Excellent product developed with a lot of care and attention to detail, and customer service was great.
I bought my first pair of heels in February of this year (in black), and came back again recently to get that nude pair (Nemi Nude? I think it's called) after wearing my black heels so much that I wanted to get another color for the Fall. Customer service has been great both times, and they even had someone contact me about my fit when I had questions.
About the shoes though... I love how the tech on the inside does mold around my feet - I have a bunion on my left side and actually got a slightly wider shoe for that foot, and I can tell that the tech has surrounded that side of my foot really well. Most other shoes hurt me here, but not these! I was surprised at first. It seems to be because these are super cushion-y on the inside. No other heels, or any "dressy" looking shoes I've ever experienced are soft like this on the inside. They really feel awesome...
Will buy more from this new company as they grow. I heard from one of the customer service team that they are coming out with new heel styles soon... would really love a low bootie though! I find those to never be comfortable enough.

Awesome shoes, good customer service as of 2019 -
I have been following this company for a while now, and very much appreciate all their efforts and innovations. If anyone has left a negative review, the majority seem from those who discovered this co early on when they did have some issues.
About the product: I was one of the early ones too, got Version 1.0 and it didn't quite fit. I went thru their exchange process, which yes, took some time, but in the end I came away with two pairs of their Version 2.0 heels, and I have to say that they are THE ONLY heels I wear now. And I often stand at conferences for 8+ hours at a time because I have to dress up. No pain with these, and I can pound the pavement! They also offer three widths, so I went to the widest which works awesome for me. Can't easily find wider widths out there with other brands...
I told my sister about these, and she recently ordered a pair in August 2019, and the ordering and delivery (she lives in Arizona) took about 3 days start to finish. She needed to exchange one shoe (one of the awesome things about this brand is you can find the best size for each foot and order each size separately), and she got a re-fitting with a fit specialist, and a great customer service experience that was easy and fast. Free shipping in the US, and they also gave her an exchange label at no cost to send the one shoe back.
So I know they are fully up and running now, unlike when I first found them and my exchange took longer. And unlike what others here have written.
Anyhow, my two cents:
If you want to find shoes that truly solve the problem of what is typically an uncomfortable shoe, these are amazing. And their customer service is good. If I were you, I'd definitely, 100% give them a chance. They have been worth it to me in every way. I love my shoes! I just wish they had more colors... but I hear they are working on that... and they must! I would really love a red pair...

I was gifted a pair of Antonia Saint heels so I did not lose money. However, after reading the reviews and seeing the company’s Better Business Bureau F rating, I did not take a chance to purchase anything further from them. The heels themselves are ugly and did not fit - even after taking them to my cobbler, who by the way said he had never seen such shoddy construction given their nearly $300 price tag. To be fair, I did some more research and found information about the crowd funding campaign and all the issues that they created with really horrific customer service. Then I began reading many other customer reviews to make an informed decision. It was easy to just say no to them considering the nightmare scenarios multiple women have experienced. On top of this, the shoes are made in China and are made from a type of synthetic “leather” that is more suitable for $30 shoes from Walmart. A word to anyone who is considering purchasing this product: this company which seemed to be promising in the beginning, is badly conceived with little to no customer service. Tread carefully before spending your hard earned cash. From where I sit, the company appears not to stand by their product and operates as if it were a shell company for some other entity. Very shady indeed.

Negative stars need to be possible. Terrible communication, outrageous delays (12 months) for first pair of shoes which fit poorly (for a "custom fit" pair of shoes?!), and nothing but delays on the follow up. Many, many email messages saying "We'll get to you ASAP". No answer at all to questions posed on their marketing Facebook ads. Only order these if you want to throw ~200$ out the window for a non-custom pair of shoes that you can't try on prior to buying.

Terrible all-around. The shoes are not “custom fitted” as advertised. Customer service is rude. The company will not refund your money when the shoes you receive don’t fit. Avoid Antonia Saint NY. You can get better quality and fit elsewhere.

Worst experience ever! This so called company is in way too deep. They do not know what they're doing, from order processing to actually making the shoes to THE WORST customer service! They string you along for YEARS, lie to you over and over about the progress of your shoes and when you get them (IF you get them) they are so illfitting you are better off buying shoes off the rack for a fraction of the price and A LOT less frustration! I would rate this company a negative 5 star if I could. Run the other direction!

There is a whole Facebook Page dedicated to how awful these shoes are and how bad the customer service is. I backed these guy on Kickstarter in 2017 and 2 years later still do not have shoes that fit. They sent me a 'custom' pair that gave me 5 blisters within 30mins of wear.
They delete all negative comments on their Kickstarter and social media. And have threatened legal action on the group trying to get refunds.

