I bought this product after reading so many reviews and fell in love. I bought it on 23-Mar-2018 (Arrcoding my invoice).
Two month ago, it is not working. It lits 3 leds and drop to one. No charge is store in the battery.
And I contact with the Vietnamese dealer on 25-Aug-2019 and he said it 15 months warranty only and it out of warranty. It's okay to me and I forget it until today. When I think it not working anymore and teardown my speaker to hope some wire broken and I can fix it.
When I looking for more infomation to teardown the speaker that I see the truth is Anker warranty 18 months for this speaker. And my speak still in warranty to 23-Sep-2019 arrcoding this policy, right?
But the dealer did not tell me the truth and made me out of warrranty.
Can you tell me is he the good dealer? And what Anker can do in this case. I'm really sad because of trusting and using Anker but being cheated like this.

Bought a PowerCore+ 26800 as allegedly it could power my MacBook. The box clearly had a graphic on showing it charging a laptop and a phone at the same time however in reality it could only power a laptop alone with the screen on minimum brightness and it took about 16 hours to charge and ran out in 2-3 running the laptop.
Roughly 10 days after buying it (and 3-4 uses) the single quick charge port completely stopped working, now it wont power a laptop at all and takes almost 3 hours to charge a samsung S9.
Anker told me I shouldnt have used it to charge a laptop (despite that being on the box and in their marketing) and has refused to do anything about it. They told me to go back to store (which is a few thousand kilometers away). Great.

Purchased 2 Anker usb cables from a trusted seller on Ebay. One of the cable stopped working in a short period of time. Contacted Anker as they "say" they have a 18 month warranty on their products. They are refusing to honor the warranty saying that the item wasnt purchased from an Authorized seller. Firstly I would recommend buying these price inflated products since they don't seem to be any better than much cheaper products available on the market. Secondly if the product stops working (and it likely will) don't expect this company to do the right thing and stand behind the product. I would suggest spending your money on another better made product from a company who isn't going to give you a hard time about honoring a warranty claim

Anker is a fantastic company. I own many of their products and they are all longlasting and well made. i still own a small powerbank from them that is over 3 years old and it functions perfectly!
Their warranty service is also great. I had an issue with one of my products and a friendly customer support agent called Hayley helped me out.The replacement was arranged and had arrived to my door within a few days of starting the process.

I have the Anker power bank and it is absolutely fabulous. I just left it at a friend's house for about a month and picked it up and it's still had a full charge and is currently charging my phone. I am never disappointed in this charger

I have never had a bad customer service experience from anker. They give the best possible service a consumer can get. After following troubleshooting steps they replace the item or find a way to be as convenient as possible for the customer. Love this brand and customer service they provide. Top notch.

Purchased an Anker powerbank. After 1 use it failed to charge. Contacted Anker for support to be told it hadn't come from an authorised seller??? (Amazon). After 3 days of emails I gave up. The support is non existent and they look for every opportunity not to help. Thanks for nothing.... never again! Well done Anker!!!

I recently bought anker wireless powerwave pad, i have had a few anker items in the past and never had any issues, till i received this one. First of all the wire is so short it has to sit on my floor instead of on my unit, when i put my phone on to it i have to move it around as if i just place it on 9 times out of 10 it has not charged, and lastly it takes so long to charge my phone compared to my old belkin wireless pad that i now have started using my cable and plug again, very dissapointed i had emailed but have heard nothing back, maybe because i ordered from amazon and not direct through themselves i don’t no, shame

I like Anker products they are generally a little more expensive than some others but I find the quality great, having said that I had an issue with a soundcore which wouldkeep dropping bluetooth connection. I emailed customer support and very quickly had an answer with some troubleshooting ideas, these did not work so a replacement was sent 24 hours later followed up by an email making sure I was happy.

If i could give zero stars i would. Bought a speaker on Amazon and it didnt charge correctly, went to send it back and Amazon messed up return label and said we will refund u the money and please keep the speaker. I decided to send it to Anker to get it fixed anyways and they said because i got a refund i couldn't do a warranty exchange on it.. Ok thats fine just send me back the speaker...But no!!!!! Anker said it would be difficult to locate the speaker in their warehouse..what BS!!! They are keeping a speaker that was rightfully given to me. !!! Ivy was the most unhelpful "customer service" person ever

Bought a power bank in November 2018 (so only 8 months old) and it stopped charging and it won't accept charge. Contacted the store which told me they only give a 6 month warranty and asked me to contact Anker.
They told me the store was not an authorized reseller (which I do not understand since it is a well know and old store in the UK) and refused to activate the warranty on a 8 month old product.
Terrible product and warranty. I will avoid Anker products and suggest all my friends to the same too.

I spoke with Emily from Anker Support about some scratches on my Liberty Air headphones, but I don't mind the scratches. She was very nice! Anker has amazing customer service, don't hesitate to reach out to their team if you need to!

already told them to cancel my purchase since im going to buy their other product, they told me to just confirm the cancel purchase order so i get my money back. So now i'm just have to wait for their confirmation of my cancellation, but what did they did? they just confirm my purchase and send me the product i dont want and keep the money, and when i told them i already ask them to cancel it they just straight out ignore every message i sent.

Bought the Zolo Liberty + earbuds. Right earbud glue melts and covers the mesh, and the same happens to the left in time. Wouldn't replace, so i had to remove the glue carefully from both.
Shame they have such poor policy i bought from 3rd party companies that you cant in touch with. At the end of the day it's their product that IS FAULTY FAULTY FAULTY

Best products ive paid for.
Im a big anker fan, cables have all been great, some have been in my toolbag and have been going strong for over a year.
I have a few chargers.
Wireless headphones, i lost a pair and bought newer version and they are just as good.
Screen protectors all been brilliant and worked a treat.
Overall great products and customer service when i have had problems.

Product failed just outside the warranty period and Anker aren't interested. Surely a Portable Battery should last more than 22 months? Avoid this company - the cables fail as well.
