appointments notification there was date or time or arrived later then sent?
6. Why after upgrade pc is compromised again & again?
7. How factory setting hard disc can get damaged?
8. Why after genius Check up he ignored me that the old problems still were existing & he did not install a new operating system to make sure everything was cleaned out?
My purpose is to find solutions rather then keep going around the circle & hope this entry will help on many levels.
I strongly believe we need a Company like apple, who do not track us, haunt us with marketing & selling us down the river to make money but they must eliminate who is compromising the customers, wasting their time & energy

Took my Mac Book Pro in the Genius Bar to sort out the issue for the 4th time and not counting unlimited phone call on the so call "Customer Service" which is bad as ever.
Let me begin with the Customer Service over the phone, every I called up Apple service I will guarantee you be on the phone more than an hour and the problem is still not solve as they don't talk the same language as one will say one thing and the other will say something else also they will put you on hold most of the time as most of them do not know how to deal with the issues and they will direct you to the store and in there is even worst, you see lots of what you call the "staff" is walking around and not really helping you in anyone, I was there my 4th time round to sort out the same issue and what I got back was they done everything in the procedure and basically there is nothing we can do so bugger off. I have a using Apple for 10 years and very disappointed and sad with people in Apple how they run the business since Steve Job passed away. If it continue to be like this, Apple will not be able to stay for any longer. I never felt so angry and annoyed as you brought this expensive piece of gadget and all I got back was they have done everything according to the "procedure" and there is nothing else we can do and oh yes there is!!! just check your machine and make sure it is passed the QC (oh no what QC? oops there isn't a QC department) before you launch it to the public!!!

I have had most of the products available from Apple. Starting from iPod to Apple Watch. iMac 27. MacBooks from 2012 2014 2015 2016 and now the latest MacBook I had iPhone 3GS. iPhone 4. iPhone 4 s iPhone 5. 5s. 6 ans 6plus. iPhone 7. And now the iPhone X. I am continually amazed by the way this is developed and how this continues to improve

Never had a problem with Apple and their excelent customer support.
Yesterday i ordred a spare right AirPod and today i arrived. Only real issue with Apple products are the cables (lightning, chargers etc.) that tend to be low quality.

Vedr. batteriskifte af iphone 6 og 6S, lancerede Apple d. 28/12 et program med skifte til 29$. Som I selv skriver i meddelelsen "Apple is reducing the price of an out-of-warranty iPhone battery replacement by $50 — from $79 to $29 — for anyone with an iPhone 6 or later whose battery needs to be replaced, available worldwide through December 2018. Details will be provided soon on apple.com." .. Men i Danmark skal man betale 325 kr. for at få det skiftet af Apple. Dette er efter min mening diskrimination på baggrund af lande. En eventuel valutakursdifference kan ikke forklare differencen mellem 29$ og 325kr. Jeg finder det dybt problematisk at i vælger ikke at efterleve jeres egen koncerns pressemeddelelser, men alligevel skal tjene lidt ekstra på det, blot fordi vi i DK ikke har en Apple Store.. Desuden begyndte jeres uvidende support medarbejder at bortforklare differencen med at de 29$ kun var prisen på batteriet og der dertil ville være omkostninger til værksted. I pressemeddelelsen skriver i jo "battery replacement by $50 — from $79 to $29" ALTSA 29$ for reparation INKL. batteri svarende til ca. 175 DKK.!!!!

During a phone call, suddenly the phone shuts down (despite having 30-40% battery left). We try to turn it on again and charge it, but it is unresponsive. Then we try to fix it by reading different online support advices - but the phone is completely dead and unresponsive.
Curiously enough, it stops working exactly 2 years and a couple of months after purchase - after 2 year the warrantee runs out. Seems like a "built-in expirery date" and definitely shorter than what you would expect from a device at the top of the price range.

I have to say success breeds cheap components, awful software and updates designed to make you spend more. This company has gone to the gutter, bring back Steve Jobs. As a graphic designer who was one of the first to have an Apple Mac 20 odd years ago, I feel let down, by this greedy corporate, arrogant company. Success has made their products cheap, hence the reason their products are now made in sweat shops in China, they call it cutting costs, I call it screwing their loyal customers, if you want a nice looking computer with cheap parts, that crashes all the time, then Apple is your goal. If on the other hand you want something reliable get yourself a PC or an Android phone, as this company like America has gone to S**t.

