Products are good if you happen to get the correct one - their product description is bad and important stuff can be overlooked. If you do have a problem, yes: client service responds to your emails almost immediately. However, it is not at all helpful in many ways: they tend to not take their clients' issues seriously and have generally not a client-focused attitude when trying to solve clients' issues. I have now cancelled my account with them since I have made two bad experiences without much I could have done differently. Very disappointing and definitely not usual Swiss standard!

I paid 45 francs for a Samsung Tab S4 Cover Keyboard.
IT DOESN'T FIT. One centimeter too narrow. It is useless.

I ordered the wrong product but Apfelkiste did everything they could to correct the shipment and deliver the right product, despite my mistake. This company offers by far the best service in the on-line business in Switzerland!
