Jennifer was great in getting our account set up to support our call center while we were without a receptionist. She assisted with the connection to our CRM and our complicated staff transition.

AnswerForce by far in my opinion is the best answering service around. I use two companies for call overflow management as I have a global conglomerate in 200 countries.. Answerforce provides around the clock support, very detailed call overflow options, The account manager I work with, Stefan, is extremely attentive and accurate. Stefan has gone above and far beyond defining what "good customer service" means. I definitely recommend their services on the level of his service alone. Their virtual receptionist features are extensive. I highly recommend to invest in their services. In this case, you get what you pay for, and much more. They also do not mind adjusting terms, etc to accommodate your company needs.

We've used answerforce for a little under a month now. The addition of 24/7 support has changed our customer experience. You will not get the same agent every time but 99% of our calls have been answered by fantastic agents that are quick on their feet, helpful, and very patient. I highly recommend this service

AnswerForce has worked well for our small business. With AnswerForce, we don't have to worry that our calls are going to voicemail when we are unavailable to take them. Instead, a live person is always available to answer for us. The call-takers at AnswerForce are professional, knowledgeable, and always receptive to suggestions on how to offer a better customer experience.

Terrible! Their agents do not know how to read their script. They also advised that could use our CRM when I talked to Sales initially. Then, after they have my credit card and have it charged, they decide they cannot use the CRM. Went through a month of touching every single client that called anyway, and upset all of our clients because they could not get intelligently read a script & chat with clients. The only reason they got 2 stars is that they did try to work with me on the CRM, but after they made it "fit" into their database, it would not work.

our customers who we love get a live friendly person some don't even realize it is a service and we get the messages within seconds so there is no delay in our returning a call whether it is an emergency or not also being someone who dislikes change this was the easiest transition for our whole company!!!!