I am the former happy owner of an iPad 4th generation, bought in jan. 2013. One week ago Apple brought out the software update IOS 9.3.3. Trusting their advise, I downloaded and tried to install the update, after which my iPad was impossible to reactivate.
I searched the internet and found lots of advise: restore using iTunes, try another lightning/usb cable, - try another Mac. I even tried an older MacBook Pro, which wasn’t updated to the latest version of El Capitain (we keep it as a secure backup in case new Apple-updates downs the network, the necessity learned from rather expensive bought experience).
After everything advised was tried and lost, I rang Apple support Denmark. They asked me to go through the same steps once more (If you don’t, we unfortunately are not able to help you any further). Ending up with the same ‘unexpected error’ they told me to go to the local Humac store and ask for service.
The Humac staff told me, that sending it in for service would cost an x-amount of money and probably wasn’t worth it, but I could pay close to DKK 4000 and get the same iPad-version back in a completely new state.
So I rang back Apple support DK, asking if they would either promise me free service or a price reduction buying a new iPad. Spending another 57 min’s, having to go through the same steps (If you don’t, we unfortunately are not able to help you any further), again ending up with the same ‘unexpected error’, I was told once more, that my iPad needed service and I should take it to the local Humac store.
I went through the arguments of having bought an iPad for close to DKK 8.000 jan 2013, I’d even bought the Apple Care Protection Plan with it – and after this latest update, it was impossible to use. The lady of Apple support DK told me, that it probably was a hardware fault and no responsibility of Apple, and therefor they were not able to offer me any help, reimbursement or whatever in the matter. I asked to talk to a supervisor and was later called back from Ireland a very kind and understanding man, who unfortunately also was not able to offer me any help at all, besides taking my iPad to service and paying for it.
The fault or ‘unexpected error’ had nothing to do with the update, but was probably a hardware problem, that might have been there from the very beginning, however, surfacing now with this latest update. He understood my problem, but unfortunately – since it was not the fault of the update or Apple – he was unable to help.
He did however agree to the fact, that Apple produced the iPad in the first place, and that Apple also brought out the update, that ruined it or ‘caused the fault to surface’. He also reminded me, that when I downloaded the update, I had agreed, that Apple was not responsible for any problems occurring in its aftermath.
That of course is true. I believe, I once read an article stating, that if you actually read all the conditions of downloads, transactions etc, you would have to spend an equal of 78 days a year reading the small print.
I know, that I have no legal grounds of my claim, but never the less: 10 days ago I had a perfectly working iPad at the age of 3.6 years. Now I have spent at least two hours at the phone, 1/2 hour upgrading and several more trying to fix the problem, I have gone to the local store etc.
And I am so angry. In my view Apple either produced an inferior product or ruined it by an destructive update. Either way: Apple is not paying – they leave it all to me.
That is rotten – and I do live in Denmark, so I know the smell.

Having placed an order for a MacBook Pro with a credit card with a limit orders of magnitude over the invoice amount, the order is cancelled Saturday night after the promised delivery date, stating that the credit could not be verified. However, smaller parts of the order (accessories) ware shipped and invoiced in due time.
Awful service - no way of getting in contact with Apple Saturday night - and appallingly unprofessional order handling.

In trying to purchase a pair of headphones, I first went to Elgiganten.dk, and Fona.dk. I found the Sennheiser model that I wanted, put it in the shopping cart, only to find that the product was not available. They did not offer me alternatives, nor did they remove the 'purchase' button.
Apple did not have the model I was after, but it had a pair of JBL's that suited my needs. I was able to complete my order in less than 5 minutes. Stress free.

1 ordered an iphone from apple online store
2 it get stolen by stupid UPS
3 want to cancel the order - no mail address on apple web site
4 have to call - English speaking staff calling back - not Danish - promise to cancel the order - confirmation should be here in 48 hours
5 NeXT day they confirm to send the phone agin in 3 weeks
6 Later same day a mail says the phone will be here in 3 days
7 Phone is closed so I cannot find out what is wrong
8 try to find out their service, but on their website it seems there is only service for phones bought at TDC, 3, Telia - etc. No information what to do if you buy it on their website.
9 now I have to spend more days telling them I do not want the order done and still have no prove, that I cancelled it, since they do not confirm telephone conversations and do not accept emails
10 i should believe I am dealing with some semi-criminal organisation - not a serious would leading Company.
