Totally disgusting and unprofessional service!
They have no 24/7 line like most banks do in the 21st Century.
They have a very laid back system which is a total waste of time and resources. Why send 4 letters everyday when you also send those letters on e-boks? I've told you to stop sending letters but no one cares.
Most of all, like I've already said, the customer service is horrendous. I am speaking from the perspective of an owner of a business account at Andelskassen with the account NEVER being in minus...EVER.
My netbank has been closed down twice in the past 6 months and their explanation was that there was a technical error. And each time I had to wait up to a week and a half to get it back rebooted. In the meeting I'm making and receiving dozens of payments a week...cuz you know...I'm running a business so of course there has to be outgoing and incoming transactions.
To make an "Immediate Bank Transfer", the customer must pay 10,00- and even after that, I've received complaints from my suppliers that the money was coming into their account the next day. Ridiculous.
My bank advisor has suddenly changed. Before I used to have one guy as a bank advisor and all of a sudden, a few weeks ago, they have changed my advisor evidently from the right pane of the netbank - with a new name and picture.
If you try to reach them on the phone, don't be surprised if they tell you that they cannot find your account. It happened to me at least 4 times. And at that time on the phone you can feel nothing but helpless. Then you call the next day, you find someone with just a bit more competence and surprise surprise, your bank account is found and the help you require 'can now be given'.
Problems take days and days to be solved and they have no idea of what customer service is. I've went through experiences where because of their lousy, slow, outdated system, I didn't receive certain payments. Consequently I couldn't make certain outgoing payments. When asked if I could get temporary credit on my account, I was showered with a ton of NOs. No flexibility whatsoever even when it's their mistake.
Greedy, disgusting bank working with incompetent people. Can't wait to change!

Login system on web bank on desktop only works half the time its so annoying and a waste of time.
