I Join a long list of customers who have been scammed by this site. I wanted to purchase the I Phone X for Christmas for my partner... I even paid for express postage (as they guaranteed delivery by Christmas if I paid over $36! ) ... It is now July and I still have not received the product or refund... In February, I got truly tired of being strung along, so I cancelled the order, requesting refund.... This was the last I heard from them... This is their response below...

These Guys are scammers and crooks. I really am short of cash and they have done this to me. I curse them and ask for Universal Laws of Karmic Retribution to Prevail. I now know I have no other recourse.
The I Phone X was $1699, which in December was one of the cheapest on the market... Should have just paid a couple of hundred more at JB Hi Fi... But this is how they get the vulnerable, I suppose.... Avoid them and Boycott at all cost! Otherwise you, like me and all the others on this site will be fleeced of your cash

We bought a phone in February. it never arrived. We requested a refund as we were told the phone was out of stock after 6 weeks of waiting for it. After contacting them numerous times, still no refund. Now the phone numbers don't work & there is no online chat anymore. Absolutely disgusted with them. Contacting my bank to see if they can do anything.

Completely Dissatisfied. I attempted a purchase in February. I was advised two weeks later they wouldn't be in stock for a couple of more weeks, so I cancelled the order. In April I received an email requesting banking details to finance the refund. They acknowledged the response and said it will be refunded in 10 days. There is still no refund. The experience of Android Enjoyed is not something I would recommend.

I think this is getting really big now for the police in Australia and China/Hong Kong to get involved.

I should have checked this site before ordering. Same as all others, I ordered and paid for 2 phones on 17 March. When they hadn't arrived in the designated time frame I called them only to be told the phone were not in stock. I subsequently cancelled the order and was promised a full refund.
Today is the 30th May and no refund, all of their advertised phone numbers are disconnected and no live chat available. I have lodged a complaint with my credit card company but will probably need to contact the fraud squad as well. How do we stop this?

I put in an order for a phone 2nd February. By 13th March it still hadn't arrived so I requested a refund. They told me 25 business days and it would be in my account. It's now well past 25 business days and I haven't seen a cent from them. Their phones are disconnected and their emails bounce. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I'm trying to follow up with my bank but have a strong feeling I'll be out of pocket.

This company is a sham. They have recently disconnected their phone numbers as well. I wish I never dealt with them.
I ordered a Samsung phone for close to 600 bucks mid March 2018. They said they would call when the order was on it's way. They did not. For three weeks!
So I called them - and waited for the most part of an hour to get through . I asked them what is going on.The lady admitted that they do not have the phones in stock and I would have to wait another 4 weeks for the new order to come in , THEN after checking them they would send them out!! HOw ridiculous!!
I decided to cut my losses and cancel the order. it is now mid- May and I have not received my refund!
I am trying to contact them now (via their new e-mail system probably started up from receiving too many phone complaints). They better get back to me today or I will write bad reviews for them wherever I can .
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. AFTER 8 WEEKS I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND< AND EMAIL OR A PHONECALL FROM THIS SUB-STANDARD COMPANY. TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY THEY HAVE CUT OFF THEIR PHONE LINES.

Biggest bunch of rogues EVER. Could not supply, cancelled order, no refund after 6 months. Not answering phones, have had a couple of emails saying they are updating their software system and refund will be coming. BULL. I just want my money back

I ordered the iphone X 256gb the 17/03/2018. Android Enjoyed advertised that the phone would be dispatched within 5 to 10 days. More than 3 weeks later, still nothing! Last Thursday when I threaten to cancel the order, they promised the order will be dispatched within 24-48h but still nothing. Don't trust a single word of what they say! When, I finally got them over the phone today, still impossible to say when my phone will leave the warehouse. They excuse themselves by arguing that the only way they have to talk to the warehouse is through emails. Basically, they have no idea if the phone will ever leave. Regarding any cancellation and money back, the only answer I got was that it will take minimum 20 days. Read: 20 days to never!
For those that cancelled their order, did you ever get a refund? What should I do, just wait but risk to never get my phone or cancel and risk to never get my money?
For those that are thinking buying from Android Enjoyed, please save yourself the trouble, just spend the extra money in another shop, you won't regret it.

