Uploading sound files kept failing, customer service vowed to rectify the problem, a month later the problem still persists.
All I've been getting in return are empty promises and canned empathy but no solutions. They are offering to upload my files manually, which can take hours and days.
Their site is flash based and uses LOTS of CPU so every 10-15 minutes it freezes up and I have to reload the browser.
Very frustrating experience overall.

The software itself is useful, but customer care is poor. If you intend to subscribe only for a short period, make sure you cancel next month's subscription ON THE DOT. Because once you effect a cancellation, you're immediately downgraded to the FREE PLAN, with restricted access to paid features, even though you've paid up for the month. That's what happened to me, and I have yet to receive a refund, so it looks like I got charged for a full month which I didn't even have access to.

They are charging me when my plan was free.
Charging me on my credit cardand telling me to unsubscribe from the plan when I was already unsubscribed.

We cancelled and 2 years later, they try to bill us $$$$$ because the video is still floating around the internet (unused). Borderline extortion.

We purchased this by accident and tried to request a refund. The company just ignores you and wont give a refund even though we asked less than 24 hours after purchase.