Sometimes things take time to improve. Kickstarter is an investment not a store. I love this company and its product and creative ideas. While they aren't perfect, there product is the only of its kind and I can't wait to see what the future has for them!

I don't even know where to start.
I was a Kickstarter backer and thought this was such a great project, but I have never been so disappointed in a product and a company before as I have been by ASNY.
The following is what I wrote on Kickstarter after accepting a 50/50 refund. (50% money/50% store credit, which I have received now after asking more than once.)
"I finally caved and accepted the 50/50 option. I just can’t be bothered with these people any longer. I have received the money, but no store credit. Not that I will ever use it, but it is a matter of principle.
It has been immensely frustrating seeing some people receive a near full refund. ASNY’s claim that these shoes are custom made is completely unbelievable and it is their excuse for not refunding more than 50/50. This company, its founder and employees are beyond belief when it comes to atrocious customer care/service.
I joined the Facebook group and some of ASNY staff actually spied on this group. And because I was a member, they no longer felt it was safe to add their names when communicating with me via email. They said it was because they had received threats from the FB group members (I highly doubt that), and they feared for their safety. They also claimed what was being posted were lies, defamatory, slander and so on. Nope. All posts were stories about the lack of empathy and care ASNY has for their backers who helped get this monumental failure off the ground.
People were/are frustrated and needed a place to vent and get advice on how to proceed. They are also actively deleting ANY negative comments and blocking people from commenting on their social media pages. Who does that?! Except for fraudulent companies who have things to hide and refuse to hear the truth.
I have never in my life been treated so badly by a company and I have done nothing to warrant such disrespect from ASNY. All I can say is: Karma is a c***! And good riddance to bad rubbish."

Awful fit. Awful materials. Awful customer service. Dishonest and should be out of business... buyer beware!

This company started off as a crowd-funding company on indiegogo as a customised womens' shoe fitting service with claims that their heels feel like sneakers inside.
I had purchased my first pair of shoes in Nov 2017 with an expected shipping date in March 2018 but only received my shoes in May 2018. After sending a query for exchange as I was unable to even stand up due to the poor fitting of the front toe part, there was NO reply from their customer service until I received a general email in Feb 2019 notifying their customers of a launch of their heels v. 2.0 with better improvements than their pilot product.
I received my pair in Mar 2019, and unsurprisingly, the fit was too loose and I remained unable to walk in them and decided to initiate a refund given two pairs did not fit me at all.
After months of chasing their customer service (to which I only ever received automated emails acknowledging receipt), they refused to issue me a full refund, giving me 50% store credit. I explained to them my situation that given their limited range of products, store credit would be of no use to me and it is unreasonable to withhold my money. To this date I have not received an acceptable reply from their customer service.
I have completely lost trust in their company. Their products are marketed with the intention of comfort, if a customer after going through two pairs is unable to find a good fit, it would be improper to withhold such refund despite numerous email requests.
I have never encountered such unreasonable refund policy and customer service.

Shoes did not fit by a mile, company asked me to send back to get a partial refund. Shoes sent and still no refund 12 months later. Sent tracking number and still no refund. 2 years they have had my money for and I am out all the money and no shoes. Partial refund promised and nothing. Total scam.

I was an original Kickstart purchaser and was excited about the shoes. Nearly 2 years after I ordered them and several emails asking why the process was so delayed, I received the shoes.
They are not custom fit by any means. The padding inside is so thick it pushesy toes into the top of the shoes and within an hour, I am no longer able to even wear them because of the pain. I wear heals all day everyday, these just suck especially at their price point.
If I thought I could have gotten a new pair sized and sent back without waiting another 2 years, I may have but everything told me to chalk this up as a learning experience.
Just a side note, the company repeatedly removed honest reviews from actual customers on all their social media profiles in an attempt to mitigate the negative fall out. If I thought the company could recover and was getting better at creating a decent shoe, maybe that would work. However, I'm certain they are only continuing to create dissatisfied customers with every sale.

The measuring app doesn’t work. They changed my shoes, now the toe area is too tight but they are loose on the back. They are just badly designed. Super heavy too. They refused to change them again

Their technology for fitting shoes does not work. We ordered these for my wife they took forever to arrive and when they did they were too small on both feet. We were told that they are fixing the algorithm and that we needn't worry and that the new version will fit fine. After months of waiting with them saying they couldnt figure out how to ship overseas my wife flew into the states and picked them up. She didnt try them on during her trip as she was there to visit her dad. A few weeks after arrival she took them out to try and they were again sized wrong. At this point we were told it was our problem not theirs. Very disappointed poor service and in the end they got money for a custom shoe that did not fit.