Seems I was given the usual run around that everyone else is reporting. Multiple attempts to get in touch, numerous emails that have been ignored.
Ordered a phone $570+ for my sons birthday. It took 7 unreplied email attempts. I got on the chat page (on their website) to get answers, 13 days after purchase.
I was told the phone was sold out and they were waiting on new stock (still offering it for sale, no mention it's out of stock, I checked). They had no idea when it would be back in stock. I was then told they needed to contact the warehouse and would contact me with eta or substitution options. They did not get back in touch.
Again I chased them up on the chat where we did it all again exact same responses. So I requested a refund and they gave the usual excuse of processing issues and it would take 25 business days.
Reading other reviews I doubted I would see my money again.
Lesson here is always look up a site before buying, even if you've used them before, because things change!..........
I got my money refunded within 48 hours!
For those who are interested this is how I did it.....
I posted a very long and detailed complaint letter on the online chat and waited in the very long queue. I also emailed it to both their listed email addresses on the contact us page and as a reply to my invoice email thread.
Whilst speaking to the chat rep and in the letter....
I pointed out the relevant sections of the terms and conditions of sale, agreed to at time of purchase, especially section 10. Refunds, where it states under 10.2 they agree to refund with in 10 days of cancellation.
I informed them how they were in breach of their own legally binding contract of sale.
Offered to walk them through performing a manual bank transfer if their finance team did not understand how to do one and
let them know you don't actually need "enhanced programs" to do a manual money transfer.
Gave them a detailed point list outlining every aspect in which they seem to have failed in or have been unprofessional as a business.
Mentioned "the sea" of bad reviews on the internet and that I would mark mine as resolved if my refund was issued in a timely manner.
Challenged the validity of each of their excuses as they tried to use them.
Stated how unprofessional it was that they had not already referred me to a manager.
I expressed that, given all of this I didn't trust them enough to wait 25 days. That after they had messed up at every point the only proffessional thing left for them to do is refund the money immediatley.
I advised them of what next steps I would take if this wasn't resolved quickly Including....
Charging them my usual consultation fee and billing them for lost income, reporting them to Visa and my bank and passing my case on to the "relevant authorities".
My refund was then marked as urgent priority, but the rep couldn't even commit to it being processed in less than 30 days, when I pushed them for an answer. Even tried to tell me the finance department had no incoming phones. They sell phones dont they?
When they wouldnt get me an answer or let me speak to someone in finance I demanded to speak to a manager immediatly.
I pressed for a while and said I would wait online until a manager could chat and if not that i'd keep coming back until I could speak to one.
I was eventually told they had contacted a manager and they would be in touch with in a day. I pressed some more for an immediate conversation with a manager without success.
I told them I didn't believe that it would happen but I expect that when the manager contacts me, it would be to tell me they have issued an immediate refund and would provide a receipt proving it.
I requested they email me a transcript of the conversation for my evidence collection purposes and I took screen shots.
Once chat finished I put in a complaint about the customer service reps appaling service.
About an hour later I had an email from their PR manager saying they would refund the money within 48 hours. I received a receipt and was advised they had put through the refund a little more than 12 hours after that.
It took me around 4 hours to write the letter, gather info to use on chat and then to use chat and insist a manager listen.
I wouldn't use them again.
But am marking as Resolved as promised.

This is definitely a scam. I purchased Sony xperia xz premium on 19 feb 2018. Two weeks later I did not receive any communication from them. After many unanswered email.,I tried to call. I waited up to 1 hrs before someone from Philippines answered and finally cancelled the order. I am yet to received any refund from them. Initially they said up to 10 working days. When I did not received that, I called again and was told it will take up to 25 working days.

I just order one week ago a drone from this website and after one day they sent me an email asking for a photo of my bank card, id or driving license.. to prove that I am the owner of that card..(pretty strange). Obviously I didn’t send it but the money is still on hold in their account so by the moment I’m not getting any answer from them and is looking that no one is working there so never buy anything here... I am working hard to take this money and following with my business so you’re making me losing money. Make the refund asap.

Continuing my bad reviews because they actually dared to use system upgrade as an excuse for 2.5 months of refund delay!!! Which was on top of no stock available for 1 month, combining to make a total of 3.5 month of holding on to my hard earn money!!! Like I have said multiple times, that is not an excuse, if you are upgrading then you have to PROCESS REFUND MANUALLY!!! Order #200118760 and get back to me with something other than system upgrade because that is not an excuse.
Email me instead and ask me for my bank details and conduct a DIRECT BANK TRANSFER since your precious system is down. I assume your finance department is not your IT department so instead of having them sit there doing nothing since they can't be the ones upgrading the system, MAKE THEM DO DIRECT TRANSFERS FOR REFUND!!!

I placed my order 4 weeks ago and only received an ‘order processed’ email in response. I followed up via email last week and have not heard back. I tried all of their listed phone numbers, all of which are disconnected. I have emailed one last time but do not expect to hear back. I am going to lodge an insurance claim through my bank.

They do not deliver and after having cancelled my order.
Need prosecuting. I have started my own private proceedings and found who these people are and have been monitoring them on video.
Best to track them down and do to them what they do to honest buyers.
Thier policy states, Section 10. Refunds, where it states under 10.2 they agree to refund with in 10 days of cancellation.
I have been waiting 2 months without refund. What liars.

Ordered phone (# 200118927), cancelled when no stock availability after two weeks-was assured that I would receive refund within 10 business days on January 16th 2018, have been waiting 6 weeks since. All information and customer service options appear intentionally disabled:
*3 Australian phone numbers are not being answered, queue goes down to 0 within 1.5 hours, then a ring tone keeps going forever.
*None of my emails were answered!
*The tracking options also failed.

They say it takes 5-10 days until the product leaves the warehouse but it took even longer for me and I had to chase them to get an update. Then they didn't actually have the product they advertised and sent me a substitute. It took almost 4 weeks to get my order, with "express shipping", and in the process I had to chase them for updates constantly, they were not proactive at all. Calling their service line, I never spent less than 1 hour in the queue. Stay away unless you have ample amounts of patience.

Order # 200120556. Ordered and paid a in-stock phone. After a week of no news, countless contact and calls then they told me the phone out of stock.
Started refund process on 8/2/18 ....... it has been a month, still waiting.......
Bought another phone from them 18 months ago, service was good then. Now, very disappointed........
It is 21/3/18 now, still not refunded..... may be I should complain to ACCC.
Just got my money back after 4 months, had to go through credit card dispute........
