Answer Connect has never let me down. I get recordings of all calls and they are spot on every time!! Then I get all necessary info I need to service my customer in a timely manner. I will never use anyone else.

Had a good experience with AnswerConnect; the customer support was always stellar and once our script was in place things worked quite well for the most part. We did occasionally have issues with callers having their names misspelled or misunderstood which in turn sometimes led to a call not being routed correctly, but overall a good experience working with AC.

They are cheap and I like the e-mails. However, I get quite a few misspelled names which is difficult when I am going back through my e-mails. Also, my clients often complain and say either the people are rude or short, or take too long to patch them through.

I just started using AnswerConnect about three weeks ago, and I absolutely love them. My old answering service was making a lot of mistakes. However, I have had no issues whatsoever with AnswerConnect. I highly recommend them.

My experience was Brandy was top notch. I had several questions about how our account was setup and how to add, and make some changes to our scripting for a new account. I also had to add several users. Brandy took time to answer all my questions and even hosted a screen share session where I could see how our calls would be answered.

When the Agents answer the call, they are not ‘engaging’ with the caller. The Agents sound very mechanized. So its a give away this is an answering service.
Also, the Agents are not following the Script. I made two test calls:
Call 1: My colleague said he was calling about our services he saw on the web site, and wanted to talk to a Salesperson. Instead of doing a warm transfer, the Agent considered the caller as a ‘all-else’ category and took a message.
Call 2: I said I was responding to a Post Card in the mail about the Free Audit offer. This time the Agent put me in the right category and tried to do a warm transfer. I did not answer the call intentionally. Instead of coming back and taking a message for me, I was on hold for 3 minutes and 23 seconds and the call just dropped.
I will try to modify the scripts and see if I can fix the issues.

The person I spoke with on the phone for set up was kind and patient. She walked me through all of the steps thoroughly and told me exactly what she was doing as she was doing it. She also was able to share her screen via computer so I could easily follow along. It was a great way to see my investment come to life.
